Kia musalmaanon ke liye yeh jaaiz hai ke 12 Rabb’i-ul-Awwal ko Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke paidaaish ke din ki munaasibat se Masjid mein Seerat-ul-Nabi (ﷺ) ki mehfil mun’aqid karen magar din ko ‘Eid ki tarah chutti na karen? Hamara is masla mein ikhtilaaf hai kuch log us se bidd’at-e-Husna kehte hain aur kuch us se bidd’at-e-ghair Husna kehte hain?

Musalmaanon ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh 12 Rabb’i-ul-Awwal ya kisi aur tareekh ko Milaad-ul-Nabi (ﷺ) ki mehfil mun’aqid karen, Isi tarah kisi bhi doosre Nabi ki mehfil-e-Milaad mun’aqid karna jaaiz nahi hai kyunke Youm-e-paidaaish manaana Deen mein nayi bidd’at hai. Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne apni Hayat-e-Tayyiba mein kabhi bhi apna Youm-e-paidaaish nahi manaaya, halaankeh aap Deen ke muballigh aur apne Parwardigaar ke tareeqon par logon ko chalaane waale the, Na Aap (ﷺ) ne Youm-e-paidaaish manaane ka hukm diya, Na Khulfa-e-Raashideen ne is se manaaya’ Na Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم aur na tab’eeen ne halaankeh woh Khair-ul-Qaroon ka daur tha. To ma’loom hoa ke yeh bidd’at hai aur bidd’at ke baare mein Rasoolullah ne Irshaad farmaaya:
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدُّ
“Jis ne hamare is amr (deen) mein koi aisi nayi baat paida ki jo is mein nah thi to woh mardood hai.”
(Sahih Muslim ki riwaayat mein hai jise Imaam Bukhari ne bhi ta’lleeqan magar sehat ke wasooq ke saath bayaan kiya hai ke aap ne farmaaya:)
: مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلاً لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدُّ
“Jis ne koi aisa amal kiya jis par hamara amr nahin hai to woh mardood hai.”
Meelaad ki mahfilen mun’aqid karne ka hukm Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne nahi diya balki yeh baad ke logon ki ijaad hai jis ki wajah se yeh mardood hai.
Nabi ﷺ jum’ah ke khutbah mein Irshaad farmaaya karte the:

2. (Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Salaah, Baab Izaa Astalhawa ‘Ali Salaah . . . , H: 2697, -O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Aqziyat, Baab Naqaz Al-Ahkaam Al-Baatilat . . . ,
أَمَّا بَعْدُ: فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الْحَدِيْثِ كِتَابُ اللهِ وَخَيْرَ الْهَدْيِ هَدْيُ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ وَشَرَّ الْأُمُورِ مُحْدَثَاتُهَا وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ
“behtareen baat Allah ki kitaab hai aur behtareen tareeqa-e-Muhammad (ﷺ) ka tareeqa hai aur sab se ziyaada bure kaam bidd’aat hain aur har bidd’at gumrahi hai.”
Is Hadees ko Imaam Muslim ne apni “Sahih” mein riwaayat kiya aur Imaam Nisa’i ne Jaid-e-Sanad ke saath un zaid alfaaz ko bhi bayaan kiya ke:
وَكُلُّ ضَلَالَةٍ فِي النَّار
“Aur har gumrahi jahannum mein le jaaegi.”

Aap (ﷺ) ka Youm-e-paidaaish manaane ki zaroorat is liye bhi nahi rehti ke aap ki paidaaish se muta’lliq waqi’at ki ta’leem, Nabi علیہ السلام ki seerat se muta’lliq asbaaq mein hoti rehti hai, Nez Masaajid aur Madaaris mein aap ki Islam se qabl aur ba’d ki Hayaat-e-Taiyyaba ko bayaan kiya jaata hai Lehaaza Milaad ki aisi mehfilen mun’aqid karne ki zaroorat hi nahi Jin ka Allah aur us ke Rasool ne hukm nahi diya aur na un ke an’aqaad ki koi shar’i daleel hi maujood hai. Hum Allah Ta’ala hi se madad chaahte aur us se yeh dua’a karte hain ke woh tamaam musalmaanon ko hidaayat-o-toufeeq ‘ataa farmaae ke woh Sunnat par iktifa karen aur bidd’at se bachen.
