448. Namaz-e-‘Asar ko ba’ad az Maghrib padhna
Namaz-e-‘Asar ko ba’ad az Maghrib padhna

Hum Namaz-e-‘Asar padhna bhool gae aur us waqt yaad aaya jab hum ne Maghrib ki azaan suni to hum ne Namaz-e-Maghrib ke ba’d ‘Asar ki Namaz padh li. Is ke liye Kia hukm hai?
[Jawab]
Jab insaan Namaz ko bhool jaae ya so jaae aur paas koi bedaar karne ya yaad dilaane waala na ho aur waqt khaarij ho jaae to jaisa ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai:
يُصَلِّيْهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا وَلا كَفَّارَةَ لَهَا إلا ذلك
“Us se jab yaad aae padh le Is ka bas yehi kaffaara hai.”

Is haalat mein jo saail ne zikr ki hai us se chaahiye tha ke pehle Namaz-e-‘Asar padhta aur phir Maghrib taake woh us tarteeb ke mutaabiq Namaz padhta Jis se Allah Ta’ala ne farz qaraar diya hai. Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki Namaazein jab ek din Ghazwa-e-Khandaq ke dauraan Faut ho gai thin, To aap ne unhein tarteeb hi se padha tha aur aap ka mashhoor Irshaad-e-Giraami hai ke:
صَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي أُصَلِّي
“Tum is tarah Namaz padho, Jis tarah mujhe Namaz padhte hue dekhte ho.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Azaan, Baab Al-Azaan lil Musafireen, H: 631)
Lehaaza jab aap Masjid mein aae aur log Namaz-e-Maghrib adaa kar rahe the to aap un ke saath Namaz-e-‘Asar ki niyyat kar ke shaamil ho jaate aur Imaam ke salaam ke ba’d baaqi Namaz poori kar lete Logon ki yeh Namaz-e-Maghrib Aap ke liye Namaz-e-‘Asar hoti aur is se koi farq nahi padta ke Imaam aur muqtadi ki niyyat alag alag ho kyunke af’aal ek jaise hain. Aur Imaam se jin ikhtilaafaat se Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne mana’ farmaaya hai, Woh niyyat ke ‘ilaawa deegar af’aal hain, Aur aap ne Maghrib ki Namaz ko jo ‘Asar se pehle padh liya to yeh shar’i hukm se na waaqifiyat ki wajah se hai lehaaza is mein koi harj nahi.
