Wuzu mein tasalsul
[Sawaal]
Mein Wuzu kar raha tha ke toonti se paani aana khatam ho gaya, Main ne kuch waqt intezaar kiya aur jab paani aaya to woh a’aza jo mein pehle dho chuka tha khushk ho gae the, To Kia ab mujhe saara Wuzu dobaraah karna ho ga ya jahan tak pehle kar chuka tha, Us se aage kar loon?
[Jawab]
Is sawaal ka jawaab muwaalaat-e-(Tasalsul) ke ma’ani aur us ke sehat-e-Namaz ke liye shart hone par mabni hai. Aur asal masla mein ‘Ulama ke do qawl hain. Un mein se ek qawl yeh hai ke muwaalaat-e-shart hai aur Wuzu agar tasalsul hi ke saath kiya jaae to sahih ho ga aur agar ba’az a’za ko ek daf’a dhoya ba’az ko doosri daf’a dhoya aur darmiyaan mein waqfa aa gaya to is se Wuzu sahih na ho ga aur is masla mein yehi qawl raahij hai kyunke Wuzu ek ‘ibaadat hai lehaaza zaroori hai ke us ‘ibaadat ke ba’az ajza ba’az deegar ke saath muttasil hon. Agar hum yeh kahen ke muwaalaat-e-waajib aur sehat-e-Wuzu ke liye shart hai to sawaal yeh hai ke muwaalaat kese ho gi?
Ba’az ‘Ulama to yeh kehte hain ke muwaalaat yeh hai ke ek ‘uzu ke dhone ko aap is qadar mu’akkhir na karen ke is se pehle dhoya hoa ‘uzu khushk ho jaae illa yeh ke kisi aisi wajah se taakheer ho gai ho jis ka tahaarat hi se ta’lluq ho maslan yeh ke kisi ek ‘uzu par paint waghaira laga hoa tha us ne us se door karne ki koshish ki aur is koshish ki wajah se taakheer ho gai aur pehle dhoe hue a’za khushk ho gae Us soorat mein woh apne Wuzu ke pehle tasalsul hi ko barqaraar rakhe ga khuwaah is mein khaasi der ho jaae kyunke us se aise kaam ki wajah se der hoi hai, Jis ka tahaarat ke saath ta’lluq hai aur agar taakheer paani ke husool ki wajah se hoi ho jaisa ke is sawaal mein hai to ba’az Ahl-e-ilm ke baqaul is soorat mein muwaalaat baaqi nahi rehti lehaaza Wuzu az sar-e-nau dobaraah shur’u karna ho ga aur ba’az ‘Ulama yeh kehte hain ke is soorat mein bhi muwaalaat baaqi hai kyunke yeh amar ghair ikhtiyaari hai, Wuzu karne waala to takmeel-e-Wuzu ke liye intezaar karta raha hai lehaaza jab paani aa jaae to us se sirf baaqi maandah-e-Wuzu karna chaahiye khuwah us ke a’za khushk ho gae hon.
Ba’az ‘Ulama jo muwaalaat ke wajoob aur shart ke qaail hain woh yeh kehte hain ke muwaalaat ka ta’lluq ‘uzu ke khushk hone se nahi balkeh ”urf se hai. ”urf ke mutaabiq jis se waqfa samjha jaae woh waqfa ho ga aur us se mowalaat qat’a ho jaae gi aur jis se ”urf-e-waqfa na samjhe woh waqfa na ho ga aur us se muwaalaat khatam na ho gi maslan paani munqat’a hone ki soorat mein jo log paani kheenchney mein mashghool hain to us soorat ko Wuzu ke Awwal-o-aakhir mein inqata shumaar nahi kiya jaata lehaaza unhein pehle Wuzu ko sahih shumaar karte hue sirf baaqi maandah-e-Wuzu karna ho ga.
Aur mein qawl ziyaada sahih ma’loom hota hai ke jab paani aa jaae to sirf baaqi maandah-e-Wuzu ko mukammal karen illa yeh ke darmiyaan mein waqfa bohat ziyaada taweel ho jaae jo us se ”urf se khaarij kar de to phir az sar-e-nau Wuzu karna ho ga. Is masla mein dono soorton ke liye gunjaaish hai.
