Qur’an Majeed ki tilaawat ki ujrat jaaiz nahi jab ke ta’leem ki ujrat jaaiz hai

Hamare haan Maghrib mein ba’az Hafiz bazaahir maal kamaane ke liye tilaawat karte hain, Jab bhi un ke liye mehfil qaaim ki jaae to us mein shirkat karte aur alfaaz par ghour aur ehtiraam-e-tilaawat ke baghair Qur’an-e-Majeed padhte hain, Is tarah ki mehfil mein haazir hone se un ka bada maqsad ujrat lena aur logon se sadqaat-o-khairaat wasool karna hota hai, Un sadqaat-o-khairaat ko jam’a karke yeh aapas mein taqseem kar lete hain aur kisi faqeer-o-miskeen ko us mein se kuch nahi dete.

yeh hai ke Islami shariy’at ki roshni mein un sadqaat ka Kia hukm hai, Jis se yeh aapas mein taqseem karne ke liye jam’a karte aur is maqsad ke liye tilaawat ko iste’maal karte hain? main ne ek kitaab mein Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki yeh Hadees padhi thi ke “Jis ne maal kamaane ke liye Qur’an iste’maal kiya to woh Qayaamat ke din is tarah aae ga ke us ka chehra haddi ki tarah ho ga.” Yaane gosht se khaali ho ga. To Kia yeh Hadees sahih hai ya nahi? Nez yeh farmaaein ke is Aayat-e-kareema: (قُلْ مَا أسألكم عَلَيْهِ من آخر) ke Kia ma’ani hain?**
[Jawab]
Awwlan:
Tilaawat-e-Qur’an mehez-e-‘ibaadat aur ek aisa zariy’a hai. Jis se bandah apne Rabb ka taqarrub haasil karta hai aur ‘ibaadaat ke silsila mein usool yeh hai ke unhein musalmaan mehez Allah Ta’ala ki raza ke liye sar anjaam de aur un ke sawaab ki Allah Ta’ala hi se umeed rakhe, Makhlooq se us ke sila-o-shukriya ki umeed na rakhe, Yehi wajah hai ke salaf-e-saaliheen ka mehfilon aur majlison mein Qur’an padh kar ujrat wasool karne ka tareeqa na tha, Na Aimmah-e-Deen mein kisi se manqool hai ke unhon ne is ka hukm diya ho ya uski rukhsat di ho aur na hi yeh saabit hai ke un mein se kisi ne bhi Tilaawat-e-Qur’an ki ujrat wasool ki ho. Na kisi khushi ke mouq’a par aur na kisi gham ke mouq’a par’ balkeh woh to mehez Allah Ta’ala se husool-e-sawaab ki Khaatir tilaawat kiya karte the. Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne bhi yehi hukm diya hai ke jo shakhs tilaawat kare woh Allah Ta’ala hi se sawaal kare Logon se sawaal karne se aap ne mana’ farmaaya hai. Hazrat ‘Imran-Bin-Hussain رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke unka guzar ek qissa go ke paas se hoa jo Qur’an padh kar sawaal kar raha tha, Aap ne اناللہ وانا الیہ راجعون padha aur kaha ke Main ne Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ko yeh Irshaad farmaate hue suna hai:
مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَلْيَسْأَلِ اللهَ بِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ سَيَجِيءُ أَقْوَامٌ يَقْرَمُوْنَ الْقُرْآنَ يَسْأَلُونَ بِهِ الناس
“Jo shakhs Qur’an padhe to woh Allah Ta’ala hi se sawaal kare, ‘Anqareeb kuch log aise bhi aaeinge jo Qur’an padh kar logon se sawaal karenge.”

