Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah Anasariya رضی اللہ عنہا
Musalman Biwi:
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہ Anasaar ki aik aalim faazil khatoon thein. Un ki shadi Aous Bin Sabit Anasari رضی اللہ عنہ kay sath hui, Jo Banu Adi Bin Amar Bin Maalik qabeelay ka Chasham-o-Chiragh tha. Un ka khandani talluq Madina Munawwra mein Mash’hoor-o-Maroof qabeelay Banu Najjar tak pohanchta hai.
Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ un logon mein say aik hain jinhon nay Uqba-e-Saniya mein apni qoam kay muazzizeen kay sath Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki bait ka sharaf hasil kiya aur jab Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم hijrat kar kay Madina tashreef laaye to Aous Bin Sabit istiqbal karnay walon mein bhi shamil thay aur unhon nay Masjid-e-Nabwi ki tameer mein bhi hissa liya. Umm-e-Kuja aur un kay khawand Aous kay darmiyan mukammal ittifaq aur ham aahangi paai jati thi aur donon Islam kay sath yaksan tor par wabasta rahay. Aurat apnay khawand ki mutee hoti hai, Us kay huqooq ka khayal rakhti hai, Khawand kay maal aur apni zaat ki hifazat karti hai.
Khawand apni biwi kay huqooq ko pehchanta hai aur us ki khoob qadar karta hai. Donon miyan biwi aik doosray kay behtareen Rafeeq-e-Hayat hotay hain. Aik doosray ka har tarah say khayal rakhtay hain aur mil kar aik mazboot gharanay ki buniyad rakhtay hain. Donon is gharanay ko islami riwayaat kay gehwara aur Noor-e-Imaan ka qil’aa bantay hain.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہ khawateen kay sath Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki majalis mein shareek huwa karti thein. Taakeh woh parday mein reh kar Ahadees-e-Rasool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say behra’war hon. Sayyiduna Aous رضی الہ عنہ bhi Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki majalis mein baqaidgi say shareek huwa kartay thay aur Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki imamat mein namazen ada kiya kartay thay.
Zaman-e-Jahliyat mein un donon kay han aik bachi nay janam liya. Aous nay Umm-e-Kujah kay sath mukammal Ittifaq kartay huaye us bachi ki parwarish ka saman muhayya kiya. Us bachi ko zinda dargor karnay ka qasad aur irada na kiya, Halankeh us waqat un ki qoam mein yeh riwaj tha keh jo bachi bhi peda hoti usay zinda dargor kar diya jata. Umm-e-Kujah ka yeh mamool tha keh jab woh namaz, Apnay khawand ki khidmat kay faraaiz aur apni nanhi si bachi ki dekh bhal say farigh hotein to chamday kay un tukdon aur khajoor ki khal ki taraf mutawajjah huien jis par un ka khawand Quraani aayaat likha karta tha, Taakeh woh Hasab-e-Istata’at un Quraani aayaat ko zubani yad kar sakay.
Badar mein jihad ki umang:
Aik din Sayyiduna Aous رضی اللہ عنہ apni biwi kay pas jaldi mein aaye. Unhon nay aatay hi apna hathiyar thama, Jangi libas zeb tan kiya aur apni biwi ko bataya keh woh Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم kay sath mushrikeen kay khilaf jang karnay kay liye Medan-e-Badar ki taraf ja raha hai. Woh Aela-e-Kalimatullah kay liye is safar par ja raha hai.
Wafadar biwi nay apnay khawand ki rah mein koi rukawat dali aur na us say yeh kaha keh aap mujhay kis kay supard kar kay ja rahay hain. Is liye keh woh khoob achi tarah yeh janti thein keh Allah Ahal-e-Imaan ka dosat aur un ka aaqa hai aur kafiron ka koi aaqa nahin. Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا nay apnay khawand aur musalmanon kay haq mein kamiyabi aur un kay sahih saalim wapis aanay ki dua ki.
