134. Hazrat Zaid [رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ]{dir=”rtl”} ke talaaq dene ke ba’d Hazrat Zainab [رضي الله عنها]{dir=”rtl”} se Nabi (ﷺ) ki shaadi ke baare mein shubhaat ka azaala
Hazrat Zaid [رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ]{dir=”rtl”} ke talaaq dene ke ba’d Hazrat Zainab [رضي الله عنها]{dir=”rtl”} se Nabi (ﷺ) ki shaadi ke baare mein shubhaat ka azaala

Hazrat Zaid-Bin-Haarisa رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ki Hazrat Zainab رضي الله عنها se shaadi ka Kia qissa hai, Jin se ba’d mein Nabi (ﷺ) ne shaadi kar li thi? Shaadi kese hoi aur phir kio khatam ho gai? Ba’az ‘Arab mulkon mein hum ne ba’az logon se yeh suna hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ko Hazrat Zainab رضي الله عنها se ishq ho gaya tha aur is silsila mein main ne jo baatein suni hain, Mera zameer ijaazat nahi deta ke mein unhein likhoon lehaaza barah-e-Karaam sahi soorat-e-haal par roshni daalein?
[Jawab]
Zaid-Bin-Harisa-Bin-Sharaheel Kalbi , Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke azaad karda ghulaam the. Aap ne unhein azaad kar ke apna mutabana bana liya tha jis ki wajah se unhein Zaid-Bin-Muhammad kaha jaata tha hatta ke Allah Ta’ala ne yeh hukm naazil farma diya:
ادْعُوهُمْ لا بَابِهِمْ
(Al-Ahzaab 33 5)
“Momino! le paalkon (Munh bole beton) ko un ke (Asli) baapon ke naam se pukaara karo.”
To is Aayat ke nuzool ke ba’d logon ne unhein Zaid-Bin-Harisa kehna shuru kar diya aur Hazrat Zainab se muraad Zainab bint-e-Hajash-Bin-Rubaab Asadiya hain, Un ki waalida ka naam Umaima bint-e-‘Abdul Muttallib hai jo ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki phuphi thin.
Hazrat Zaid رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ki Hazrat Zainab رضي الله عنها se shaadi ka qissa yeh hai ke khud Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne yeh shaadi karwaai thi kyunke Zaid رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ Aap (ﷺ) ke azaad karda ghulaam aur mutabanna the, Aap (ﷺ) ne Zaid ki shaadi ki baat ki to Hazrat Zainab رضي الله عنها ne inkaar kar diya aur kaha ke mein hasab-o-nasab ke e’itbaar se is se behtar hoon lekin is mouq’a par Allah Ta’ala ne yeh Aayat-e-kareema naazil farma di:
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُّبِينًا
(Al-Ahzaab 33 36)
“Aur kisi momin mard aur momin ‘Aurat ko haqq nahi hai ke jab Allah aur us ka Rasool koi amar muqarrar kar dein to woh is kaam mein apna bhi kuch ikhtiyaar samjhen aur jo koi Allah aur us ke Rasool ki nafarmaani kare to woh sareeh gumraah ho gaya.”
To is Aayat ke nuzool ke ba’d Allah Ta’ala ki ita’at aur Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki khuwaaish ke ehtraam mein Hazrat Zainab ne Zaid se shaadi ko manzoor kar liya aur ek saal ke qareeb Hazrat Zaid ke saath rahen , Phir un dono miyan biwi ke darmiyaan ikhtilaafaat paida ho gae , Hazrat Zaid ne Rasoolullah ki khidmat mein un ki shikaayat ki kyunke Zaid agar Nabi (ﷺ) ke azaad karda ghulaam aur mutabanna the to Zainab Aap (ﷺ) ki phuphi Umaima ki beti thin, Zaid ne talaaq dene ki khuwaaish ka izhaar kiya lekin Nabi (ﷺ) ne hukm diya ke talaaq na do balkeh sabar karo halaankeh aap ko Wahi-e-Ilaahi se yeh ma’loom ho chuka tha ke Zaid talaaq de dein ge aur Zainab aap ke hibaala-e-‘aqad mein aa jaaein gi lekin aap ko khadsha mehsoos hoa ke log ta’na dein ge ke aap ne apne bete ki biwi se shaadi kar li hai kyunke is tarah ki shaadi zamaana-e-jaahiliyat mein mamn’u thi is silsila mein Allah Ta’ala ne apne Nabi se mukhatib ho kar farmaaya:
وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكَ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَنَةٌ
(Al-Ahzaab 33 37)
“Aur jab tum us shakhs se jis par Allah ne ehsaan kiya aur tum ne bhi ehsaan kiya (Yeh) kehte the ke apni biwi ko apne paas rehne de aur Allah se dar aur aap apne dil mein woh baat chupaate the, Jis ko Allah zaahir karne waala tha aur aap logon se darte the halaankelah hi is ka ziyaada mustahiq hai ke aap us se daren.”