Baaqi raha Qur’an ki ta’leem ya us ke saath dum kar ke ujrat lena ya koi aisa ‘amal jis ka naf’a ghair qaari tak bhi pohanche to sahih Ahadees se us ka jawaaz saabit hai jaisa ke Hadees Abu Sa’eed mein hai ke ek aadmi ne Soorat-e-Fatiha ke saath dum kar ke shifa haasil hone par mareez se bataur-e-ujrat bakariyon ka ek reewad liya tha aur Hadees mein hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne ek aadmi ki ek ‘Aurat se shaadi ke liye meher ya muqarrar kiya ke us se jis qadar Qur’an yaad hai woh ‘Aurat ko bhi yaad kara de, Lekin jo shakhs nafs-e-tilaawat par ujrat leta hai ya tilaawat karne waalon ki ek jama’at ko ujrat par bulaata hai to woh salaf-e-saaleh ke ijm’a ke khilaaf karta hai.
Saaniyan:
Qur’an-e-Majeed Allah Ta’ala ka kalaam hai, Makhlooq ke kalaam par uski fazeelat is tarah hai, Jis tarah khud Allah Ta’ala ko apne bandon par fazeelat haasil hai. Tilaawat-e-Qur’an-e-Majeed tamaam azkaar se behtareen aur afzal tareen hai lehaaza tilaawat karne waale ko chaahiye ke woh baa adab ho kar’ Khush’o-o-khuz’oo aur ikhlaas ke saath Ehsaan andaaz mein hasb-e-qudrat ma’ani par ghour karte hue tilaawat kare.
Tilaawat ke bajaae deegar azkaar ka shughal ikhtiyaar na kare, Na takkaluf-o-tasn’a (Banaawat) se kaam le aur na zaroorat se ziyaada awaaz buland kare. Jo log Tilaawat-e-Qur’an ki majlis mein haazir hon unhein chaahiye ke khaamoshi ke saath tilaawat ko sunen aur ma’ani par ghour karen, Koi laghuv kaam karen na tilaawat ke waqt doosron ke saath baatein karein aur na qaari aur hazireen-e-majlis ko tashweesh mein daalein, Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْمَانُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ وَاذْكُر رَبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ وَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ الْغَافِلِينَ
(Al-A’iraaf 7 204 _ 205)
“Aur jab Qur’an padha jaae to tawajjuh se suna karo aur khaamosh raha karo taakeh tum par rehm kiya jaae aur apne Parwardigaar ko dil hi dil mein ‘aajizi aur khauf se aur pist awaaz se subah-o-shaam yaad karte raho aur (Dekhna) ghaafil na hona.”
Saalisan:
Log fikar-o-fehm ke e’itbaar se mukhtalif hote hain. Har mukallif par farz hai ke woh Deen aur ahkaam-e-shariy’at ko Allah Ta’ala ke ‘ataa kardah fehm-o-was’at waqt ke mutaabiq samajhne ki koshish kare taakeh khud ‘amal kar sake aur doosron ki rehnumaai kar sake. Sab se pehle jis se samajhna, Jis ki taraf maa’il hona aur jis ki taraf dil se mutawajjuh hona zaroori hai, Woh Allah ki kitaab hai, Qur’an ke jis maqaam ko khud na samajh sake, Us ke samajhne ke liye Allah Ta’ala se ista’anat (Madad talab) kare aur phir hasb-e-taaqat-o-qudrat ‘Ulama se madad le aur agar is ke bawajood koi baat samajh mein na aae to koi harj nahi kyunke Allah Ta’ala kisi bhi insaan ko uski taaqat se ziyaada takleef nahi deta. Maqdoor bhar koshish ke bawajood agar koi shakhs Qur’an ko na samajh sake to is ke yeh ma’ani nahi ke woh tilaawat karna bhi chod de, Maqdoor bhar koshish ke bawajood na samajh sakna m’ayoob nahi kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
الْمَاهِرُ فِي الْقُرْآنِ مَعَ السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ الْبَرَرَةِ، وَالَّذِي يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَيَتَعْتِعُ فِيْهِ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ شَاقٌ لَهُ أَجْرَانِ