Un kay dil mein aik bat bar bar aati rahi, Aakhir kaar unhon nay woh bat keh hi di keh meri dili khawahish hai keh mein aap kay sath mushrikeen kay khilaf jang karnay kay liye jaoon, Taakeh mein bhi aap ki tarah jihad ka sawab hasil kar sakoon, Is tarah sawab hasil karnay mein ham donon barabar kay shareek ho jayen gay. Aous رضی اللہ عنہ apni wafadaar biwi ki tajweez sun kar muskara diya, Phir us say kehnay laga: Aye Kujah! Kya tum bhool gai ho keh tum Haalat-e-Hamal mein ho aur is haalat mein Medan-e-Jang ki taraf jana munasib nahin hai aur phir aap ki ghar say gher haziri mein hamari bachi ki dekh bhaal kon karay ga. Agar mera jihad mein hissa lena teray liye kafi nahin to mein dugni mehnat karoon ga, Taakeh mujhay do guna Ajar-o-Sawab milay, Jo meray aur teray liye kafi ho, Is baray mein tumhara kya khayal hai? Aye Aous! Tum bohat hi umda shakhsiyat kay hamil ho, Kathan ghadi mein bhi apni biwi ko khush karnay ka irada rakhtay ho, Teri khush akhlaqi kay kya kehnay, Tum apni bachi ki walida kay dil mein Musarrat-o-Shadmani kay phool mehkanay ka irada rakhtay ho, Usay kisi soorat ghamgeen dekhna tujhay gawarah nahin. Tu nay apni Ada-e-Dilnawaz say apni Umm-e-Kujah ko muskaranay par majboor kar diya. Phir us ki biwi nay usay aur deegar musalmanon ko Fatah-o-Nusrat ki duaon kay sath alwida kiya.
Haq ka batil par ghalba:
Jang-e-Badar Tareekh-e-Islam ki aik aham jang thi. Is jang mein mushrikeen kay baday baday sardaron ka khatima ho gaya, Un kay paon kay nechay say zameen nikal gai aur Allah T’aala ki madad say musalmanon kay hoslay buland huaye, Agarcheh woh dushmanon ki kaseer tadaad kay kay muqablay mein bohat thoday thay. Medan-e-Badar mein Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ nay deen kay dushmanon kay khilaf dat kar jihad kiya. (Mujam Kabeer Tabrani: 623, Majma-ul-Zawaid: 6/61, Al Aahad wal Masani: 3/403) Is dauran mein Umm-e-Kujah nay apni doosari bachi ko janam diya, Jang-e-Badar kufar aur Imaan kay darmiyan aik aham jang thi. Is mein Allah ki Zaat aur insaniyat kay dushmanon ko hazeemat uthana padi. Allah T’aala Apnay noor ko poora karna chahta hai, Agarcheh kafir us ko na pasand hi kiun na kartay hon. Sarkash sar’nogoon ho gay. Jin logon nay Allah ki makhlooq kay sath Makar-o-Fareb kiya woh zameen burad ho gaye, Un kay perookaron par tarah tarah kay azab nazil huaye. Abu Jahal, Utbah Shaibah, Waleed Bin Utbah, Ummayya Bin Khalaf, Uqbah Bin Abi Mueet aur tamam ahmaq aur gumrah log Medan-e-Badar mein gajar mooli ki tarah kaat diye gaye, Phir un sab ko Quleeb nami kunwein mein phenk diya gaya.
Allah T’aala nay Hasab-e-Wada apnay Rasool-e-Maqbool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم aur Ahal-e-Imaan ko kamyabi say hamkinar kiya. Lashkar-e-Islam ki kamyabi ki khabren jangal mein aag ki tarah phel gaien. Ahal-e-Madina kamiyabi hasil karnay walay Lashkar-e-Islam kay istiqbal kay liye walihana andaaz mein apnay gharon say bahir niklay. Istiqbal kay liye auraten bhi apnay gharon say bahir aaien, Koi aurat apnay baap ko dekhnay ka dili armaan rakhti thi aur koi apnay bhai kay baray mein jan’na chahti thi aur koi apnay betay ki wapisi ko Ba’chasham-e-Khud dekhnay ka irada rakhti thi.
