Kia Jumm’a ke din pehli azaan bidd’at hai?
[Jawab]
Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke aap ne farmaaya:
عَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِيْنَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ مِنْ بَعْدِي، تَمَسَّكُوا بِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِد
(Masnad Ahmad, 4126, 127)
“Tum meri aur mere ba’d hidaayat yaafta Khulafa-e-Raashideen ki Sunnat par ‘amal karo, Is se waabasta ho jaao aur us se nihaayat mazbooti se thaam lo.”
Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) aur Hazrat Abu Bakr-o-Hazrat ‘Umar رضى الله عنهم ke ‘ehd mein Jumm’a ki azaan us waqt hoti thi, Jab Imaam mimbar par bethta tha lekin Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ke ‘ehd-e-khilaafat mein jab Madina ki abaadi mein izaafa ho gaya to Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ne Jumm’a ke din azaan-e-Awwal ka hukm diya lehaaza yeh bidd’at nahi kyunk Nabi (ﷺ) ki is Hadees mein jo hum ne abhi bayaan ki hai, hamein Khulafa-e-Raashideen ki Sunnat ke itteb’a ka bhi hukm diya gaya hai. Is masla mein asal Hadees woh hai jis se Imaam Bukhari , Nisaai, Tirmizi ,Ibn-e-Maaja aur Abu Dawood ——–aur yeh alfaaz Abu Dawood hi ki riwaayat mein hain——–ne Ibn-e-Shahab se riwaayat kiya hai ke:
أَخْبَرَنِي السَّائِبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ الْأَذَانَ كَانَ أَوَّلُهُ حِيْنَ يَجْلِسُ الإِمَامُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ، وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ خِلَافَةُ عُثْمَانَ وَكَثَرَ النَّاسُ أَمَرَ عُثْمَانُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ بِالأَذَانِ الثَّالِثِ فَأَذْنَ بِهِ عَلَى الزَّوْرَاءِ، فَثَبَّتَ الأمْرُ عَلَى ذلِكَ

“Mujhe Saa’ib-bin-Yazerd ne khabar di ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ), Hazrat Abu Bakr-o-Hazrat ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما ke ‘ehd mein azaan-e-Awwal us waqt hoti thi, Jab Imaam Jumm’a ke din mimbar par bethta. Jab Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ka daur-e-khilaafat aaya aur Madinah ki abaadi ziyaada ho gai to Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ne teesri azaan ka hukm diya jo Zawraa mein kahi jaati thi, To us waqt se yehi ma’mool chala aata hai.”
‘Allama Qastalaniرحمة الله ne Sharah Bukhari mein is Hadees ke zail mein likha hai ke Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ne jis azaan ka izaafa kiya, Us se muraad woh hai jo Namaz-e-Jumm’a ka waqt shur’u hone par kahi jaati hai, us se teesri azaan is liye kaha ke yeh azaan-o-iqaamat se zaaid ek teesri azaan thi aur is Hadees mein iqaamat ko ((تغلیبا)) azaan kaha gaya hai, Jab musalmaanon ki abaadi mein izaafa ho gaya (To Jumm’a ke waqt ke qareeb hone ki ittil’a ke pesh-e-nazar) Hazrat ‘Usman رضي الله عنه ne ijtihaad se us azaan ka izaafa farmaaya aur tamaam Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ne jab us par sukoot farmaaya aur inkaar n kiya to yeh goya ijma’a-e-sukooti hoa.
