‘Uzr ke baghair Namaazon ko jam’a karna

[Sawaal]

Kia kisi ‘uzr ke baghair Namaazon ko jam’a kar ke padhna jaaiz hai?

[Jawab]

‘Uzr ke baghair Namaazon ko jam’a kar ke padhna jaaiz nahi hai kyunke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

فَاِذَا قَضَيۡتُمُ الصَّلٰوةَ فَاذۡكُرُوا اللّٰهَ قِيَامًا وَّقُعُوۡدًا وَّعَلٰى جُنُوۡبِكُمۡ ۚؕ فَاِذَا اطۡمَاۡنَنۡتُمۡ فَاَقِيۡمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ‌ ۚ اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ كَانَتۡ عَلَى الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ كِتٰبًا مَّوۡقُوۡتًا

(Al-Nisaa 4 103)

“Phir jab khauf jaata rahe to (Is tarah se) Namaz padho (Jis tarah aman ki haalat mein padhte ho) beshak Namaz ka mominon par auqaat (Muqarrarah) mein adaa karna Farz hai.”

Aur is liye bhi ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Namaz ke auqaat muqarrar karte hue har Namaz ke liye ek makhsoos waqt ka ta’yyun farmaaya hai lehaaza kisi shar’i ‘uzr ke baghair Namaz mein taqdeem-o-taakheer hadood-e-Ilaahi se tajaawuz hai aur Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

وَمَنۡ يَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰهِ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ

(Al-Baqrah 2 229)

“Aur jo Allah ki hadood se tajaawuz kare ga woh apne aap par zulm kare ga.”

Nez farmaaya:

وَمَنۡ يَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰهِ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهٗ‌

(Al-Talaaq 65 1)

“Aur jo log Allah ki hadood se bahar nikal jaaen ge, Woh gunaah gaar hon ge.”

Lehaaza aadmi ko chaahiye ke woh har Namaz ko us ke waqt par adaa kare lekin jab zaroorat ho aur waqt par Namaz padhne mein bohat dushwaari ho to phir jam’a karne mein bhi koi harj nahi. Us haalat mein asaani ke mutaabiq Zuhr aur ‘Asar ki Namaazon ko jam’a taqdeem-o-taakheer dono soorton mein adaa karna jaaiz hai. Nez is tarah Maghrib aur ‘Isha ki Namaazon ko bhi asaani ke mutaabiq jam’a taqdeem-o-taakheer ki soorat mein adaa karna jaaiz hai. Jaisa ke Hazrat Ibn-e-‘Abbas رضي الله عنه‍م se marwi hai ke:

جَمَعَ النَّبِيُّ ، بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَبَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ غَيْرِ خَوْفٍ وَلَا مَطَر

(Sunan Al-Nisaai, Kitaab Al-Mawaqiyat, Baab Al-Jam’a bain Al-Salateen fi Al-Huzar, H: 603)

“Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Madina mein kisi khauf aur baarish ke baghair bhi Zuhr-o-‘Asar aur Maghrib-o-‘Isha ki Namaazon ko jam’a kar ke adaa farmaaya.”

Ibn-e-‘Abbas رضي الله عنه se is silsila mein jab poocha gaya to unhon ne farmaaya ke aap ka is se iraadah yeh tha ke Ummat ko haraj mein mubtala na karen Yaane tark-e-jam’a ka hukm de kar Ummat ko haraj-o-mushaqqat mein mubtala na kar dein. Yeh Ibn-e-‘Abbas رضي الله عنه‍م ki taraf se goya ishaarah hai ke jam’a karna sirf usi waqt jaaiz hai jab jam’a na karne ki soorat mein haraj aur mushaqqat ho. Is Hadees ke yehi ma’ani hain lehaaza insaan jab kisi shar’i ‘uzr ke baghair do Namaazon ko jam’a kar ke padhe ga to yeh Namaazen ‘indallah maqbool aur sahih na hon gi kyunke us ne Allah aur us ke Rasool ke amar ke khilaaf yeh ‘amal kiya hai aur Nabi (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke aap ne farmaaya:

مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلاً لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدُّها

“Jis ne koi aisa ‘amal kiya jis ke baare mein hamara amar nahi hai, To woh (‘Amal)-e-mardood hai.”
