الْحَمْدُ للهِ وَالصَّلُوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ وَمَنِ اهْتَدَى بِهُدَاء – أَمَّا بَعْدُ
Fiqhi council ne apne pehle ijlaas-e-mun’aqdah Makkah Mukarrama morkha 10 Sha’uban 1398 hijri ba mutaabiq 1978 ko maasooni (Saihoni) Tehreek aur us ki taraf mansoob hone waalon ka jaaiza liya ke is ke baare mein Islami shariy’at ka Kia hukm hai? Council ke arkaan ne is khatarnaak tanzeem ka mukammal jaaiza liya aur qadeem-o-jadeed daur mein is ke baare mein jo kuch likha gaya us ka mutaall’a kiya, Is tehreek ke arkaan , Qaideen aur is se waabasta logon ne is se muta’lliq jo dastaweezaat , Kutub , Muqalaat aur mujallaat waghaira tab’a kiye Un ka bhi khoob diqqat nazar se mutaall’a kiya, Is mutaall’a se council ke saamne us tehreek ki jo naa qabil-e-tardeed soorat waazeh hoi woh hasb-e-zail hai:
(1) Masooni ek khufiya tehreek hai, Jo zamaan-o-makaan ke halaat ke mutaabiq kabhi to zaahir ho jaati hai aur kabhi zair-e-zameen chali jaati hai lekin is ke haqeeqi mubaadiyaat jis par yeh tanzeem astwaar hai, Woh tamaam halaat mein hi makhfi hain hatta ke siwaae un khawas al-khawas ke woh us tanzeem ke arkaan se bhi makhfi rakhe jaate hain, Jo mukhtalif tajarbon ke ba’d oonche ‘uhdon par faa’iz kiye jaate hain.
(2) Yeh tanzeem nawaaqif logon ko dho ke aur fareb mein mubtala karne ke liye rooye zameen mein phaile hue apne ba’az arkaan ka ba’az ke saath jis zaahiri asaas par rabita astwaar karti hai, Woh baz’am khud insaani ukhuwwat ki asaas hai, Jis ki buniyaad par tamaam log aqaa’id’ Firqon aur mazhabon ki tameez ke baghair us tanzeem mein daakhil ho sakte hain.

(3) Yeh tanzeem jin logon ko apne maqaasid ki Khatir apne saath milaana zaroori samajhti hai, Unhein zaati munfa’at ke naam par dhoka de kar apni taraf kheench leti hai aur da’wa yeh karti hai ke har maasoni bhai duniya bhar ke har doosre maasoni bhai ki madad ke liye har waqt tayyaar hai jo ke us ki tamaam zarooraton’ Maqaasid aur mushkilaat mein madad kare ga. Siyaasi aghraaz-o-maqaasid mein bhi is ki bharpoor ta’eed-o-himaayat kare ga. Agar kisi mushkil mein mubtala ho to us mushkil se nikalne ke liye us ka poora poora saath de ga. Algharz har haal mein woh us ka saath de ga khuwaah yeh haqq par ho ya baatil par Khuwaah yeh zaalim ho ya mazloom Agarcha bazaahir yeh taasar dete hain ke woh sirf haqq par hone ki soorat mein madad karte hain, Baatil par hone ki soorat mein madad nahi karte lekin yeh to un ka woh bada jaal hai, Jis mein woh duniya ke bade bade mu’ashraati markaz se logon ko shikaar karte phansa lete hain aur un se Khaatir khuwaah maali ‘atiyaat bhi wasool karte hain.
(4) Jab koi naya member us tanzeem mein daakhil hota hai to dehshat gardi ke makhsoos israar-o-ramooz par mabni tasweeron se muzayeen ek taqreeb ka ehtimaam kiya jaata hai, Jis se us naye member ko yeh baawar karaana maqsood hota hai ke agar us ne is tehreek ki ta’leemaat ki khilaaf warzi ki to us se bhi dehshat gardi ka nishaana banaaya jaa sakta hai Nez us se yeh bhi samjhaaya jaata hai ke us tak ahkaam hasb-e-maratib darja badarja tehreek se waabasta logon ki taraf se pohanchein ge.
