Ghair Allah ki qasam khaana

Ghair Allah ki qasam khaane ka Kia hukm hai? Kia yeh shirk hai ya nahi?

[Jawab]

Kisi bhi farishte ya Nabi ya waali ya makhlooqaat mein se kisi bhi makhlooq ki qasam khaana Haraam hai jaisa ke Hazrat Ibn-e-‘Umar رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se marwi hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne Hazrat ‘Umar-Bin-Khattaab رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ko ek qaafila mein dekha ke woh apne baap ki qasam khaa rahe the to Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne un sab qaafila waalon ko mukhatib kar ke farmaaya:

أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ فَمَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللَّهِ أَوْ ليصمت

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, H: 1646, Jaam’a Al-Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Nazaur-o-Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa, Fi Karahiyat Al-Half baghair Allah, H: 1534)

“Khabardaar! Logo! Aagaah raho ke Allah ‘Az-o-Jal tumhein apne aaba ki qasmein khaane se mana’ farmaata hai. Pas jo shakhs qasam khaana chaahe to woh sirf Allah Ta’ala ki qasam khaae ya khaamosh ho jaae.”

Hazrat Ibn-e-‘Umar رضي الله عنهم hi se marwi ek doosri riwaayat mein hai:

مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلَا يَحْلِفْ إِلا بالله

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Al-Nahi ‘an Al-Halaf baghair Allah Ta’ala H: 1646)

“Jo shakhs qasam khaana chaahe to woh sirf Allah Ta’ala hi ki qasam khaae.”

Quraish chunki apne aabaa-o-ajdaad ki qasmein khaaya karte the is liye farmaaya:

لا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Al-Nahi ‘an Al-Halaf baghair Allah Ta’ala H: 1646)

“Apne aabaa ki qasmein na khaao.”

Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne ghair Allah ki qasam khaane se mana’ farmaaya aur nahi ke silsila mein usool yeh hai ke yeh hurmat par dalaalat karti hai balkeh Rasuloollah (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke aap ne us ka naam shirk rakha hai, Chunaanche Hazrat ‘Umar-Bin-Khattaab رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

مَنْ حَلَفَ بِشَيْءٍ دُوْنَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ أَوْ أَشْرَكَ

(Masnad Ahmad, 1 47, 2 34)

“Jis ne Allah Ta’ala ke siwa kisi aur cheez ki qasam khaai us ne shirk kiya.”

Tirmizi ne Ibn-e-‘Umar رضي الله عنهم ki riwaayat ko bayaan kiya aur husn qaraar diya aur Imaam Haakim ne sahih qaraar diya hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ أَوْ أَشْرَكَ

(Abi Dawood fi Al-Sunan, H: 3251, Jaam’a Al-Tirmizi, Kitaab

Al-Nazour-o-Al-Imaan, Baab maa Jaa fi an min Halaf Baghair Allah, H: 1534)

“Jis ne ghair Allah ki qasam khaai us ne kufur kiya ya shirk kiya.”

‘Ulama ne us se Shirk-e-Asghar par mahmool kiya hai aur us se “کفر دون كفر ” qaraar diya hai Yaane yeh woh kufur-e-Akbar nahi hai jis ka irtikaab kar ke insaan daaira-e-Islam se khaarij ho jaata hai.

“والعیاذ باللہ”

Lekin yeh bohat bada kabeerah-e-gunaah hai, Isi wajah se Hazrat Ibn-e-Mas’ood رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ farmaaya karte the ke mein’ Allah Ta’ala ke naam ki jhooti qasam khaaon yeh mujhe is se ziyaada pasand hai ke ghair Allah ke naam ki sachi qasam khaaon.” Iski ta’eed Hazrat Abu Huraira رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se marwi is Hadees se bhi hoti hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

مَنْ خَلَفَ مِنْكُمْ فَقَالَ فِي حَلْفِهِ بِاللَّاتِ فَلْيَقُلْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَمَنْ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ تَعَالَ أَقَامِرْكَ فَلْيَتَصَدَّق

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Imaan-o-Al-Nazour, Baab laa Yakhlaf Baalaat-o-Al-‘Azzi-o-Laa baal Tawaghiyat, H: 6650, Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab min Halaf Baalaat-o-Al-‘Azi . . . , H: 1647)

“Jis ne qasam khaate hue yeh keh diya ke laat ki qasam! To us se us ke ba’d yeh kehna chaahiye “لا الہ الا اللہ ” Aur jis ne apne bhai se ye keh diya ke aaiye juwaa khelein us se sadqa karna chaahiye.”

Is Hadees mein Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne hukm diya hai ke jo musalmaan laat ki qasam khaa bethe to woh us ke ba’d ”لا الہ الا اللہ” padh le kyunke ghair Allah ki qasam khaana us kamaal-e-touheed ke manaafi hai, Jis se ikhtiyaar karna musalmaan ke liye zaroori hai. Ghair Allah ki qasam khaane mein ghair Allah ki ta’zeem hai aur yeh ta’zeem Yaane qasam khaana Allah Ta’ala ki zaat ke liye makhsoos hai. Ba’az Ahadees mein jo aaba ki qasam ka zikr aaya hai to us ka ta’lluq Mumaani’at se qabl Quraish ke us ma’mool ke mutaabiq hai, Jis ke woh zamaana-e-jaahiliyat mein ‘aadi the.