Bahadur mujahid ki wapisi:
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا apnay khawand Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ ki wapisi ki dili raghbat rakhti thi, Taakeh woh apni khoobsoorat bachi ko dekh lay keh jisay us nay khawand ki gher haziri mein janam diya hai.
Kya bhala aisa hi hoga keh woh sahih saalim wapis loat ayen gay? Soorat-e-Hal yeh thi keh fatah kay bad Medan-e-Jang kay bahadur baz jatthon ki soorat mein aur baz akeelay akeelay Madina Munawwrah pohanch rahay thay. Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا wapis aanay walon ko baday ghor say dekh rahi thi, Lekin usay apna bahadur shehsawar dikhai nahin day raha tha. Usay dahdka laga huwa tha, Waswasay pay dar pay aa rahay thay, Usay yeh andesha lahiq tha keh agar us ki do bachiyon ka baap zindagi ki bazi har gaya to in bachiyon ka mustaqbil kya ho ga?
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا kay Qalab-o-Zehan par Afkaar-o-Auham kay siyah badal chaye huaye thay, Phir woh badal jald hi Mosam-e-Garma mein bikhar janay walay badlon ki tarah chat gaye. Woh kya dekhti hai keh uska khawand Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ kharaman kharaman us ki janib qadam badha raha hai. Jawan’marad aur bahadur apni donon bachiyon aur biwi ko shafqat say shad kam karnay wapis loat aaya hai.
Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ ki dili tamanna yeh thi keh beta ho lekin Allah jis ko chahta hai betiyan ata karta hai aur jis ko chahta hai betay ata karta hai, Yeh to Allah T’aala ki ata hai. Insaan ko chahiye keh Allah T’aala jo bhi ata kar day usay dil ki khushi kay sath qabool kar lay. Woh Ghalib ata karnay wala hai. Jo kuch Woh karta hai us kay baray mein pocha nahin ja sakta, Yeh to logon say poocha jata hai keh woh kya kartay hain.
Sayyiduna Aous رضی اللہ عنہ apnay khandan say aa milay, Unhon nay apni donon bachiyon ko seenay say lagaya aur un kay munh choomay. Sayyida Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا Allah T’aala kay hazoor duayen karnay aur musalanon aur apnay khawand kay fatah yaab ho kar sahih saalim lotnay par Allah Subhanahu wa T’aala ka shukar ada karnay lagi. Kuch deer aaram karnay kay bad Sayyiduna Aous رضی اللہ عنہ apni biwi Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا ko jangi mushahidaat say aagah karnay aur Medan-e-Jang mein jo us kay sathiyon nay karnamay sar anjam diye thay un say rooshanas karanay aur Sanadeen-e-Quraish aur kafir sardaron kay buray anjam ki kahani sunanay laga keh unko kis tarah Ahal-e-Imaan kay hathon Zillat-o-Ruswai ka samna karna pada.
Ghazwa-e-Uhad:
Quraish nay jab apna na Qabil-e-Talafi nuqsan aur andohnaak anjam dekha to unki hawaiyan udnay lagein. Woh Islam kay khilaf arab qabaail ko jama karnay lagay, Taakeh woh bhi kahin is musibat say do’char na hon jis ka maza ham chakh chukay hain. Unhon nay teen hazar jangjoo ikatthay kar liye, Un mein do so tajurba kaar shehsawar bhi thay, Jin ki qayadat Khalid Bin Waleed kay supard thi. Jab yeh khabar Madina Munawwrah mein musalmanon tak pohanchi to Sahaba Karaam رضی اللہ عنہما mein halchal mach gai.
