Ta’weez latkaane waale ka zabiha

[Sawaal]

Jo shakhs Qur’an ya ghair Qur’an ka ta’weez ya giroh lagaae hue dhaage latkaae, Us ke zabiha ka Kia hukm hai?

[Jawab]

Tamima Taymiyyah ki jam’a hai is se muraad woh mun ke, Seepi, Ghoonga aur ta’weez hain jo bachon, ‘Aurton aur haiwaanon waghaira ki gardanon mein ya seenon ke wast par ya baalon mein latkaae jaate hain taakeh shar se mehfooz raha jaae aur jo zarar naazil ho chuka ho us se door kiya jaa sake to yeh mana’ hai balkeh shirk hai kyunke naf’a-o-nuqsaan sirf aur sirf Allah Ta’ala hi ke haath mein hai, Allah ke siwa kisi ke ikhtiyaar mein nahi hai. Ibn-e-Mas’ood رَضِيَ الله عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke unhon ne Nabi (ﷺ)ko yeh Irshaad farmaate hue suna ke:

إِنَّ الرُّقَى وَالتَّمَائِمَ وَالتَّوَلَةَ شِرْكٌ

“Jhaad Phoonk’ ta’weez aur hab ke am’aal shirk hain.”

‘Abdullah-Bin-‘Akeem رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se marf’o riwaayat hai ke:

((مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ شَيْئًا وُكِلَ إِلَيْهِ))

“Jo shakhs koi cheez latkaae us se usi ke supurd kardiya jaata hai.”

Hazrat Abu Basheer Ansari رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai:

أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَأَرْسَلَ رَسُولًا أَلَّا تَبْقَيَنَّ فِي رَقَبَةِ بَعِيرٍ قِلَادَةٌ مِنْ وَتَرٍ أَوْ قِلَادَةٌ إِلَّا قُطِعَتْ

“ke woh Nabi (ﷺ) ke saath the jab aap ne ek qaasid ko bheja ke kisi oont ki gardan mein koi aisi rassi baaqi na rehne di jaae (Jo nazar-e-bad waghaira ke silsile mein log baandh diya karte the) magar us se kaat diya jaae.”

Is Hadees se ma’loom hoa ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne oonton par rasiyon ke latkaane se mutlaqan mana’ farmaaya hai khuwah un mein girhen lagaai gai hon ya na lagaai gai hon, Nez aap(ﷺ) ne un rassiyon ke kaat dene ka hukm diya kyunke zamaana-e-jaahiliyat ke log oonton par rasiyan baandhte , Unki gardanon mein haar daalte aur unhein ta’weez pehnaate the taakeh unhein aafat aur nazar-e-bad se mehfooz rakh saken.

Rasoolullah(ﷺ) ne unhein un sab baaton se sakhti se mana’ farma diya aur un cheezon ke kaat dene ka hukm diya Lehaaza agar koi shakhs yeh ‘aqeedah rakhe ke un ta’weezon aur mantron’ Jantron mein husool-e-munfa’t aur daf’a-e-muzarat ke silsila mein zaati taaseer hai to woh mushrik aur Shirk-e-Akbar ka murtakib hai, Jiski wajah se woh millat-e-Islamiya se khaarij ho jaata hai. Wal aozu billah. aise shakhs ka zabiha khaana Halaal nahi.

Jo shakhs un ta’weezon waghaira ko mehez asbaab samajhta aur yeh ‘aqeedah rakhta hai ke naf’a-o-nuqsaan ka ikhtiyaar Allah Ta’ala ke haath mein hai aur wahi asbaab se nataaij paida karta hai to woh shirk-e-Asghar ka irtikaab karta hai kyunke yeh asbaab ‘aadi hain na shar’i balkeh yeh wehmi hain. Haan! albatta ba’az ‘Ulama ne aise ta’weezon ko mustasna qaraar diya hai jo Qur’ani Aayaat par mushtamil hon, Unhon ne un ke iste’maal ki ijaazat di hai aur mumaani’at ki Ahadees ko aise ta’weezon par mahmool kiya hai jo ghair Qur’ani hon lekin sahi baat yeh hai ke mumaani’at ki Ahadees ‘aam hain, Nabi (ﷺ) se Qur’ani ta’weezon ki takhsees saabit nahi hai, Sad-e-zari’ya ka bhi yehi taqaaza hai kyunke phir aadmi aise ta’weez bhi iste’maal karne lag jaata hai jo ghair Qur’ani hon, Qur’ani hone ki soorat mein Qur’an-e-Majeed ki be adbi ka bhi ehtimaal hai haan albatta Qur’ani ta’weez iste’maal karne waale ke zabeeha ko khaaya jaa sakta hai kyunke woh is mein taaseer-o-barkat ka ‘aqeedah rakhta hai aur yeh ‘aqeedah us se millat-e-Islamiya se khaarij nahi karta aur phir is liye bhi ke Qur’an-e-Majeed Allah ka kalaam hai aur Allah Ta’ala ka kalaam uski sifaat mein se ek sift hai.
