Auqaat-e-Mamnoo’a

Main ne suna hai ke kuch auqaat aise hain, Jin mein Namaz padhna makrooh hai. Yeh auqaat kon se hain aur un mein Namaz ki karaahat ka sabab Kia hai?
[Jawab]
Auqaat-e-mamnoo’a yeh hain Namaz-e-Fajr ke ba’d se le kar sooraj ke ek neezah Yaane ek meter buland hone tak. Aur sooraj tul’u hone ke qareeban pandraah minute ba’d ek meter buland ho jaata hai.
(2) Doosra waqt sooraj ke sar par khada hone ke waqt se le kar zawaal shur’u hone tak hai Yaane jab sooraj zawaal se qabl nisf al-nahaar par ho aur yeh qareeban paanch minute tak ka waqt hota hai. Namaz-e-‘Asar ke ba’d se le kar ghuroob-e-Aftaab tak hai. Fajr-o-‘Asar mein har insaan ki apni Namaz mu’tabir ho gi Jab insaan Namaz-e-‘Asar adaa kare to ghuroob-e-Aftaab tak Namaz Haraam hai lekin is se woh Farz Namaz mustasna hai jo Faut ho gai ho aur aadmi ko un makrooh auqaat mein yaad aae to woh us se padh sakta hai kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ke is Irshaad ke ‘umoom ka yehi taqaaza hai ke:
مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ أَوْ نَسِيَهَا فَلْيُصَلُهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Mawaqiyat, Baab min nasi salaat . . . , H: 597, -O-Sahi Muslim kina Al-Salaat, Baab qaza Al-Salaat Al-Faaitat . . . , H: 684)
“Jo shakhs Namaz se so jaae ya bhool jaae to us se jab bhi yaad aae padh le.”
Isi tarah har woh Nafil Namaz bhi is se mustasna hai jis ka koi khaas sabab ho kyunke yeh Namaz apne sabab ke saath mili hoi hai aur is soorat mein hikmat khatam ho jaati hai, Jis ki wajah se un auqaat mein Namaz padhne se mana’ kiya gaya hai maslan agar aap ‘Asar ke ba’d Masjid mein daakhil hon, To do raka’at padh sakte hain kyunke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:
إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلَا يَجْلِسٌ حَتَّى يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْن
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Tahajjud, Baab maa jaa fi Al-Tataw’u masna masna, H: 1163,-O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Salaat Al-Musafireen, Baab Istahbaab Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid Raka’ateen, H: 714)
“Tum mein se koi jab bhi Masjid mein daakhil ho to woh us waqt tak na bethe jab tak do raka’at na padh le.”
Isi tarah agar Namaz-e-‘Asar ke ba’d sooraj ko girhan lage, To us waqt Namaz-e-kasoof adaa ki jaa sakti hai kyunke un Namaazon ka ek khaas sabab maujood hai, Isi tarah agar koi shakhs un auqaat mein Aayat-e-sajdah tilaawat kare to woh sajdah-e-tilaawat kar sakta hai.
Un auqaat mein Namaz ki mumaani’at ki hikmat yeh hai ke un kuffaar ke saath mushaabihat se rokna maqsood hai, Jo tul’u-e-Aftaab ke waqt us ke tul’u ki khushi mein us se khush amdeed kehte hue us se sajdah karte hain aur ghuroob ke waqt us se alwidah kehte hue sajdah karte hain aur Nabi (ﷺ) is baat ke shadeed khuwaahish mand the ke har us darwaaze ko band kar dein jo shirk tak pohanchaata ho ya jis mein mushrikeen ki mushaabihat ho. Aftaab ke nasf-ul-nahaar pur hone ke waqt Namaz ki mumaani’at ka sabab yeh hai ke us waqt jahannum ki aag ko bhadkaaya jaata hai jaisa ke Nabi (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai lehaaza us waqt Namaz se ruk jaana chaahiye.
