Wuzu ke baghair pehni hoi juraabon ke saath Namaz

Main ne Namaz-e-Fajr Wuzu kar ke adaa ki aur phir juraabein pehanna bhool gaya aur so gaya. Phir jab kaam par jaane keu liye bedaar hoa to main neu juraabein pehni aur us waqt mein baawuzu na tha. Lekin jab Zuhr ka waqt aaya to main ne Wuzu kiya aur juraabon par masaah kar ke Namaz padh li. Phir ‘Asar , Maghrib aur Isha ki Namaazein bhi Isi tarah masaah kar ke adaa ki kyunke mein yeh samajhta raha ke main ne unhein baawuzu pehna hai. Isha ki Namaz ke qareeban do ghante ba’d mujhe yaad aaya ke main ne jab joraben pehni thon to mein baawuzu na tha. To un chaar Namaazon ka Kia hukm hai? Kia yeh sahi hain ya nahi? Yaad rahe main ne ‘amdan aisa nahi kiya.

Jo shakhs ghair Tahir haalat mein mouze ya joraben pehne aur phir un par bhool kar masaah kare aur Namaz padhe to us ki Namaz baatil hai. us se un Namaazon ko dohraana ho ga jo us ne subah se padhi hain. kyunke masaah ke sahih hone ke liye tamaam Ahl-e-ilm ke ijm’a ke mutaabiq shart yeh hai ke joraben ko haalat-e-Wuzu mein pehna ho. Aur jis ne unhein Wuzu ke baghair pehna ho aur un par masaah kar ke Namaz padh li ho to us ka hukm us insaan ki tarah hai jo bina Wuzu ke Namaz padh le.
Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad-e-Giraami hai:
لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةٌ بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ غُلُولٍ
“Wuzu ke baghair Namaz qubool nahi hoti aur khayaanat se sadqa qubool nahi hota”
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab Wajoob Al-Tahaarat li Al-Salaat, H: 224)
Hazrat Abu Huraira رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
لا تقبل صَلاةُ أَحَدِكُمْ إِذَا أَحْدَثَ حَتَّى يَتَوَضاء
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Wuzu, Baab laa taqabal Salaat baghair Tahaur, H: 135, 6954,-O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab Wujoob Al-Tahaarat lil-Salaat, Ḥ: 225)
“Tum mein se jab koi shakhs be Wuzu ho jaae to us ki us waqt tak Namaz qubool nahi hoti jab tak woh Wuzu na kare.”
Aur is ke muta’lliq Hazrat Mugheerah-Bin-Sha’uba رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke woh Nabi (ﷺ) ke ba’az safaron mein Aap (ﷺ) ke hamraah the. Aap (ﷺ) qaza-e-haajat ke liye tashreef le gae aur jab waapas aae to Aap (ﷺ) ne Wuzu farmaaya. Hazrat Mugheerah-Bin-Shu’aba رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ Wuzu ke liye paani daal rahe the, Wuzu karte waqt jab Nabi (ﷺ) ne sar mubarak ka masaah farma liya to Hazrat Mugheerah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ Aap (ﷺ) ke moze utaarne ke liye jhuke to Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
دَعْهُمَا فَإِنِّي أَدْخَلْتُهُمَا طَاهِرَتَيْنِ فَمَسَحَ عَلَيْهِمَا
“Unko chod do kyunke main ne unhein baahaalat-e-Wuzu pehna hai.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Wuzu, Baab Iza adkhal Rajliyah-o-Huma Tahiratan, H: 206)
Aur phir Aap (ﷺ) ne dono mouzon par masaah farma liya.
Is baab mein aur bhi bohat si Ahadees hain jin se ma’loom hota hai ke saa’il ko Zuhr , ‘Asar , Maghrib aur ‘Isha ki chaaron Namaazon mein dohraana hongi aur bhoolne ki wajah se us par koi gunaah bhi na ho ga kyunke Allah Ta’ala ne hamein yeh du’a sikhaai hai:
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
(Al-Baqrah 2 286)
“Ae hamare Parwardigaar! Agar hum se bhool ya chook ho gai ho to hum se mu’aakhza na karna.”
Aur sahih Hadees se saabit hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
أَنَّ اللهَ سُبْحَانَهُ قَالَ : قَدْ فَعَلْتُ
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab bayaan Tajawuz Allah Ta’ala ‘an Hadees Al-Nafs . . . , H: 126)
“Allah Ta’ala ne hamari is du’a ko sharaf-e-qubooliyat se nawaaza hai.”
Jis ke ma’ani yeh hain ke agar bandon se koi ghalti ya bhool chook ho jaae to Allah Ta’ala is ka mu’aakhza nahi farmaata. (فلله الحمد والشكر على ذلك)