“Sunan Darmi” mein Sayyiduna Jabir رضی اللہ عنہ bayan kartay hain keh Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay farmaya: “Mein nay khawab mein dekha hai keh mein aik mazboot zirrah mein hoon aur meray samnay aik gaaye ko zibah kiya ja raha hai. Mein nay is khawab ki tabeer yeh ki keh zirrah Madin Munawwra hai yani keh mein Madina Munawwrah mein hoon aur gaaye say murad logon ki jama’at hai yani dushman jama’at kay meray roo-baroo galay katay ja rahay hain. Allah khair karay, Yoon mehsoos hota hai keh hamara dushman Madina Munawwrah mein ham par halma aawar honay ka irada kiye huaye hai, Agar ham Madina Munawwrah mein muqeem rahain aur dushman ham par hamla kar day to ham us say ladein gay.” Sahabah Karaam رضی للہ عنہما nay araz kiya: Ya Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! Zamana-e-Jahliyat mein to kisi ko jurat na hui keh hamaray gharon par hamla ho, Kya ab jab kay ham Daaira-e-Islam mein dakhil ho gaye hain to hamein yeh manzar dekhna paday ga. Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay farmaya: “Tumhari marzi, Jis tarah bhi tum dushman ka muqabla karna chahtay ho tumhin ikhtiyar hai.” Anasaar nay aik doosray say baten kartay huaye kaha: Ham nay Nabi Kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki bat ko mustarad kia hai, Yeh acha nahin huwa. Woh Aap صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar araz guzar huaye: Aye Allah kay Rasool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! Ham wesay hi karein gay jo Aap صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ka hukum ho ga. Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay farmaya:
“Ab dushman say muqabla ho ga, Nabi jab apna jangi libas zeb tan kar leta hai to dushman say muqabla kiye bagher usay nahin utarta.”

Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم Medan-e-Uhad ki taraf aik hazar jangjoo lay kar rawana huaye, Lekin Raees-ul-Munafiqeen Abdullah Bin Ubai teen so munafiqeen ko rastay hi say wapis lay aaya. Yoon Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم kay sath sat so jangju reh gay.
Sayyiduna Zaid Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ ka bayan hai: Ja Nabi Kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم Uhad ki taraf rawana huay to kuch log rastay say wapis palat gaye. Nabi Kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم kay sath janay walay do hisson mein but gaye, Aik giroh ka nazriya yeh tha keh ham dushman say ladein gay, Dusray giroh ka Nuqta-e-Nigah yeh tha keh ham dushman kay sath nahi ladein gay. Is moqa par yeh aayaat nazil huien:
“فَمَا لَـكُمۡ فِىۡ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ فِئَـتَيۡنِ وَاللّٰهُ اَرۡكَسَهُمۡ بِمَا كَسَبُوۡاؕ اَ تُرِيۡدُوۡنَ اَنۡ تَهۡدُوۡا مَنۡ اَضَلَّ اللّٰهُ ؕ وَمَنۡ يُّضۡلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَلَنۡ تَجِدَ لَهٗ سَبِيۡلًا ۞ وَدُّوۡا لَوۡ تَكۡفُرُوۡنَ كَمَا كَفَرُوۡا فَتَكُوۡنُوۡنَ سَوَآءً فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوۡا مِنۡهُمۡ اَوۡلِيَآءَ حَتّٰى يُهَاجِرُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ ؕ فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّوۡا فَخُذُوۡهُمۡ وَاقۡتُلُوۡهُمۡ حَيۡثُ وَجَدتُّمُوۡهُمۡ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوۡا مِنۡهُمۡ وَلِيًّا وَّلَا نَصِيۡرًا ۞ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ يَصِلُوۡنَ اِلٰى قَوۡمٍۢ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ مِّيۡثَاقٌ اَوۡ جَآءُوۡكُمۡ حَصِرَتۡ صُدُوۡرُهُمۡ اَنۡ يُّقَاتِلُوۡكُمۡ اَوۡ يُقَاتِلُوۡا قَوۡمَهُمۡ ؕ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَسَلَّطَهُمۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَلَقٰتَلُوۡكُمۡ ۚ فَاِنِ اعۡتَزَلُوۡكُمۡ فَلَمۡ يُقَاتِلُوۡكُمۡ وَاَلۡقَوۡا اِلَيۡكُمُ السَّلَمَ ۙ فَمَا جَعَلَ اللّٰهُ لَـكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَبِيۡلًا ۞”