“Qur’an ka maahir mu’azziz-o-neikokaar farishton ke saath ho ga aur jo shakhs Qur’an padhta hai, Us mein atakta hai aur woh us par giraan guzarta hai to us se do guna ajar-o-sawaab milta hai.”
Rabi’an:
Faqeer ke liye yeh jaaiz hai ke woh apni aur apne Ahl-o-‘Ayaal ki zaroorat ke mutaabiq sadqa le sakta hai, Sadqa karne waale ke liye dua’a-e-khair karna masnoon hai lekin Qur’an ki tilaawat kar ke ujrat lena ya wa’az-o-naseehat kar ke maal wasool karna, Ya barkat ki umeed se kisi ko maal dena’ Ya husool-e-barkat ke liye kuch logon ko jam’a karna jaaiz nahi hai, Ibtida’i teen sadiyon mein jinhein Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne Khair Al-Qaroon qaraar diya, Musalmaanon mein is tarah ka qat’an koi riwaaj na tha.
Khaamisan:
Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ
(Al-Furqan 2557)
“(Ae Paighambar!) Keh dijiye ke mein tum se is (Kaam) ki ujrat nahi maangta.”
Ke ma’ni yeh hain ke Allah Ta’ala ne apne Rasool Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ ko yeh hukm diya ke aap apni qawm ko yeh bata dein ke aap unhein Allah Ta’ala ki taraf se naazil shudah deen o shariat ki jo tableegh karte hain aur unhein tauheed khaalis aur deegar tamam ahkaam-e-Islam ki da’wat dete hain, to is par unse kisi ujrat ka mutaaliba nahin karte. Balkeh aap yeh kaam Allah Ta’ala ke hukm ki ita’at aur us ki raza ke husool ke liye karte hain, aur ajr o sawaab ki sirf aur sirf Allah Ta’ala se umeed rakhte hain. Allah Ta’ala ne aap se yeh e’laan is liye bhi karwahaya taake aap mushrikon ke un auhaam aur fanoon ka azaala farma dein ke Rasool unhein apni itteba’ ki is liye da’wat deta hai ke is ke zariye woh maal kamaana chaahta hai ya qawm ki sarbarahi chaahta hai. Lehaaza aap ne unke saamne yeh a wazeh farma diya ke aap unhein haq ki da’wat mahz Allah Ta’ala ki raza ke liye dete hain.
Isi tarah deegar tamaam Ambiya karaam ne bhi apni apni qawmon ko jo da’wat di to is par logon se kisi qisam ki ujrat ka sawaal nahin kiya tha. Is jawab ke pehle fiqrah mein Hadees-e-‘Imran bin Husain ke hawaale se yeh zikr kiya ja chuka hai ke Qur’an ko kamaai ka zariya banaana aur Qur’an padh kar logon se sawal karna mana’ hai. Baaqi raha yeh sawaal ke maangne waale ke munh par Qayaamat ke din gosht na hoga to yeh wa’eed har us shakhs ke liye hai jo kisi iztiraari haalat ke baghair logon se maangta hai, khwaah woh qira’at-e-Qur’an ke hawaale se maange ya us ke baghair maange.
Hazrat ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar (رضي الله عنه) se riwaayat hai ke Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaaya:
لا تَزَالُ الْمَسْأَلَةَ بِأَحَدِكُمْ حَتَّى يَلْقَى اللَّهَ وَلَيْسَ فِي وَجْهِهِ مُزْعَةٌ لَحْمٍ
“Sawaal tum mein se kisi ek ke saath chipta rehta hai hatta ke jab woh Allah Ta’ala se mulaaqaat karega to us ke chehre par gosht ka ek tukda bhi na hoga.”
Aik riwaayat mein yeh alfaaz hain :
مَا يَزَالُ الرَّجُلُ يَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَيْسَ فِي وَجْهِهِ مُزْعَةٌ لَحْمٍ

“Aadmi logon se sawaal karta rehta hai hatta ke jab woh Qayaamat ke din aaega to us ke munh par gosht ka ek tukda bhi na ho ga.”
Hazrat Abu Hurairah رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai:
مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ تَكَثُرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَسْأَلُ جَمْرًا فَلْيَسْتَقِل أَوْ لِيَسْتَكْثِرُ
“Jo shakhs apne paas ziyaada maal jam’a kar lene ki gharz se Logon se sawaal karta hai to woh aag ke angaaron ka sawaal karta hai, Ab chaahe unko kam kar le ya ziyaada kar le.”

Jo aadmi logon se Qur’an ke hawaala se maangta hai, Agar faqeer hai to Hadees-e-‘Imran ke musdaaq hai aur agar saahib-e-doulat hai to woh un tamaam Ahadees ke musdaq hai. Sawaal mein mazkoor Hadees ke alfaaz’ hamare ‘ilm ki had tak kisi sahih Hadees mein nahi hain. (Wallahu A’ilaam)
