Daadhi ka mazaaq udaana

Daadhi Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se saabit sahih Sunnaton mein se ek Sunnat hai, Kuch log us se mundwa dete hain kuch katra dete hain, Kuch is ka inkaar karte hain aur kuch yeh kehte hain ke yeh Sunnat hai rakhne waale ko sawaab ho ga aur na rakhne waale ko ‘azaab na ho ga. Kuch bewaqoof yeh bhi kehte hain ke agar daadhi mein khair-o-barkat hotī to basl zair-e-naaf na ugte. Allah Ta’ala aisa kehne waalon ka bura kare . . . . . . . . . to in mein se har ek ke liye Kia hukm hai? Aur jo shakhs Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki kisi Sunnat ka inkaar kare us ke liye Kia hukm hai?
[Jawab]
Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki sahih Sunnat se yeh saabit hai ke daadhi badhaana aur rakhna Sunnat hai aur us se mondna aur katarna Haraam hai, Chunaanche sahiheen mein Hazrat Ibn-e-‘Umar se riwaayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
قُصُّوا الشَّوَارِبَ وَأَعْفُوا اللحى وَخَالِفُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ
(Masnad Ahmad, 2 229)
“Moonchen katro , Daadhiyon ko chod do aur mushrikon ki mukhaalifat karo.”
Aur Hazrat Abu Huraira se riwaayat hai ke:
جُرُّوا الشَّوَارِبَ وَأَرْخُوا اللحى وَخَالِفُوا الْمَجُوسَ
“Moonchon ko katro’ Daadhiyon ko badhaao aur majoosiyon kī mukhaalifat karo.”
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab Khasal Al-Fitrat, H: 260)
Yeh do Hadeesein aur un ke hum ma’ani deegar Ahadees is baat par dalaalat karti hain ke daadhi rakhna aur badhaana waajib hai aur us se mondna aur katarna Haraam hai jaisa ke hum ne zikr kiya. Jo shakhs yeh kehta hai ke daadhi rakhna Sunnat hai, rakhne waale ko sawaab hota hai aur na rakhne waale ko gunaah na ho ga to woh yaqeenan ghalat kehta aur sahih Ahadees ki mukhaalifat karta hai kyunke usool yeh hai ke amar-e-wajoob aur nahi Tehreem ke liye hai aur kisi ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh kisi daleel ke baghair Ahadees-e-sahiha ke zaahir mafhoom ki mukhaalifat kare Aur yahan koi aisi daleel nahi hai jis ki buniyaad par in Ahadees ke zaahir ko badal diya jaae.
Imaam Tirmizi ne Hazrat Abu Huraira رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ se marwi jo yeh Hadees bayaan ki hai ke:
أَنَّهَ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ لِحْيَتِهِ مِنْ طُولِهَا وَعَرْضِهَا
“Nabi Kareem (ﷺ( apni daadhi ke taul-o-‘arz ki taraf se baal kaat diya karte the*.”
(Jaam’a Al-Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Adab, Baab maa jaa fi Al-Khaz min Al-Lahyat, H: 2762)
To yeh Hadees baatil hai, Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se sahih sanad ke saath saabit nahi hai kyunke us ki sanad mein ek rawi mohtaham baal kazab hai. Jo shakhs daadhi ka mazaaq udaate hue us se zer-e-naaf baalon se tashbeeh de to yeh bohat bada gunaah hai jo Islam se irtidaad ka muajjib hai kyunke jo cheez Kitaabullah aur Sunnat-e-Rasool (ﷺ) se saabit ho us ka mazaaq udaana kufur-o-irtidad hai. Jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala ka Irshaad-e-Giraami hai:
قُلْ أَبِاللَّهِ وَعَايَنِهِ، وَرَسُولِهِ كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِئُونَ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ
(Al-tawbah 9 65-66)
“Kaho Kia tum Allah aur us ki Aayaton aur us ke Rasool se hansi mazaaq karte the? Bahaane mat banaao tum Imaan laane ke ba’d kaafir ho chuke ho.”