(Al-Nisa: 4/88-90)
“Phir yeh tumhein kya ho gaya hai keh munafiqeen kay baray mein tumharay darmiyan do raaye paai jaati hain, Halankeh jo buraiyan unhon nay kamaai hain un ki badolat Allah unhein ulta pher chuka hai, Kya tum chahtay ho keh jisay Allah nay hidayat nahin bakhshi usay tum hidayat bakhash do, Halankeh jis ko Allah nay bhatka diya us kay liye tum koi rasta nahin pa saktay, Woh to yeh chahtay hain keh jis tarah woh kafir hain usi tarah tum bhi kafir ho jao taakeh tum aur woh sab yaksan ho jaein. Lihaza un mein say kisi ko apna dost na banao, Jab tak keh woh Allah ki rah mein hijrat kar kay na aa jaein. Agar woh hijrat say baz rahain to jahan paao unhain pakad lo aur qatal karo aur un mein say kisi ko apna dost aur madad gaar na banao.”
Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay yeh bhi irshad farmaya:
“انھا طیبۃ تنفی الذنوب کما تنفی النار خبث الفضۃ”
“Yeh Madina gunahon ko is tarah maliya mait kar deta hai jis tarah aag chandi ki mail kuchail ko khatam kar deti hai.”

Is martaba Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit رضی لہ عنہ apni biwi Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا ko Medan-e-Uhad ki taraf janay say na rok sakay. Us ki do betiyon ko us ki walida kay pas chod diya.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah agarcheh ladai mein maharat na rakhti thein, Albattah woh zakhmiyon kay ilaj mualajay aur un ki marham patti karnay ki salahiyat rakhti thein. Isi tarah woh piyasay mujahideen ko pani pilanay ki khidmat bhi sar anjam day sakti thein, Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا jihad ki janib deewana waar aagay badhien, Woh apnay khawand Sayyiduna Aous رضی اللہ عنہ kay shana ba’shana jihad mein bhar poor hissa lenay ki apni dili aarzoo poori karna chahti thein.
Jab mnafiqeen apnay qaaid Abdullah Bin Ubai ki sazish ka shikar ho kar Lashkar-e-Islam say khisak gaye to Jabir Bin Abdllah Bin Haraam رضی اللہ عنہ un say aa milay. Aapnay un say kaha keh mein tumhein Allah T’aala ki yad dilatay huaye kehta hoon keh tum apni qoam aur apnay Nabi ki ruswai ka ba’is na bano, Kuch to hosh kay nakhun lo, Tumhara yeh kirdar munasib nahin hai. Woh kehnay lagay keh agar hamein pata hota keh tum zaroor hi lado gay to ham tumhein kabhi na chodtay. Lekin ham dekh rahay hain keh yahan Ladai-o-Waadai nahin ho gi. Jab Sayyiduna Jabir رضی اللہ عنہ unhein apnay iraday say baz rakhnay say mayoos ho gaye to aap nay tang aa kar un say kaha: Daffa ho jao, Allah tum par lanat bhejay! Tum Allah aur deen kay dushman ho, Tumhara satiya naas ho jaye, Tumhara kuch na rahay, Allah Apnay Rasool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم aur uski Sidq-e-Dil say perwi karnay walay Ahal-e-Imaan ko tum say be nayaz kar day ga. Quraan Kareem mein Allah T’aala nay munafiqeen kay Ruswakun-o-Makkarana kirdar ko kuch is andaz mein bayan kiya hai. Irshad-e-Bari T’aala hai:
“وَلِيَعۡلَمَ الَّذِيۡنَ نَافَقُوۡا ۖۚ وَقِيۡلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡا قَاتِلُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ اَوِ ادۡفَعُوۡا ۚ قَالُوۡا لَوۡ نَعۡلَمُ قِتَالًا لَّا تَّبَعۡنٰكُمۡؕ هُمۡ لِلۡكُفۡرِ يَوۡمَئِذٍ اَقۡرَبُ مِنۡهُمۡ لِلۡاِيۡمَانِۚ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ بِاَفۡوَاهِهِمۡ مَّا لَيۡسَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡؕ وَاللّٰهُ اَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَكۡتُمُوۡنَۚ ۞ اَلَّذِيۡنَ قَالُوۡا لِاِخۡوَانِهِمۡ وَقَعَدُوۡا لَوۡ اَطَاعُوۡنَا مَا قُتِلُوۡا ؕ قُلۡ فَادۡرَءُوۡا عَنۡ اَنۡفُسِكُمُ الۡمَوۡتَ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ صٰدِقِيۡنَ ۞
