Baha’iyat ki taraf intisaab ka hukm
الْحَمْدُ للهِ وَالصَّلُوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنِ اهْتَدَى بِهُدَاهُ – وَبَعْدُ

Islami Fiqhi council ne firqa-e-Baha’iya ka jaaiza liya jo guzishta sadi ke nisf-e-aakhir mein bilaad-e-Fars (Iran) mein zaahir hoa aur aaj Islami-o-ghair Islami mulkon mein is se waabasta log phaile hue hain.

Is firqa ke baare mein ‘Ulama-o-musaannifeen aur is firqa ki haqeeqat se aagah logon ne jo is ki nasht da’wat Kitaabon aur is firqa ke baani Mirza Hussain ‘Ali Mazandraani — jo 20 Muharram 1333 hijri bamutabiq 12 November 1817 ko paida hoa— us ke pairokaaron ke kirdaar-o-ikhlaaq’ Us ke khalifa waali Ahad ‘Abbas Aafandi Musammi ‘Abdul Baha aur is firqa ki Deeni tanzeemon ke baare mein jo likha hai, Us ka jaaiza liya hai.

Bohat se qaabil-e-e’itmaad masadir-o-maakhiz ke mutaall’a ke ba’d’ Jin mein se kuch kitaabein’ Khud Baha’i musaannifeen ke qalam se hain, Council is nateeje par pohanchi hai ke:

Baha’iyat ek naya ijaad kardah Deen hai jo Babiyat ki buniyaad par qaaim hoa hai aur khud Babiyat bhi ek naya ijaad kardah Deen hai, Jis se ‘Ali Muhammad jo—yakum Muharram 1335 Hijri bamutaabiq October 1819 ko Shiraz mein paida hoa—ne ijaad kiya tha. Ibtida mein yeh shakhs sufi-o-falsafi tha aur tareeqa-e-Shaikhiya se waabasta tha, Jis ka baani us ka gumraah-e-Shaikh Kaazim Rashti khalifa tha jo ke Ahmad Zain-ul-Din Ehasai ke naam se mashoor tha. Tareeqa-e-Shaikhiya ke is gumraah bani ka khayaal yeh tha ke us ka jism malaika ki tarah noorani hai, Is tarah aur bhi bohat se baatil hafwaat-o-khuraafaat ko us shakhs ne ikhtiyaar kar rakha tha.

‘Ali Muhammad pehle apne Shaikh ke un aqwaal ka qaail tha lekin phir yeh is se alag ho gaya aur phir kuch ‘arsa ba’d ek naye roop mein zaahir hoa aur da’wa karne laga ke mrin woh ‘Ali-Bin-Abi Talib hoon jis ke baarah mein Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai ke:

أَنَا مَدِينَةُ الْعِلْمِ وَعَلِيٌّ بَابُهَا

“Mein ‘ilm ka shehar hoon aur ‘Ali us ka darwaza hai.”

Is tarah us ne apne aap ko “Baab” kehlana shuru kar diya, Phir us ke ba’d us ne yeh da’wa kiya ke woh Mehdi Muntazir ke liye baab hai aur phir ek qadam aur aage badh kar Mehdi hone ka da’wa kar diya, Phir apni zindagi ke aakhri ayyaam mein us ne Al-Wahiyat ka da’wa karte hue apne aap ko a’ala kehna shuru kar diya. Jab Mirza Hussain ‘Ali Mazaandraani Musami baalbaha ne apni da’wat ko shur’u kiya to baab ne bhi us ki da’wat ko qubool kar liya lekin jab us ke kufur aur fitna ki wajah se baab ko qatal kar diya gaya to Mirza Hussain ‘Ali ne e’laan kiya ke baab ne us ke haqq mein yeh wasiyat ki hai ke baabiyon ka sarbarah bhi yehi hai, Is tarah az khud hi yeh baabiyon ka bhi sarbaraah ban gaya aur apne aap ko us ne Baha-ul-Din ke naam se mausoom kar liya tha.

Phir us ne ek aur zaqand lagaai aur yeh e’laan kiya ke saabiqa tamaam Deen us ke zahoor ke pesh-e-kheema ke taur par duniya mein aae the aur us ke Deen ke siwa deegar tamaam Deen naaqis hain, Yeh khud Allah Ta’ala ki sifaat se mutasif hai, Allah Ta’ala ke tamaam af’aal ka yeh sarchashma hai, Allah Ta’ala ka ism-e-‘azam yehi hai, Rabb-ul-Aalameen se muraad bhi yehi hai, Jis tarah Islam ki aamad se sabiqa tamaam Deen mansookh ho gae Isi tarah Baha’iyat ki aamad se Islam bhi mansookh ho gaya hai.

Baab aur us ke pairokaaron ne Qur’an-e-‘Azeem ki Aayaat ki jo taaweelein kin woh had darja ‘ajeeb-o-ghareeb aur un ki baatiniyat ki Mazhar thin, Yeh taaweelein unhon ne is liye kin taakeh Qur’ani-e-Aayaat ko apni khabees da’wat ke liye iste’maal kar saken. Us ne yeh da’wa bhi kar diya tha ke aasmaani shariy’aton ke ahkaam badal dene ka us se ikhtiyaar haasil hai aur phir us ne ‘ibaadaton ki bhi nayi nayi sooratein ijaad kin jin ke mutaabiq us ke pairokaar ‘amal karte the.

Saabit shudah naswis ki shahaadat ki roshni mein council ke saamne yeh waazeh ho gaya hai ke Baha’iyon ka ‘aqeedah Islam ke bilkul khilaaf hai. Us ‘aqeedah ka qayaam insaani but parasti ki bunyaad par hai ke us ‘aqeedah mein Baha ki al-wahiyat ka da’wa bhi kiya gaya hai aur yeh da’wa bhi ke us se Islami shariy’at ke ahkaam tabdeel karne ka bhi ikhtiyaar haasil hai. Bahaiyat ke un ifkaar-o-aaraa ki bunyaad par council ne baaittefaaq raae yeh qaraar diya ke Baha’iyat aur Baabiyat daaira-e-Islam se khaarij hain balkeh yeh Islam ke khilaaf e’laan-e-jang hain, Un ke pairokaar khullam khulla kaafir hain, Un ke kufur mein shak ki qat’an koi gunjaaish nahi.

Council tamaam musalmaanon ko yeh talqeen karti hai ke woh is mujrim aur kaafir giroh ki daseesa kaariyon se bachen Us ka muqaabla karen apne aap ko us ke shar se bachaaein kyunke yeh baat ab koi raaz nahi hai ke Islam aur musalmaanon ko nuqsaan pohnchaane ke liye ist’emaari hukoomaten is tehreek ki pusht panaahi kar rahi hain. Wa-Allah-ul-Muwafiq!
