Mumaani’at ke auqaat mein Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid

Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid ke baare mein hamare haan kaafi baat cheet hoi. Kuch logon ka kehna tha ke is mumaani’at ke auqaat maslan tul’u-o-ghuroob-e-Aftaab ke waqt nahi padhna chaahiye, Jab ke kuch doosre logon ka kehna yeh tha ke yeh auqaat-e-mumaani’at mein bhi jaaiz hai kyunke is ka ta’lluq un Namaazon se hai, Jin ka koi waqt muqarrar nahi hai hatta ke agar aadha sooraj ghuroob ho gaya ho to us waqt bhi Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid ko padha jaa sakta hai. Umeed hai aap tafseel se is masla par roshni daalein ge.

[Jawab]

Is masla mein Ahl-e-ilm mein ikhtilaaf hai lekin sahih baat yeh hai ke Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid ko tamaam auqaat mein hatta ke Fajr aur ‘Asar ke ba’d bhi padha jaa sakta hai kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ke is Irshaad ke ‘umoom ka yehi taqaaza hai ke:

إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلَا يَجْلِسُ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ رَكْعَتَيْن

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Tahajjud, Baab maa jaa fi Al-Tatawa’oo matni matni, H: 1163-o-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Salaat Al-Musafireen, Baab Istahbaab Tahiyyat Al-Masjid Raka’aten, H: 714)

“Jab tum mein se koi Masjid mein daakhil ho to us waqt tak na bethe jab tak do raka’at na padh le.”

Is Hadees ke sahih hone par A’immah ka ittefaaq hai aur phir yeh Namaz-e-Tawaaf aur Namaz-e-Khusoof ki tarah un Namaazon mein se hai, Jinhein khaas asbaab ki wajah se adaa kiya jaata hai aur aisi sab Namaazon ko auqaat-e-mumaani’at mein bhi adaa kiya jaa sakta hai jaisa ke Faut shudah faraaiz ko har waqt adaa kiya jaa sakta hai. Namaz-e-Tawaaf ke baare mein Nabi (ﷺ) ka yeh Irshaad maujood hai ke:

يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ لَا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى أَيَّةَ سَاعَةٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نهار

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Manaasik, Baab Al-Tawaaf Ba’ad Al-‘Asar, H: 1894,)

“Ae Bani ‘Abad-e-Munaaf! Jo shakhs us ghar ka tawaaf kare, us se Namaz se na roko Woh din ya raat ki jis ghadi mein chaahe Namaz padh le.”

Isi tarah Namaz-e-Kasoof ke baare mein aap ka yeh Irshaad hai ke:

إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ أَيْتَانِ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللهِ لَا يَنْكَسِفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلَا لِحَيَاتِهِ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَصَلُّوْا وَادْعُوا حَتَّى يُكْشَفَ مَا بِكُمْ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-kasoof, Baab Al-Salaat fi kasoof Al-Shams, H: 1040, ,Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-kasoof, Baab Salaat Al-kasoof, H: 901)

“Sooraj aur chaand Allah ki nishaaniyon mein se do nishaaniyaan hain, Un ko kisi ki mout-o-hayaat ki wajah se girhan nahi lagta lehaaza jab tum un ko girhan laga hoa dekho to Namaz padho aur us waqt tak dua’a karte raho jab tak girhan khatam na ho jaae”

Isi tarah aap ka Irshaad hai ke:

مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ أَوْ نَسِيَهَا فَلْيُصَلُّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا لا كَفَّارَةً لَهَا إِلَّا ذَلِكَ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Mawaqiyat Al-Salaat, Baab min nasi salaat . . . , H: 597,-O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Qaza Al-Salaat Al-Faaitat . . . , H: 684)

“Jo shakhs Namaz se so jaae ya bhool jaae to woh us se us waqt padhe jab us se yaad aae’ Is ka bas yehi kaffaara hai.”

Yeh Ahadees ‘aam hain. Un se ma’loom hota hai ke mazkoora Namaazon ko mumaani’at aur ghair mumaani’at ke tamaam auqaat mein adaa kiya jaa sakta hai. Isi qawl ko Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn-e-Taymiyyah رحمة الله aur aap ke shagird Rasheed ‘Allama Ibn-e-qaaim رحمة الله ne pasand farmaaya hai. Wallahu waali Al-Toufeeq