” (Aal-e-Imran: 3/167-168)
“Taakeh woh jan lay un logon ko jinhon nay munafiqat ki, Jab munafiqon say kaha gaya: Aao Allah ki rah mein jang karo ya kam az kam apnay shehar ka difa hi karo, To woh kehnay lagay keh agar hamein ilm hota keh aaj jang ho gi to ham zaror tumharay sath chaltay. Yeh bat jab woh keh rahay thay us waqat woh Imaan ki nisbat kufar kay zayada qareeb thay, Woh apni zubanon say woh batein keh rahay thay jo un kay dilon mein nahin hotein, Aur jo kuch woh dilon mein chupatay hain Allah usay khoob janta hai, Yeh wahi log hain jo khud to bethay rahay aur un kay jo bhai band ladnay gaye aur shaheed ho gay, Un kay mutalliq unhon nay keh diya keh agar woh hamari bat maan letay to na maray jatay. Un say kaho: Agar tum is qoal mein sachay ho to khud tumhari moat jab aaye to usay taal kar dikhana.”
Bawajood yeh keh Jang-e-Uhad mein musalmanon ki tadad saat so thi aur un kay muqablay mein mushrikeen ka lashkar teen hazaar afraad par mushtamil tha, Phir bhi ladai kay shuru mein musalmanon ka palda bhari raha, Lekin musalman teer andazon nay apni jagah ko chod diya. Khalid Bin Waleed nay moqa ko ghaneemat jan kar do so shehsawaron ki qeyadat kartay huaye pichay say Lashkar-e-Islam par hamla kar diya aur lashon kay dher laga diye. Teer andazon nay Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki hukum adooli ki, Jis ki padash mein Lashkar-e-Islam ko andohnak hazeemat ka samna karna pada.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا kay khawand ki shahadat:
Bohat say mujahideen Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kar gaye. Shahadat panay walon mein Sayyiduna Hamza Bin Abdul-Muttalib, Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabee, Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Amar Bin Haraam, Sayyiduna Hanzala Ghaseel-ul-Malaikah, Sayyiduna Amar Bin Jamooh aur Sayyiduna Anas Bin Nazar رضی اللہ عنہم jesi azeem hastiyan thein.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا nay ladai kay shuru mein apnay khawand Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ ko dekha keh woh mushrikeen kay muqabila mein badi Jurat-o-Bahaduri ka muzahira kartay huaye dushman ki safon ko chertay huaye musalsal aagay badh rahay hain. Woh dekhtay hi dekhtay logon kay hujoom mein aankhon say ujhal ho gaye, Us kay bad usay dikhai na diya. Jab ladai ki thartharahat khatam hui to anasaar ki khawateen shuhda ki lashon ko dekhnay lagein, Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا ki nigah apnay shehsawar khawand ki lash par padi, Us ka jisam khoon say lat pat tha. Woh lash ko dekh kar “انا للہ و انا الیہ راجعون” kehnay lagein aur istighfaar karnay lagein. Un kay dil mein ba’yak waqat Hazan-o-Malal aur Musarrat-o-Shadmani ki kashmakash honay lagi. Hazan-o-Malal to apni do betiyon ki wajah say tha keh un kay sar say baap ka saya uth gaya lekin khushi is bat ki thi keh us ka khawand shadat kay Aala-o-Arfa darjay par faaiz ho gaya hai.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا kay sabab say quraani aayaat nazil hoti hain:
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا apnay Azeem-ul-Martabat khawand kay shaheed ho janay ki bina par us ki judai kay gham mein mubtala thi. Upar say us kay khawand Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit kay chacha ka beta aa dhamka, Us nay Sayyiduna Aous Bin Sabit kay saray maal par qabza kar liya. Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا aur un ki donon betiyon kay liye kui cheez na chodi, Is tarah un ki muashi zindagi mein bohran paida ho gaya. Us nay Zamana-e-Jahliyat ka tor tareeqa apnatay huaye sara maal hadap kar liya.
