Khinzeer ki khaal se bane hue coat

Pichle dinon leather se bane hue coat pehne ke masla par hum mein kaafi garma garam behs hoi, Kuch bhaiyon ka khayaal tha ke yeh coat ‘aam taur par Khinzeer ki khaalon se banaae jaate hain aur agar waqa’i yeh Khinzeer ki khaalon se banaae jaate hain to un ke pehanne mein aap ki Kia raae hai? Kia shar’an taur par un ka iste’maal jaaiz hai? Ba’az Deeni kitaabon , Maslan Yousuf Qaradawi ki ((Al-Halaal-o-Al-Haraam)) aur ((Al-fiqh ‘Ali-Mazaahib Al-Arb’a)) mein agarcha is masla ka zikr hai lekin unhon ne is masle ko achi tarah waazeh nahi kiya. lehaaza umeed hai ke aap is masla ki wazaahat farma dein ge.
[Jawab]
Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke aap ne farmaaya:
إِذَا دُبَعَ الإِهَابُ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Haiz, Baab Tahaarat julood Al-Maitat Baal Dabaagh, H: 366, -o-Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Libaas, Baab fi Ahab Al-Maitat, H: 4123)
“Jab khaal ko rang diya jaae to woh paak ho jaati hai.”
Nez Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
دِبَاغُ جُلُودِ الْمَيْتَةِ طَهُورُها
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Haiz, Baab Tahaarat Julood Al-Maitat baaldabagh, H: 366, -O-Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Libaas, Baab fi Ahab Al-Maitat, H: 4135)
“Murdah jaanwaron ki khaalon ki rangaai un ki tahaarat hai.”
Lekin is masla mein ‘Ulama mein ikhtilaaf hai ke yeh Hadees tamaam khaalon ke liye hai ya sirf un murdah jaanwaron ki khaalon ke liye hai jo zibah karne se paak ho jaate hain yaqeenan woh jaanwar jo zibah karne se paak ho jaate hain maslan oonṭ , Gaaye , Bakri waghaira un ki khaalon ko jab rang liya jaae to woh paak hain. Aur ‘Ulama ke sahih qawl ke mutaabiq un ka har cheez ke liye iste’maal jaa’iz hai. Khinzeer aur kutte jaise jaanwar jo zibah karne se bhi paak nahi hote’ Un kī khaalon ke baare mein Ahl-e-ilm mein ikhtilaaf hai ke woh rangne se paak hoti hain ya nahi? Ehtiyaat is mein hai ke unhein iste’maal na kiya jaae kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:
مَنِ اتَّقَى الشَّبُهَاتِ فَقَدِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِينِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Fazal min Istabra ladeenihi, H: 52, -O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Musaaqaat, Baab Akhaz Al-Halaal-o-Tark Al-Shuhbaat, H: 1599)
“Jo shakhs shuhbaat se bach jaae us ne apne Deen aur ‘izzat ko bacha liya.”
Nez Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai ke:
دَعْ مَا يَرِيْبُكَ إِلَى مَا لَا يَرِيْبُك
“Jis mein shak ho us ko chod do aur jis mein shak na ho us ko le lo.”
