Deen Mein satihiyat nahi hai
[Sawaal]
Us shakhs ke baare mein shari’yat ka Kia hukm hai jo yeh kehta hai ke daadhi mundwaana ya tang libaas pehanna ma’mooli baatein hain, Un ka Deen ke usool se koi ta’lluq nahi hai ya aisi baatein karne waalon se woh hansi mazaaq karta hai?
[Jawab]
Yeh kalaam khatarnaak aur munkir-e-‘Azeem hai, Deen mein koi satihiyat nahi hai balkeh Deen to ‘aqal’ Salaah aur islaah par mabni hai, Deen ke masaa’il usool-o-fur’u mein taqseem hain. Daadhi aur kapdon ka masla Deen ke furu’i masaa’il mein se hai usool mein se nahi hai lekin Deen ki kisi bhi baat ko satihiyat se t’abeer nahi karna chaahiye kyunke khadsha hai ke jo shakhs azraah-e-nuqs-o-istehza aisi baat kehta hai, Woh kahin murtid hi na ho jaae ke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
قُلْ أَبِاللَّهِ وَمَا يَلِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِئُونَ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُ
(Al-tawbah 9 65-66)
“Ae Paighambar ! Keh dijiye Kia tum Allah aur us ki Aayaton aur us ke Rasool se hansi karte the, Bahaane mat banaao’ Tum Imaan laane ke ba’d kaafir ho chuke ho.”
Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne Chunaanche yeh hukm diya hai ke daadhi ko badhaaya jaae aur moonchon ko katwaaya jaae aur tamaam umoor mein aap ki ita’at aur aap ke amar-o-nahi ki ta’zeem waajib hai. Imaam Abu Muhammad Ibn-e-Hazam ne zikr farmaaya hai ke is baat par ‘Ulama ka ijm’a hai ke daadhi ko badhaana aur moonchon ko katwaana farz hai aur bilaashak-o-shuba sa’adat’ Nijaat’ ‘Izzat’ Karamaat aur achi ‘aaqbiyat Allah aur us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ki ita’at hi mein hai aur halaakat’ Nuqsaan aur bura anjaam is baat mein hai ke Allah aur us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ki nafarmaani ki jaae. kapde ko takhnon se ooncha rakhna farz hai kyunke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai:
مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الإِزارِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Libaas, Baab maa Asfal min Al-Ka’abeen fahuwa fi Al-Naar, H: 5787)
“Tehband ka jo hissa takhnon se neeche ho ga. (Woh tehband se dhaampa hoa hissa) jahannum mein ho ga.”
Isi tarah Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai:
ثَلَاثَةٌ لا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ وَلَا يَنظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلا يُرَكِّيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ: الْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ وَالْمَنَّانُ فِيْمَا أَعْطَى، وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحِلْفِ الْكَاذِبِ
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, baab bayaan ghalaz Tehreem asbaal Al-Izaar. . . , H: 106, -O-Abu Dawood fi Al-Sunan, Raqam: 4087,)
“Qayaamat ke din teen aadmiyon se Allah Ta’ala kalaam farmaae ga na unki taraf (Nazar-e-rehmat se) dekhe ga. Na unhein paak kare ga aur un ke liye dardnaak ‘azaab ho ga.
(1) Apne tehband ko neeche latkaane waala
(2) De kar ehsaan jataane waala aur
(3) Jhooti qasam khaa kar apna sauda bechne waala.”
Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka yeh Irshaad-e-Giraami bhi hai:
لا يَنظُرُ اللهُ إِلَى مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلَاءَ
“Allah Ta’ala us shakhs ki taraf dekhe ga nahi jo takabbur-o-fakhar ki wajah se apna kapda (Takhnon se neeche) latkaae.”

Is liye har musalmaan par yeh farz hai ke apne kapdon ko takhnon se ooncha rakhe khuwaah woh qamees ho ya tehband , Shalwaar ho ya paajaama , Aur takhnon se neeche na latkaae , Afzal yeh hai ke kapda nasf-e-pindli aur takhne ke darmiyaan ho, Agar kapde ko azraah-e-takabbur-o-fakhar latkaaya to gunaah bohat ziyaada ho ga aur agar kapda sirf ghaflat-o-susti ki wajah se latak gaya to yeh bhi amar munkir hai, Us se bhi aadmi gunaah gaar ho ga lekin mutakabbir ki nisbat us se gunaah kam ho ga lekin is mein koi shuba nahi ke kapde ko (takhne se) neeche latkaana waseela-e-takabbur zaroor hai agarcha aadmi gumaan yehi kare ke woh takabbur ki wajah se aisa nahi kar raha aur phir Hadees mein wa’eed ‘aam hai lehaaza is masla mein tasaahil se hargiz kaam nahi lena chaahiye.
Hazrat Abu Bakr رضی اللہ عنہ ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki khidmat mein ‘arz kiya:
إِنَّ إِزَارِي يَسْتَرْخِي إِلَّا أَنْ أَتَعَاهَدَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ إِنَّكَ لَسْتَ
مِمَّنْ يَفْعَلُهُ خُيَلاء
“Koshish ke bawajood mera tehband takhne se neeche latak jaata hai” aur Nabi علیہ السلام ne un se farmaaya ke “Aap un logon mein se nahi hain jo azraah-e-takabbur aisa karte hain.”

To yeh us shakhs ke haqq mein hai jis ka haal Siddique-e-Akbar jaisa ho Yaane jis ka kapda baghair takabbur ke latak gaya ho aur is ke bawajood woh koshish karta ho ke apne kapde ko ooncha rakhe aur jo shakhs qasad-o-iraadah se apne kapde ko takhnon se neeche rakhe to woh Siddique-e-Akbar رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ki tarah nahi hai kapdon (Shalwaar , Pent , Paajamaa aur tehband waghaira ko takhnon) se neeche latkaane mein mazkoora baala wa’eed ke saath saath asraaf bhi hai aur kapdon ke najaasat se aalooda hone ka andeesha bhi Nez ‘Aurton ke saath mushaabihat bhi hai lehaaza musalmaan par farz hai ke woh apne aap ko is se bachaae.
