Jis hujraah mein qabrein hon, Us mein Namaz jaaiz nahi

[Sawaal]

Main ne un ba’az logon se jhagda kiya jo qabristaan mein Namaz ke jawaaz ka fatwa dete hain aur us Masjid mein bhi Namaz padhna jaaiz qaraar dete hain jis mein qabr ya qabrein hon. Main ne sahih aur sareeh Ahadees ke saath un ke shubhaat ka rad kiya lekin unhon ne mere jawaab mein yeh kaha ke jab Rasoolullah (ﷺ) Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها ke ghar mein dafan hue to phir woh kahan Namaz padhti thin? Sawaal yeh hai ke Kia aap ki qabr shareef Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها ke ghar ke andar thi ya bahar? Nez unhon ne yeh bhi kaha ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) aur Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ne Masjid-e-Haraam mein bhi Namazein padhi hain halaankeh wahan Hazrat Ibrahim علیہ السلام ki zawja Sayyeda Hajraah رضي الله عنها aur ba’az Ambiya madfoon hain, To Kia unki yeh baat sahi hai ke Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها’ Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki tadfeen ke ba’d hujraah mein Namaz padhti rahin aur Masjid-e-Haraam mein Hazrat Hajir رضي الله عنها aur ba’az Ambiya Karaam علیہ السلام ki qabrein hain?

[Jawab]

Hazrat Ayeshaرضي الله عنها se riwaayat hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne apni marz-e-mout mein farmaaya:

لَعَنَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى اتَّخَذُوا قُبُورَ أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ مَسَاجِد

“Allah Ta’ala Yahood-o-Nasaara par la’nat farmaae ke unhon ne apne Nabiyon ki qabron ko Masjiden bana liya tha.”

Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها bayaan farmaati hain:

يُحَذِّرُ مَا صَنَعُوا، وَلَوْلَا ذَلِكَ لأُبْرِزَ قَبْرُهُ وَلَكِنْ أَنْ يُتَّخَذَ مَسْجِدًا

“Aap (ﷺ) ke is bayaan farmaane ka maqsad yeh tha ke aap apni Ummat ko aisa karne se dara rahe the, Agar yeh baat na hoti to aap ki qabr ko bhi numaayaan kiya jaata lekin aap ne is baat ko napasand farmaaya ke aap ki qabr ko Masjid banaaya jaae.”

Ek riwaayat mein hai:

وَلكِنْ خَشِيَ أَنْ يُتَّخَذَ مَسْجِدًا

“Aap is baat se darey ke aap ki qabr ko Masjid bana liya jaae.”

Bukhari ki riwaayat mein alfaaz yeh hain:

غَيْرَ أَنَّى أَخْشَى أَنْ يُتَّخَذَ

“Mein is baat se darta hoon ke meri qabr ko Masjid na bana liya jaae.”

In Ahadees se ma’loom hoa ke qabron par bani hoi Masjidon mein Namaz padhna najaaiz aur unhein banaana Haraam hai. Sawaal mein Saa’il ne jo yeh poocha hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها ke ghar mein dafan hone ke ba’d Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها Namaazein kahan padha karti thin? Aur Kia aap ki qabr ghar ke andar thi ya bahar? To iska jawaab yeh hai ke Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها hi un sahih Ahadees ki rawi hain, Jin mein Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne qabr ko Masjid banaane se mana’ farmaaya hai aur yeh bhi Allah azza wa jal ki hikmat-o-masleehat hai ke un Ahadees ki rawi Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها hain Lehaaza is se ma’loom hoa ke woh us hujraah mein qat’an Namaazein na padhti thin, Jin mein qabrein thin kyunke agar woh us hujraah mein Namaz padhten to un Ahadees ki mukhaalifat laazim aati’ Jinhein unhon ne khud Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se riwaayat kiya hai aur yeh un ke Shayaan-o-Shaan na tha. Baaqi rahi yeh baat ke Hazrat Haajir رضي الله عنها ya ba’az Ambiya Masjid-e-Haraam mein madfoon hain, To uski koi daleel nahi hai.
