Taarik-e-Namaz ki majlis ikhtiyaar karne ke baare mein hukm

Kia Taarik-e-Namaz ki majlis ikhtiyaar karna jaaiz hai?

[Jawab]

Jo shakhs qasad-o-iraadah se Namaz ke wajoob ka inkaar karte hue Namaz tark kar de woh baa ittefaaq-e-‘Ulama kaafir hai aur jo shakhs susti-o-kaahili ki wajah se Namaz tark kare, Ahl-e-ilm ke sahih qawl ke mutaabiq woh bhi kaafir hai, lehaaza be Namaazon ki majlis ikhtiyaar karna jaaiz nahi balkeh zaroori hai ke unhein chod diya jaae aur un se qat’a ta’lluq kar liya jaae lekin zaroori hai ke us se pehle unhein yeh samjhaaya jaae ke Namaz ka tark karna kufur hai, Jab ke yeh log jaahil hon. Sahih Hadees mein se ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621,Sunan Nisaai, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-hukm fi Taarik Al-Salaat, H: 464,Masnad Ahmad 5346, 355)

“Hamare aur un ke darmiyaan jo ‘ehd hai, Woh Namaz hai, Jis ne us se chod diya woh kaafir hai.”

Aur yeh hukm ‘aam hai jo shakhs Namaz ke wajoob ka munkir ho ya mehez kotaahi-o-susti ki wajah se Namaz tark kare, Sab ko shaamil hai.
