Yahood-o-Nasaara ke kufur ka asbaat aur unhein kaafir na kehne waalon ki tardeed

[Sawaal]

Europe ki ek Masjid mein ek waa’iz ne apne dars mein yeh bayaan kiya ke Yahood-o-Nasaara ko kaafir kehna jaaiz nahi, Jaisa ke aap jaante hain Europe mein Masaajid mein aane waale musalmaanon ki ‘ilmi ista’daad bohat kam hai, Is liye hum darte hain kahin yeh baat mashoor na ho jaae lehaaza umeed hai ke aap is masla par mufassil roshni daalein ge?

[Jawab]

Us aadmi ki yeh baat zalaalat-o-gumraahi balkeh kufur hai kyunke Yahood-o-Nasaara ko to khud Allah Ta’ala ne apni kitaab mein kaafir qaraar diya hai.

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

وَقَالَتِ الۡيَهُوۡدُ عُزَيۡرُ ۨابۡنُ اللّٰهِ وَقَالَتِ النَّصٰرَى الۡمَسِيۡحُ ابۡنُ اللّٰهِ‌ؕ ذٰ لِكَ قَوۡلُهُمۡ بِاَ فۡوَاهِهِمۡ‌ ۚ يُضَاهِئُونَ قَوۡلَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ‌ ؕ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ‌ۚ اَنّٰى يُؤۡفَكُوۡنَ

اِتَّخَذُوۡۤا اَحۡبَارَهُمۡ وَرُهۡبَانَهُمۡ اَرۡبَابًا مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ وَالۡمَسِيۡحَ ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ‌ ۚ وَمَاۤ اُمِرُوۡۤا اِلَّا لِيَـعۡبُدُوۡۤا اِلٰهًا وَّاحِدًا‌ ۚ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ‌ ؕ سُبۡحٰنَهٗ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُوۡنَ

(Al-tawba 9 30-31)

“Aur Yahood ne kaha ke ‘Uzair Allah ka beta hai aur Nasaara ne kaha ke Maseeh Allah ka beta hai, Yeh un ke munh ki baatein hain pehle kaafir bhi is tarah ki baatein kiya karte the, Yeh bhi unhi ki rais karne lage hain, Allah un ko halaak kare yeh kahan behke phirte hain. Unhon ne apne ‘Ulama aur mashaaikh aur Maseeh Ibn-e-Maryam ko Allah ke siwa Rabb bana liya halaankeh un ko yeh hukm diya gaya tha ke Allah wahid ke siwa kisi ki ‘ibaadat na karein’ Us ke siwa koi m’abood nahi aur woh un logon ke shareek muqqarar karne se paak hai.”

In Aayaat se ma’loom hoa ke Yahood-o-Nasaara mushrik hain, Jab ke kai deegar Aayaat mein Allah Ta’ala ne unhein waazeh taur par kaafir qaraar diya hai. Maslan:

لَـقَدۡ كَفَرَ الَّذِيۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الۡمَسِيۡحُ ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ‌ؕ

(Al-Maa’idaah 5 17)

“Jo log is baat ke qaail hain ke ‘Isaa Ibn-e-Maryam Allah hain, Woh beshak kaafir hain.”

لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَاثَةٌ

(Al-Maa’idaah 5 73)

“Woh log pakke kaafir hain jo is baat ke qaail hain ke Allah teen mein se teesra hai.”

لمِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَاءِيلَ عَلَى لِسَانِ دَاوُدَ وَعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَةً

(Al-Maa’idaah 5 78)

“Jo log Bani Isra’il mein kaafir hue un par Dawood aur ‘Isaa Ibn-e-Maryam ki zabaan se la’nat ki gai.”

اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡكِتٰبِ وَ الۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ فِىۡ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ

(Al-Bayinat 6 98)

“Jo log kaafir hain (Yaane) ehl-e-kitaab aur mushrik woh dozakh ki aag mein (paden ge)”

Chunaanche is mouz’o ki bohat si Aayaat aur Ahadees hain, Jo shakhs un Yahood-o-Nasaara ke kufur ka inkaar kare jo Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) par Imaan nahi laae balkeh unhon ne aap ki takzeeb ki to woh Allah ki takzeeb karta hai aur Allah ki takzeeb kufur hai. Jo shakhs Yahood-o-Nasaara ke kufur mein shak kare, Us ke apne kaafir hone mein koi shak nahi hai. Subhaan Allah ! Yeh shakhs un ko kio kaafir qaraar nahi deta jab ke yeh taslees ke qaail hain aur us ki wajah se Allah Ta’ala ne unhein kaafir qaraar diya hai, Yeh un ko kaafir kio qaraar nahi deta jab ke yeh Hazrat Maseeh علیہ السلام ko Allah ka beta kehte hain aur kehte hain ke Allah Ta’ala ke haath bandhe hue hain aur kehte hain ke Allah faqeer hai aur hum doulat mand hain? Ta’jjub hai yeh shakhs aise logon ko kio kaafir qaraar nahi deta jo Allah Ta’ala ke liye aise bure ausaaf bayaan karte hain jo sara sar sab-o-shatam aur ‘aib hain.