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہا Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ki khidmat mein hazir huien, Taakeh woh Aap صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ko Soorat-e-Hal say aagah karay. Nabi Kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay Aous رضی اللہ عنہ kay chacha zaad bhai ko bulaya aur us say maal kay baray mein poocha to us nay kaha: Aye Allah kay Rasool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! Is ka koi beta nahin jo ghoday par sawar ho, Jo khandan ka bojh uthay aur dushman say laday, Zamana-e-Jahliyat kay nizam kay mutabiq jab koi shakhas foat ho jaye to us kay maal mein say aurat ko aur chotay bachon ko kuch nahin diya jata.
Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay farmaya: “Jao mein intizar karta hoon keh Allah T’aala in auraton kay baray mein kya hukum nazil farmata hai.”
Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah apni betiyon kay sath wahin beth kar intizar karnay lagi keh Allah Subhanhu Wa T’aala kya hukum nazil farmatay hain. Usay yeh dili itminan tha keh Allah T’aala Adal-o-Insaf par mabni hukum nazil farmaye ga, Kiunkeh Adal-o-Insaf us kay Asma-e-Husna mein say hai. Is moqa par Allah T’aala nay yeh aayaat nazil kein. (Al-Isaabah (4/115), Usd-ul-Ghabah (1/309, 3/456)) Irshad-e-Bari T’aala hai:
“لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ ۖ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ اَوۡ كَثُرَ ؕ نَصِيۡبًا مَّفۡرُوۡضًا ۞ وَاِذَا حَضَرَ الۡقِسۡمَةَ اُولُوا الۡقُرۡبٰى وَالۡيَتٰمٰى وَالۡمَسٰكِيۡنُ فَارۡزُقُوۡهُمۡ مِّنۡهُ وَقُوۡلُوۡا لَهُمۡ قَوۡلًا مَّعۡرُوۡفًا ۞ وَلۡيَخۡشَ الَّذِيۡنَ لَوۡ تَرَكُوۡا مِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعٰفًا خَافُوۡا عَلَيۡهِمۡ ۖفَلۡيَتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَلۡيَقُوۡلُوا قَوۡلًا سَدِيۡدًا ۞ اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَ الۡيَتٰمٰى ظُلۡمًا اِنَّمَا يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ فِىۡ بُطُوۡنِهِمۡ نَارًا ؕ وَسَيَـصۡلَوۡنَ سَعِيۡرًا ۞ يُوۡصِيۡكُمُ اللّٰهُ فِىۡۤ اَوۡلَادِكُمۡ ۖ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ الۡاُنۡثَيَيۡنِ ۚ فَاِنۡ كُنَّ نِسَآءً فَوۡقَ اثۡنَتَيۡنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ ۚ وَاِنۡ كَانَتۡ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصۡفُ ؕ وَلِاَ بَوَيۡهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنۡهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ اِنۡ كَانَ لَهٗ وَلَدٌ ۚ فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ يَكُنۡ لَّهٗ وَلَدٌ وَّوَرِثَهٗۤ اَبَوٰهُ فَلِاُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ ؕ فَاِنۡ كَانَ لَهٗۤ اِخۡوَةٌ فَلِاُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُّوۡصِىۡ بِهَاۤ اَوۡ دَيۡنٍ ؕ اٰبَآؤُكُمۡ وَاَبۡنَآؤُكُمۡ ۚ لَا تَدۡرُوۡنَ اَيُّهُمۡ اَقۡرَبُ لَـكُمۡ نَفۡعًا ؕ فَرِيۡضَةً مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيۡمًا حَكِيۡمًا ۞”
