Janeen saaqit hone ki soorat mein ‘Aurat ke liye ahkaam

Ba’az haamila ‘Aurton ka janeen saaqit ho jaata hai, Kayi janeen aise hote hain jin ki takhleeq mukammal ho chuki hoti hai aur ba’az aise hote hain jin ki takhleeq abhi mukammal nahi hoti. Umeed hai ke aap yeh wazaahat farmaaein ge ke in dono soorton mein Namaz ka Kia hukm ho ga?
[Jawab]
Jab ‘Aurat aise janeen ko saaqit kare jis ka sar, Haath, paaon aur doosre ‘azaa ban chuke hon to woh nafasa (nifaas waali) hai. Us ke liye wahi ahkaam hon ge jo nifaas ke hain. Woh tahaarat ya chaalees din se pehle Namaz nahi padhe gi na Roza rakhe aur na us ke shohar ke liye us se muqaaribat Halaal ho gi.Agar woh chaalees dinon se kam mein Taahir ho jaae to us ke liye ghusl Namaz aur Ramzan ke roze waajib hon ge aur us ke shohar ke liye us se muqaaribat Halaal ho gi. Nifaas ki kam se kam muddat ki koi had nahi Agar woh wilaadat ke das din ba’d ya us se kam ya ziyaada dinon mein paak ho jaae to us ke liye ghusl karna waajib ho ga aur us ke liye Taahir ‘Aurat ke ahkaam hon ge. Aur woh khoon jo woh chaalees din ke ba’d dekhe Woh faasid khoon ho ga us ki maujoodgi mein woh Namaz Roza kar sakti hai aur us ke shohar ke liye muqaaribat bhi Halaal hai. Mustahaaza ki tarah us se har Namaz ke waqt mein Wuzu karna ho ga kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Fatima-bint-e-Hubaish ——— jab woh mustahaaza thein——— se farmaaya ke:
وَتَوَفَّنِي لِوَقْتِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ
“Har Namaz ke liye Wuzu karo.”
Aur chaalees din ke ba’d agar haiz shur’u ho jaae to us ke liye haiz ka hukm ho ga Yaane us ke liye tahaarat se pehle Namaz Roza aur jansi ‘amal Haraam ho ga.
Agar saaqit hone waale janeen mein ‘amal-e-takhleeq abhi tak waazeh na hoa ho, Yaane abhi tak woh gosht ka lothda sa ho, Us mein haath paaon numaayaan na hue hon ya abhi tak sirf khoon hi ho to us ke liye haiz-o-nifaas ka nahi balkeh mustahaaza ka hukm ho ga. Yeh Namaz padhe gi Ramzan ke roze bhi rakhe gi Us ke shohar ke liye bhi wazifa-e-zaujiyat bhi Halaal ho ga. us se har Namaz ke waqt mein Wuzu karna ho ga. Mustahaaza ki tarah rooi waghaira se khoon ko girne se rokna ho ga hatta ke woh paak ho jaae. us se Zuhr-o-‘Asar aur Maghrib-o-‘Isha ki namaazein jam’a kar ke padhne ki bhi ijaazat hai. Us ke liye Zuhr-o-‘Asar’ Maghrib -o-‘Isha aur subah ki Namaz ke liye ghusl karne ka bhi hukm hai jaisa ke is silsila mein Hamna bint-e-Hajash ki Hadees se saabit hai kyunke us soorat mein Ahl-e-ilm ke nazdeek yeh ‘Aurat mustahaaza ke hukm mein hai. “ان الرواية لكل صلاة لا لوقت كل صلاة”
Riwaayat ke alfaaz yeh hain ke har Namaz ke liye Wuzu karo. Yeh alfaaz nahi hain ke har Namaz ke waqt ke liye Wuzu karo. Neel Al-Awtaar’ Jild: 1′ S: 275.