Mein us shakhs ko yeh da’wat deta hoon ke yeh Allah ‘az-o-Jal ki baargaah mein tawbah kare aur yeh Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala padhe:

وَدُّوۡا لَوۡ تُدۡهِنُ فَيُدۡهِنُوۡنَ

(Al-Qalam 9 68**)

“Yeh log chaahte hain ke aap narmi ikhtiyaar karen to yeh bhi naram ho jaaen.”

Lekin kufur ke baare mein un se koi narmi na ki jaae aur sab ke saamne bar mila bayaan karna chaahiye ke yeh log kaafir hain, jahannumi hain aur Nabi Kareem(ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai:

وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا يَسْمَعُ بِيْ يَهُودِي وَلَا نَصْرَانِي مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ – أَيْ أُمَّةِ الدَّعْوَةِ – ثُمَّ لَا يَتَّبِعُ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ، أَوْ قَالَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِمَا جِئْتُ بِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النار

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Wajoob Al-Imaan barisaalat naabina . . . , H: 153)

“Us zaat-e-Aqdas ki qasam! Jis ke haath mein meri jaan hai mere baare mein Ummat —— Yaane Ummat-e-da’wat—— mein se koi Yahoodi aur ‘Isaai sune aur phir woh us ki itteb’a na kare jo Deen le kar mein aaya hoon—— to woh jahannumi ho ga.”

Is baat ke kehne waale ko chaahiye ke woh is zabardast iftaraa pardaazi se Allah Ta’ala ki baargaah mein tawbah kare, Sareehan e’laan kare ke Yahood-o-Nasaara kaafir hain, jahannumi hain aur un par farz hai ke us Nabi-e-Ummi Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) par Imaan laaein , Jin ka tazkiraah Tauraat-o-Injeel mein bhi likha hoa hai, Jo unhein neiki ka hukm dete’ Buraai se rokte, Un ke liye paak cheezon ko Halaal thehraate aur napaak ko Haraam qaraar dete hain aur us bojh aur beediyon ko utaar phenkte hain jo un par padi hoi hain. Jo log aap par Imaan laae, Aap ki ‘izzat ki, Aap ki madad ki aur us Noor ki pairwi ki jis se aap par utaara gaya to yehi log kaamiyaab hain. Woh Aap (ﷺ) hi ki Zaat-e-Giraami hai jin ke baare mein Hazrat ‘Isaa ibn-e-Maryam علیہ السلام ne bashaarat sunai thi jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala ne farmaaya hai ke:

يٰبَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ اِنِّىۡ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰهِ اِلَيۡكُمۡ مُّصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ التَّوۡرٰٮةِ وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُوۡلٍ يَّاۡتِىۡ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِى اسۡمُهٗۤ اَحۡمَدُ‌ؕ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ قَالُوۡا هٰذَا سِحۡرٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ

(Al-Saf 6 61)

“Aur (Woh waqt bhi yaad karo) jab Maryam ke bete ‘Isaa ne kaha ke “Ae Bani Israa’el ! Mein tumhare paas Allah ka bheja hoa aaya hoon (Aur) jo (Kitaab) mujh se pehle aa chuki hai (Yaane) Tauraat is ki tasdeeq karta hoon aur ek paighambar jo mere ba’d aaein ge, Jin ka naam Ahmad ho ga. Un ki bashaarat sunaata hoon, Phir) jab woh un logon ke paas khuli nishaaniyaan le kar aae to kehne lage ke yeh to sareeh jaadu hai.”

Jab un ke paas aa gae Kon? Woh Ahmad (ﷺ) jin ki aamad ki Hazrat ‘Isaa علیہ السلام ne bashaarat sunaai thi aur aae bhi khuli nishaaniyon ke saath to unhon ne kaha ke yeh to sareeh jaadu hai, Isi se hum un ‘Isaaiyon ke da’we ki tardeed karte hain jinhon ne kaha ke Hazrat ‘Isaa علیہ السلام ne jin ki aamad ki bashaarat di woh Ahmad hain Muhammad nahi hain kyunke ‘Isaa علیہ السلام ke ba’d sirf Muhammad (ﷺ) hi tashreef laae hain aur Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) hi Ahmad (ﷺ) hain, Yeh to Allah ne Hazrat ‘Isaa علیہ السلام ki taraf ilhaam kiya tha ke woh Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) ka ism-e-paak Ahmad se zikr karen kyunke Ahmad’ Hamd se ism-e-tafzeel ka seegha hai jis ke ma’ani yeh hain ke aap tamaam logon se badh kar apne Rabb ki Hamd bayaan farmaane waale hain jab ke Ahmad ko ism-e-fa’il se tafseel ka seegha maan liya jaae aur agar us se ism-e-ma’afol se tafseel ka seegha maanen to phir us ke ma’ani yeh hon ge ke aap apne kaamil ausaaf ke baa’is tamaam makhlooq mein sab se ziyaada qaabil-e-sataaish hain goya aap Hamd ke akmal seegha-e-“Ahmad” ke e’itbaar se Hamid bhi hain aur Mehmood bhi !