(Al-Nisaa: 4/7-11)
“Mardon kay liye us maal mein say hissa hai jo maan bap aur qareebi rishta daron nay choda ho aur auraton kay liye bhi maal mein hissa hai jo maan bap aur qareebi rishta daron nay choda ho. Khawah thoda ho ya bohat aur yeh hissa Allah ki taraf say muqarrar hai aur jab taqseem kay moqa par kunba kay log, Yateem aur maskeen aayen to us maal mein say un ko bhi kuch do aur un kay sath bhalay manason ki si bat karo. Logon ko is bat ka khayal kar kay darna chahiye keh agar woh khud apnay pichay be’bus aulad chodtay to martay waqat to unhein apnay bachon kay haq mein kaisay kuch andeshe lahaq hotay. Pus chahiye keh Allah ka khauf karein aur rasti ki bat karein. Jo log zulam kay sath yateemon kay maal khatay hain dar haqeeqat woh apnay pait mein aag bhartay hain aur woh zaroor jahannam ki bhdakti hui aag mein jhonkay jayen gay. Tumhari aulad kay baray Allah tumhein hidayat karta hai keh marad ka hissa do auraton kay barabar hai, Agar mayyat ki waris do (ya do) say azayad ladkiyan hon to unhein tarkay ka do tihai diya jaye, Agar aik hi ladki waris ho to us ka hissa aadha tarka hai. Agar mayyat Sahib-e-Aulad ho to us kay waldein ko tarkay mein say har aik ko chata hisa milna chahiye aur agar woh Sahib-e-Aulad na ho aur waldein hi us kay waris hon, To maan ko teesra hissay diya jaye aur agar mayyat kay bhai behan bhi hon, To maan chattay hissay ki haqdaar ho gi. Yeh sab hissay us waqat nikalay jayen gay jab wasiyat, Jo mayyat nay ki ho, Poori kar di jaye aur qaraz jo us par say ada kar diya jaye, Tum nahin jantay keh tumharay maan bap aur tumhari aulad mein say Ba’lihaz-e-Nafa kon tum say qareeb tar hai, Yeh hissay Allah nay muqarrar kar diye hain aur Allah sari haqeeqaton say waqif aur sari maslahiton ko khoob janta hai.”
Yeh aayaat nazil honay kay bad Rasoolullah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم nay Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہ, un ki donon betiyon aur un kay baap kay chacha zaad bhai ko bulaya aur usay hukum diya keh Aous رضی اللہ عنہ kay tarkay mein say us ki do betiyon ko do sulus dein, Un ki walida ko maal ka aathwan hissa dein, Jo maal baqi bachay woh tera hai.
Aasman say Adal-o-Insaf kay mutabiq fesla nazil honay kay bad bhi bat karnay ki koi gunjaish baqi reh jati hai? Hargiz nahin!
Allah Subhanahu Wa T’aala Sayyidah Umm-e-Kujah رضی اللہ عنہ par Apni rahmat ki barkha barsaye aur unhein apni khushnoodi say nawazay. Aameen ya Rabb-ul-Aalameen!
