University ke ayyaam-e-ta’leem mein Namaz tark kar dena

Ek musalmaan ‘aaqil naujawaan university mein daakhila se pehle Namaz padhta tha lekin jab tak woh university mein zer-e-ta’leem raha us ne Namaz tark kar di aur yeh muddat chaar saal par muheet hai. University se sanad-e-faraaghat haasil karne ke ba’d us ne Namaz phir shur’u kar di. Un chaar saalon mein Namaz na padhne ke baare mein ab Kia hukm hai? Yaad rahe ke is ‘arsa mein bhi woh Namaz ki farziyat ka munkir nahi hoa lehaaza sawaal yeh hai Kia woh un chaar saalon ki Faut shudah Namaazon ki qaza de ga ya us ke liye tawbah hi kaafi hai?
[Jawab]
Jahan tak hamein ma’loom hai, ‘Ulama ke aqwaal mein se sahih qawl yeh hai ke jo shakhs ‘amdan Namaz tark kare, Woh Faut shudah Namaz ki qaza na de kyunke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ كَانَتۡ عَلَى الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ كِتٰبًا مَّوۡقُوۡتًا
(Al-Nisaa 4 103)
“Beshak Namaz ka mominon par auqaat-e-(Muqararah) mein adaa karna Farz hai.”
Is Aayat mein Allah Subhaan-o-Ta’ala ne yeh bayaan farmaaya hai ke Farz Namaazon ke auqaat muta’een hain. Hazrat Jibreel عليه السلام ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ko shab-e-ma’iraaj ki subah un auqaat ko bayaan kar diya tha aur Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne apne ‘amal aur qawl se Ummat ke liye un auqaat ki hadd-e-bandi kar di hai. lehaaza un auqaat mein taqdeem-o-taakheer jaaiz aur sahih nahi hai aur is liye bhi ke hamare ‘ilm ke mutaabiq ‘Ulama ke aqwaal mein se sahih qawl yeh hai ke taarik-e-Namaz kaafir hai, lehaaza jab woh tawbah kar le to use ayyaam-e-kufur ki un ‘ibaadaat ki qaza laazim nahi hai jin ke auqaat muqarrar hain. Agar woh sachi tawbah kar raha hai to us ke liye khair ki umeed hai lehaaza us se ziyaada se ziyaada neik am’aal karna aur ziyaada se ziyaada Nawaafil adaa karne chaahiyein’ Nabi (ﷺ) ke is Irshaad ke mafhoom Khattaab se bhi is ki ta’eed hoti hai ke:
مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ أَوْ نَسِيَهَا فَلْيُصَلُّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Mawaqiyat Al-Salaat, Baab, H: 684, -O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Qazaa Al-Salaat Al-Faaitat, H: 684)
“Jo shakhs Namaz se so gaya ya bhool gaya to woh usi waqt padh le jab us se yaad aae.”
To is ka mafhoom yeh hai ke jo shakhs qasad-o-iraadah se Namaz tark kare, Us ke liye yeh hukm nahi hai. Qasad-o-iraadah ke saath ‘amdan Namaz tark karne waale ko soye ya bhoole hue par qiyaas karna sahi nahi hai kyunke qasad-o-iraadah ke saath tark karne waala ma’zoor nahi hai, Aur us ke liye Allah Ta’ala ne koi aur waqt muqarrar nahi kiya, Jis mein woh Faut shudah Namaz ko adaa kar sake jab ke soya aur bhoola hoa dono ma’zoor hain lehaaza un ke liye ek waqt muqarrar kar diya hai jis mein woh Faut shudah Namaz ko padh sakte hain.