(5) Saada louh arkaan ko apni Deeni ‘ibaadaat ke adaa karne ki azaadi di jaati hai. Tanzeem un ke manaasib aur zimme daariyon se apne makhsoos mafaadaat ki had tak faaida uthaati hai, Taaham mulahidah ya jo ilhaad ke liye kaam kar rahe hote hain, Un ke murattib mein batadareej izaafa hota hai lekin pehle woh un ko tajurbaat aur baar baar ke un imtihaanaat se guzarti hai jo ke tanzeem un ki istidaad ke mutaabiq apne ahdaaf-o-maqaasid aur khatarnaak mansoobon ko baroe kaar laane ke liye leti hai.
(6) Is tehreek ke siyaasi aghraaz-o-maqaasid hain, Duniya mein jo bhi bade bade siyaasi-o-fouji inqilabaat aur khatarnaak tabdeeliyan runuma ho rahi hain, Un ke pas-e-pardah is tehreek ka zaahir ya makhfi haath kar farma hai.
(7) Apni asli aur tanzeemi bunyaad ke e’itbaar se yeh ek Yahoodi tehreek hai, Yeh Yahoodiyon hi ka ek bain-ul-aqwaami aur bohat bada makhfi idaara hai, Us ki tamaam sargarmiyaan sahowniyat hi ki Mazhar hain.
(8) Apne haqeeqi aur makhfi aghraaz-o-maqaasid ke e’itbaar se yeh tanzeem duniya bhar ke tamaam adyaan ke khilaaf hai aur unhein safha-e-hasti se mita dena chaahti hai, Jab ke is ka khaas hadaf Islam hai. Farzandaan-e-Islam ke dilon se Islam ki mohabbat-o-‘aqeedat ko nikaal dena is ka awwaleen target hai.
(9) Is tehreek ki awwaleen koshish yeh hoti hai ke aise logon ko apne saath shaamil kare jo maali, Siyaasi, Ma’ashrati, ‘Ilmi ya kisi bhi doosri hesiyat se bohat a’ala maqaam par faaiz hon taakeh un logon ke asar-o-rusookh se yeh faaida utha sake. Jin logon ki ma’ashre mein koi hesiyat na ho unhein apne saath shaamil karne mein us se koi dilchaspi nahi hoti. Us ki mukammal khuwaaish yeh hoti hai ke duniya ke baadshaahon, Sarbaraahon aur hukoomat ke a’ala ‘uhdon par faaiz shakhsiyaton ko apne saath milaae.
(10) Us tehreek ki kayi shaakhen hain, Logon ko dhoka dene ya logon ki nazrein hataane ke liye unhein mukhtalif naamon se mausoom kiya jaata hai is se us tehreek ka maqsad yeh bhi hota hai ke agar kisi jagah maasooni tehreek zer-e-‘itaab aa jaae to us ke deegar dafaatir aur branchein jo aur aur naamon se mausoom hain, Woh badastoor sargaram ‘amal rahen , Chunaanche un mein se lions organization , Rotary club aur lions waghaira ke naam bataur-e-khaas qaabil-e-zikr hain. Un tamaam tanzeemon ke aghraaz-o-maqaasid be had khabees aur Islam ke qawaaid-o-ta’leemat ke bilkul manaafi hain.

Yehi wajah hai ke masla-e-Falasteen se muta’lliq ‘Arab mumaalik ke tamaam hukumaraanon aur sarbaraahon ki koshishon ko is ne kamiyaabi se sabootaaz kiya aur us masle se muta’lliq sirf is baat ki ta’eed-o-himaayat ki jo bain-ul-aqwaami Yahoodi-o-Sihouni tehreek ke mufaad mein thi.
In halaat aur bohat si deegar tafseeli ma’loomat ki buniyaad par jo hamein maasooni tehreek ki sargarmiyon , Khatraat , Khabees dajal-o-fareb aur khatarnaak aghraaz-o-maqaasid ke baare mein mausool hoi hain, Fiqhi council maasooni (Freemasonic) tehreek ko Islam aur musalmaanon ke liye sab se ziyaada khatarnaak tehreek shumaar karti hai. Jo shakhs is tehreek ki haqeeqat aur us ke aghraaz-o-maqaasid ko jaante hue us mein daakhil ho woh daaira-e-Islam se khaarij’ Kaafir aur musalmaanon ka dushman hai.