Yaane Allah Ta’ala us ko janta hai ke aap apne ji mein is baat ko chupa rahe the, Jis se Allah Ta’ala ne aap ko ma’loom karwa diya tha ke Zaid apni biwi ko talaaq de dein ge aur phir Zainab se aap ki shaadi ho gi taakeh aap hukm-e-Ilaahi ke saamne sar-e-ita’at jhukaate hue’ Is ki hikmat-o-maslihat ke mutaabiq Zainab se shaadi kar lein lekin aap logon ki baaton aur ilzaam taraashiyon se darte hain halaankeh Allah Ta’ala ki zaat is baat ki ziyaada mustahiq hai ke aap us se daren lehaaza aap logon ki baaton ki parwah kiye baghair is baat ka khullam khulla e’laan farma dijiye jo Zaid aur Zainab رضي الله عنها se un ki shaadi ki baabat buzariy’a wahi bata diya gaya hai.
Hazrat Zaid ne jab talaaq de di aur ‘iddat guzar gai to Nabi (ﷺ) ne Hazrat Zainab ko shaadi ka paigham bheja to Allah Ta’ala ne khud hi waali aur gawaahon ke baghair apne paighambar ki Hazrat Zainab se shaadi kar di’ Bilaashuba Nabi (ﷺ) tamaam mominon ke waali hain balkeh un ki jaanon se bhi ziyaada haqq rakhte hain jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala ne farmaaya:
النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ
(Al-Ahzaab 6 33)
“Paighambar Nabi (ﷺ) mominon par un ki jaanon se bhi ziyaada haqq rakhte hain.”
Zamaana-e-jaahiliyat mein jo le paalak banaane ki ‘aadat thi Allah Ta’ala ne us se baatil kar diya aur musalmaanon ke liye yeh Halaal qaraar de diya ke woh apne le paalak ki biwiyon ke saath un ke talaaq dene ya un ke Faut ho jaane ki soorat mein shaadi kar sakte hain. Allah Ta’ala ne musalmaanon par rehmat farmaane aur un se harj ko door karne ke liye yeh hukm diya.
Yeh jo bayaan kiya jaata hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Zainab ko pas-e-pardah se dekha to us se un ki mohabbat aap ke dil mein ghar kar gai’ Aap ko un se ‘ishq ho gaya , Hazrat Zaid رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ko is ka ‘ilm ho gaya to unhon ne apne aap par Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ko tarjeeh di aur Zainab رضي الله عنها ko talaaq de di taakeh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) un se Nikkah kar lein to yeh baatein kisi bhi sahi sanad se saabit nahi, Waisey bhi Hazraat Ambiya Karaam علیہ السلام ki shaan is se bohat oonchi Un ke nafs-e-‘afeef Un ke ikhlaaq-e-karimaana aur un ka maqaam-o-martaba is qism ki baaton se buland-o-baala aur arf’a-o-a’ala hota hai aur phir Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne khud apni phuphi zaad Zainab ka rishta Hazrat Zaid ke liye talab kiya tha, Agar aap ke dil mein Hazrat Zainab ke baare mein aisi koi baat hoti to aap shur’u hi mein yeh rishta Zaid ki bajaae apne liye talab farma lete khusoosan jabke shur’u mein Hazrat Zainab ne is se inkaar bhi kar diya tha aur aap us waqt raazi huwin jab Allah Ta’ala ne Aayat naazil farmaai. Dar haqeeqat yeh Allah Ta’ala ki taraf se zamaana-e-jaahiliyat ki ‘aadaat ko khatam karne ke liye ek tadbeer aur faisla tha aur logon ke liye is mein takhfeef aur rehmat ka pehlu tha jaisa ke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
فَلَمَّا قَضَى زَيْدٌ مِنْهَا وَطَرًا زَوَحْنَكَهَا لِكَيْ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَرَجٌ فِي أَزْوَاجِ أَدْعِيَا بِهِمْ إِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَراً وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولًا مَّا كَانَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ فِيمَا فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَهُ سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِي الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قَدْرًا مَّقْدُورًا ) الَّذِينَ يُلِغُونَ رِسَالَاتِ اللَّهِ وَيَخْشَوْنَهُ وَلَا يَخْشَوْنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ حَسِيبًا مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَكِن رَّسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا
(Al-Ahzaab 33 37- 40)
“Phir jab Zaid us se apni haajat poori kar chuka (Yaane us ko talaaq de di) to hum ne us (Mutallaqa khaatoon) ka aap se Nikkah kar diya taakeh mominon par apne munh bole beton ki biwiyon ke saath Nikkah karne ke baare mein koi tangi na rahe jab woh un se apni haajat poori kar chuke hon (Yaane talaaq de dein) aur Allah Ta’ala ka hukm waaqa’e ho kar rehne waala tha. Nabi (ﷺ) par kisi aise kaam mein koi rukaawat nahi hai jo Allah Ta’ala ne un ke liye muqarrar kar diya ho. Jo Ambiya Karaam pehle guzar chuke hain un ke ma’amley mein bhi Allah Ta’ala ka yehi dastoor raha hai. Aur Allah ka hukm ek qat’i tey shudah faisla hota hai. (Yeh Allah Ta’ala ka dastoor hai un logon ke liye) jo Allah ke paighaamaat (Joon ke toon) pohanchaate aur usi se darte rahe aur Allah ke siwa kisi se nahi darte the aur Allah hi hisaab lene ke liye kaafi hai. Muhammad (ﷺ) tumhare mardon mein se kisi ke baap nahi hain balkeh woh Allah ke Rasool aur Khatam-ul-Nabiyeen hain. Aur Allah har cheez ka ‘ilm rakhne waala hai.”