Mein to yeh bhi kahoon ga ke agar koi shakhs yeh gumaan kar le ke zameen mein Islam ke siwa koi aur bhi Deen hai, Jis se Allah qubool farmaae ga to woh kaafir hai, Us ke kufur mein koi shak nahi kyunke Allah Ta’ala ne apni kitaab mein Irshaad farmaaya hai:

وَمَنۡ يَّبۡتَغِ غَيۡرَ الۡاِسۡلَامِ دِيۡنًا فَلَنۡ يُّقۡبَلَ مِنۡهُ‌ ۚ وَهُوَ فِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ مِنَ الۡخٰسِرِيۡنَ

(Aal ‘Imran 3 85)

“Aur jo shakhs Islam ke siwa kisi aur Deen ka taalib ho ga to woh us se hargiz qubool nahi kiya jaaega aur aisa shakhs aakhirat mein nuqsaan uthaane waalon mein ho ga.”

Nez farmaaya:

اَ لۡيَوۡمَ اَكۡمَلۡتُ لَـكُمۡ دِيۡنَكُمۡ وَاَ تۡمَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ نِعۡمَتِىۡ وَرَضِيۡتُ لَـكُمُ الۡاِسۡلَامَ دِيۡنًا‌ ؕ

(Al-Maa’idaah 3 5)

“Aaj hum ne tumhare liye tumhara Deen kaamil kar diya aur apni n’ematein tum par poori kar din aur tumhare liye Islam ko Deen pasand kiya.”

Lehaaza mein teesri baar phir yeh kehta hoon ke us shakhs ko Allah Ta’ala ki baargaah mein tawbah karni chaahiye aur logon ke saamne khul kar is baat ka e’laan karna chaahiye ke Yahood-o-Nasaara kaafir hain kyunke un par hujjat tamaam ho chuki hai, Allah ka paighaam un tak pohanch chuka hai lekin unhon ne mehez-e-‘inaad ki wajah se kufur ko ikhtiyaar kiya hai.

Yahoodiyon ko maghzoob ‘alaihim Isi liye kaha jaata hai ke unhon ne haqq ko jaanne ke bawajood us ki mukhaalifat ki aur Nasaara ko zaaleen Isi liye kaha jaata hai ke unhon ne haqq ka iraadah to kiya magar us se bhatak gae aur ab un sab ne haqq ko jaan aur pehchaan to liya hai lekin daanista us ki mukhaalifat kar rahe hain, Jis ki wajah se yeh sab ghazab-e-Ilaahi ke mustahiq thehre hain. Mein un tamaam Yahoodiyon aur ‘Isaaiyon ko yeh da’wat deta hoon ke woh Allah Ta’ala aur us ke tamaam Rasoolon ke saath Imaan laaein aur Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) ki pairwi karen kyunke un ki apni kitaabon mein bhi unhein yehi hukm diya gaya tha jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala ne farmaaya hai:

وَرَحۡمَتِىۡ وَسِعَتۡ كُلَّ شَىۡءٍ‌ ؕ فَسَاَكۡتُبُهَا لِلَّذِيۡنَ يَتَّقُوۡنَ وَيُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَالَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ بِاٰيٰتِنَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ
اَلَّذِيۡنَ يَتَّبِعُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلَ النَّبِىَّ الۡاُمِّىَّ الَّذِىۡ يَجِدُوۡنَهٗ مَكۡتُوۡبًا عِنۡدَهُمۡ فِى التَّوۡرٰٮةِ وَالۡاِنۡجِيۡلِ يَاۡمُرُهُمۡ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَيَنۡهٰٮهُمۡ عَنِ الۡمُنۡكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبٰتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيۡهِمُ الۡخَبٰۤئِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنۡهُمۡ اِصۡرَهُمۡ وَالۡاَغۡلٰلَ الَّتِىۡ كَانَتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ‌ ؕ فَالَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا بِهٖ وَعَزَّرُوۡهُ وَنَصَرُوۡهُ وَ اتَّبَـعُوا النُّوۡرَ الَّذِىۡۤ اُنۡزِلَ مَعَهٗ ۤ‌ ۙ اُولٰۤئِكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ

