Khutba ke dauraan Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid

[Sawaal]

Mere aur ba’az Namazi bhaiyon ke darmiyaan is masla mein jhagda paida ho gaya ke jab insaan Masjid mein daakhil ho aur Imaam khutba de raha ho to Kia Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid ki do raka’atein padhni chaahiyein ya nahi? lehaaza aap se darkhuwaast hai ke baraah-e-Karaam fatwa dein Kia is haalat mein do raka’atein padhna jaaiz hai ya nahi? Yaad rahe mazkoora Namazi jinon ne mujh se ikhtilaaf kiya woh Maaliki Yaane Imaam Maalik ke mazhab ke muqallid hain.

[Jawab]

Sunnat yeh hai ke aadmi jab Masjid mein daakhil ho to Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid ki do raka’atein padhe, Khuwah Imaam khutba hi kio na de raha ho, kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai:

إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلَا يَجْلِسُ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Tahajjud, Baab maa jaa fi tatawa’oo masni masni, H: 1163, -O-Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Salaat Al-Musafireen, Baab Istahbaab Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid biraka’ateen . . . , H: 714)

“Jab tum mein se koi Masjid mein daakhil ho to us waqt tak na bethe jab tak do raka’atein na padh le.”

Nez sahih Muslim mein Hazrat Jaabir رضى الله عنه se riwaayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَلْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَلْيَتَجَوَّرٌ فِيهِمَا

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Jumm’a, Baab Al-Tahiyyat-o-Al-Imaam yakhtab, H: 875)

“Jab tum mein se koi Juma’a ke din us waqt aae jab Imaam khutba de raha ho to woh do raka’atein padhe aur unhein mukhtasar taur par padhe.”

Yeh Hadees is masla mein nass-e-sareeh hai aur kisi ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke is ki mukhaalifat kare. shaayad Imaam Malik رحمة الله tak yeh Sunnat na pohanchi ho, Agar un se yeh saabit hai ke unhon ne waqt-e-khutba un do raka’aton se mana’ farmaaya hai, Lekin jab sahih sanad se yeh saabit hai ke yeh Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki Sunnat hai to phir kisi bhi shakhs ke qawl ki wajah se khuwah woh koi bhi ho, Us Sunnat ki mukhaalifat karna jaaiz nahi hai kyunke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَطِيۡـعُوا اللّٰهَ وَاَطِيۡـعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ وَاُولِى الۡاَمۡرِ مِنۡكُمۡ‌ۚ فَاِنۡ تَنَازَعۡتُمۡ فِىۡ شَىۡءٍ فَرُدُّوۡهُ اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَالرَّسُوۡلِ اِنۡ كُنۡـتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالۡيَـوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ‌ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ خَيۡرٌ وَّاَحۡسَنُ تَاۡوِيۡلًا

(Al-Nisaa 459)

“Momino! Allah aur us ke Rasool ki farmaan bardaari karo aur jo tum mein se saahib-e-hukoomat hain, Un ki bhi aur agar kisi baat mein tumhare darmiyaan ikhtilaaf waq’i ho to agar Allah aur Roz-e-Aakhirat par Imaan rakhte ho to us mein Allah aur Rasool(Ke hukm) ki taraf ruj’o karo yeh bohat achi baat hai aur is ka anjaam bhi acha hai.”

Nez farmaaya:

وَمَا اخۡتَلَـفۡتُمۡ فِيۡهِ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍ فَحُكۡمُهٗۤ اِلَى اللّٰهِ‌ ؕ

(Al-Shura’a 4210)

“Aur tum jis baat mein ikhtilaaf karte ho us ka faisla Allah ki taraf (se ho ga)”

Aur yeh baat ma’loom hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka hukm Allah Az-o-Jal ka hi hukm hai kyunke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

مَنۡ يُّطِعِ الرَّسُوۡلَ فَقَدۡ اَطَاعَ اللّٰهَ ‌ۚ

(Al-Nisaa 480)

“Jo shakhs Rasool ki farmaan bardaari kare ga to beshak us ne Allah ki farmaan bardaari ki.”
