Mard ke liye kamar, Pindliyon aur raanon ke baalon ka saaf karna

[Sawaal]

Kia mard ke liye yeh jaaiz hai ke woh zer-e-naaf aur baghal ke baalon ki safaai ke saath saath peeth , Pindliyon aur raanon waghaira ke baalon ko bhi saaf kar de jab ke us ka maqsood ‘Aurton ya kaafir Ahl-e-kitaab waghaira se mushaabihat na ho?

[Jawab]

Jism ke mazkoora baala baalon ko saaf karna jaaiz hai ke is se jism ko koi nuqsaan nahi pohanchta basharteke ‘Aurton ya kaafiron se mushaabihat ikhtiyaar karna maqsood na ho kyunke asal jawaaz se aur musalmaan ke liye kisi cheez ko daleel ke baghair Haraam qaraar dena jaaiz nahi aur mazkoora amar ki hurmat ki koi daleel nahi hai, Allah Ta’ala aur us ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka is se sukoot farmana us ke jawaaz ki daleel hai. Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne hamein hukm diya hai ke moonchen kaati jaaein Nakhun taraashe jaaein Baghlon aur zer-e-naaf baalon ki safaai ki jaae, Mardon ke liye Aap (ﷺ) ne sar mundaane ki bhi ijaazat di. Naamsa aur mutatmasa Par aap la’nat ne farmaai aur hamein daadhiyon ko badhaane ka hukm diya hai aur is ke ‘ilaawa baaqi baalon se sukoot farmaaya hai aur jis se Allah Ta’ala aur us ka Rasool (ﷺ) sukoot farma lein woh qaabil-e-ma’afi hai, us se Haraam qaraar dena jaaiz nahi kyunke Abu S’alba Khashni رضی اللہ عنہ se riwaayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

(Imaam Abu Dawood farmaate hain ke naamasa se muraad woh ‘Aurat hai jo abroo ke baal chun chun kar abroo ko bareek kar de.Imaam Khatabi farmaate hain ke is ke ma’ani chehre se baal chunna hain aur mutatmasa se muraad woh ‘Aurat hai jis ke saath yeh ‘amal kiya jaae.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَرَضَ فَرَائِضَ فَلَا تُضَيَّعُوهَا ، وَحَدَّ حُدُودًا فَلَا تَعْتَدُوهَا، وَحَرَّمَ أَشْيَاءَ فَلَا تَتَهَكُوْهَا، وَسَكَتَ عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ رَحْمَةً لَكُمْ مِنْ غَيْرِ نِسْيَانٍ فَلَا تَبْحَثُوا عَنْهَا»

“Allah Ta’ala ne kuch faraaiz muqarrar kiye hain unhein zaay’a na karo, Kuch hadood muqarrar kiye hain un se tajaawuz na karo, Kuch cheezon ko Haraam qaraar diya hai un ka irtikaab na karo aur kuch cheezon se us ne bhoolne ki wajah se nahi balkeh tum par rehmat ke pesh-e-nazar sakoot farmaaya hai un ke baare mein kureed na karo.”

(Ikhrajahu Al-Daarqatni fi Sunan, S: 502,-o-kaza Al-Baheeqi 10 12-13,-o-Rijalahu saqaat-o-lakanahu munqat’a baina mahkool-o-Abī Sa’alabat,-o-qaala Al-Amaanat Al-Muhhadis NAsar-ul-Deen Al-Albani haza Hadees za’eef laa yasah kama aurad fī kitaabihi Urwa Al-Ghaleel).

Imaam Nawi رحمة الله ke baqaul is Hadees ko Daar-e-qatni waghaira ne riwaayat kiya hai. Is mazkoora Hadees aur is ke hum ma’ani Ahadees-o-asaar ki bunyaad par Ahl-e-ilm ki ek jama’at ne yehi kaha hai ke ashya mein asal abaahat hai. In Ahadees-o-asaar mein se ba’az ko Hafiz Ibn-e-Rajab رحمة الله ne apni kitaab “Jaam’a Al-‘Aloom-o-Al-Hakam” mein Hadees Abi S’alba ki sharah mein bayaan farmaaya hai, Jo unhein ma’loom karna chaahe Woh is kitaab ki taraf ruj’o kare.