(Al-A’iraaf 7 156-157)

“Aur meri rehmat har ek cheez ko shaamil (Yaane har cheez par chaai hoi) hai, Main is (Rehmat-o-bhalaai) ko un logon ke liye likh doon ga jo parhaizgaari karte aur Zakaat dete aur hamari Aayaton par Imaan rakhte hain woh jo Muhammad Rasool(Allah) ki, jo Nabi-e-Ummi hain, Pairwi karte hain jin (ke ausaaf) ko woh apne haan Tauraat-o-Injeel mein likha hoa paate hain, Woh unhein achhe (neiki ke) kaam karne ka hukm dete hain aur bure kaam se rokte hain aur paak cheezon ko un ke liye Halaal karte hain aur napaak cheezon ko un par Haraam thehraate hain aur un par se bojh aur tauq jo un ke (Sar) par (Aur gale mein) the utaarte hain, To jo log un par Imaan laae aur un ki rafaaqat ki aur un ki madad ki aur jo Noor un ke saath naazil hoa hai, Us ki pairwi ki, Wahi muraad paane waale hain:

قُلۡ يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنِّىۡ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰهِ اِلَيۡكُمۡ جَمِيۡعَاْ ۨالَّذِىۡ لَهٗ مُلۡكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ‌ۚ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ يُحۡىٖ وَيُمِيۡتُ‌ ۖ فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَرَسُوۡلِهِ النَّبِىِّ الۡاُمِّىِّ الَّذِىۡ يُؤۡمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَكَلِمٰتِهٖ وَاتَّبِعُوۡهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُوۡنَ

(Ae Muhammad (ﷺ!) keh dijiye ke logo! Mein tum sab ki taraf Allah ka bheja hoa hoon (Yaane us ka Rasool hoon) (Woh) jo aasmaanon aur zameen ka baadshah hai, Us ke siwa koi m’abood nahi, Wahi zindah gaani bakhshta hai aur wahi mout deta hai pas tum Allah par aur us ke Rasool-e-paighambar ummi par jo Allah Ta’ala aur us ke tamaam kalaam par Imaan rakhte hain, Imaan laao aur un ki pairwi karo taakeh hidaayat paao.”

Yahood-o-Nasaara ko chaahiye ke Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) par Imaan laa kar do guna ajar-o-sawaab haasil kar lein jaisa ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَهُمْ أَجْرَانِ : رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَمَنَ بِنَبِيِّهِ وَآمَنَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Al ‘Ilm, Baab ta’leem Al-Rajal Aamtahu-o-Ahlahu, H: 97, Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Wajoob Al-Imaan barisaalat Nabiyina . . . , H: 154)

“Teen aadmiyon ko do guna ajar-o-sawaab milta hai un mein se ek aadmi woh hai jo Ahl-e-kitaab se ho aur pehle apne Nabi par Imaan laaya ho aur phir Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) ke saath bhi Imaan laaya ho.”

(Al-Hadees)

Mein yahan tak likh paaya tha ke us ke ba’d main ne dekha ke “Al-Aqn’a” ke mussaanif ne “Baab hukm Al-Murtad” mein likha hai ke:

“Ya woh us se kaafir na samjhe jo Islam ke siwa kisi aur Deen ko ikhtiyaar kare jaise ‘Isaai hain ya un ke kufur mein shak kare ya un ke mazhab ko sahih qaraar de to woh bhi kaafir hai.”

Unhon ne Shaikh-ul-Islam (Ibn-e-Taymiyyah رحمة الله) ka yeh qawl bhi naqal kiya hai ke:

“Jo shakhs yeh ‘aqeedah rakhe ke garje Allah ke ghar hain aur un mein Allah Ta’ala ki ‘ibaadat hoti hai aur Yahood-o-Nasaara jo kuch karte hain, Yeh Allah ki ‘ibaadat aur us ki aur us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ki ita’at hai ya Allah us se khush hota aur us se pasand karta hai ya Allah Ta’ala ne garje kholne aur un ke Deen ki iqaamat mein un ki madad ki hai aur un ka yeh tarz-e-‘amal qurbat-o-taa’at-e-Ilaahi hai, To woh kaafir hai.”

Unhon ne ek aur jagah bhi likha hai ke:

“Jo shakhs yeh aqeedah rakhe ke Ahl-e-zimma ki un ke kaneeson mein ziyaarat taqarrub-e-Ilaahi ke husool ka zariy’a hai to woh murtad hai.”

Un hawaalaat jaat se hamare is muw’aqif ki ta’eed hoti hai, Jis se hum ne is jawaab ke shuru mein zikr kiya hai aur is amar mein qat’an koi ashkaal nahi hai.
