Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad Anasariya رضى الله عنها

 

Apni zaat par doosaron ko tarjeeh denay walon ki dukhtar:

 

Name Jameela, Walid ka name Saad Bin Rabee Anasari Khazaraji hai, Sayyiduna Saad رضى الله عنه ko Bait-e-Uqba Saniya mein shareek honay ki s’aadat hasil hai aur yeh un barah numaindon mein say aik thay jin ko Bait-e-Uqba Saniya walay din muntakhab kiya gaya. Unhon nay Nabi Kareem صلی الله عليه وسلم kay Dast-e-Mubarak par anasaar kay sath mil kar bait karnay ka sharaf hasil kiya. Un ki walida ka name Khallad Bint-e-Anas Bin Sinaan tha, Yeh qabeela Banu Saaidah mein say thein, Sayyidah Jameela ki Kuniyat Umm-e-Saad thi. Yeh name ki nisbat apni kuniyat say zayada mash’hoor huien.

Un kay walid Saad Bin Rabee baday Sahib-e-Sarwat aur bohat zaada sakhawat karnay walay thay. Yeh muhtaj ko itna wafir miqdar mein Maal-o-Dolat detay keh us ka Faqar-o-Faqa hameesha kay liye khatam ho jata. Jab Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay Madina Munawwrah mein muhajireen aur anasaar kay darmiyan bahimi akhuwat ka rishta qaaim kiya to Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه ko Saad Bin Rabee رضى الله عنه ka deeni bhai bana diya.

Anas farmatay hain keh hamaray pas Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه tashreef laaye. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf aur Saad Bin Rabee رضى الله عنه kay darmiyan ukhuwwat ka rishta qaaim kar diya. Saad Bin Rabee رضى الله عنه bohat maldar thay. Unhon nay apnay deeni bhai Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf say kaha keh sab anasaar yeh jantay hain keh mein sab say badh kar maldar hoon, Mein apnay maal ko do hisson mein taqseem karoon ga aur aik hissa teray supard kar doon ga. Meri do biwiyan hain, Un mein say jo tujhay pasand aaye mein usay talaq day deta hoon, Iddat poori honay kay bad tum us say shadi kar lena. Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه nay kaha: Allah tujhay aur teray khandan ko barkat say nawazay.

Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه muhajireen mein sab say zayada maldar thay, Lekin woh apna sara Maal-o-Dolat Makkah Muazzama mein chod aaye thay. Woh Allah T’aala aur Us kay Rasool صلی الله عليه وسلم ki mahabbat mein apnay sathiyon kay sath hijrat kar kay Madina Munawwra aa gay thay. Woh kisi par bojh banna pasand nahin kartay thay, Yahi wajah hai keh unhon nay Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabee رضى الله عنه ki fayyazana pesh kash ka jawab detay huaye kaha:

 

بارك الله لك فى اھلك و مالك

 

“Allah tujhay teray ahal aur maal mein barkat say nawazay.”

 

Aur kaha keh aap mujhay mandi ka pata bata dein, Mera tijarat mein tajurba hai, Mein apni rozi apnay hath say kamana zayada pasand karta hoon.

Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه aik tajir shakhas thay. Jab woh mandi mein dakhil huaye aur Khareed-o-Farokhat ki to us mein khatir khawah nafa huwa.

Hadees ka rawi is dastan ko is andaz say bayan karta hai keh woh bazar gaye, Tijarat shuru ki, Tijarat mein unhein khatir khawah munafa huwa, Thoday arsay kay bad Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه ko dekha keh unhon nay deeda zeb libas zebtan kiya huwa tha. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay unhein dekhtay huaye irshad farmaya: “Abdul Rahman! Khair to hai, Badi chamak damak dikhai day rahi hai.” Unhon nay bataya keh mein nay aik anasari khatoon kay sath shadi kar li hai. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay farmaya: “Apni biwi ko shadi kay moqa par kya diya? “Unhon nay kaha: Aik guthali kay barabar sona. Aap صلی الله عليه وسلم nay irshad farmaya:

 

اولم ولو بشاة

 

“Waleema karo khawah aik bakri hi ka kiun na ho.”

Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه tamam tajiron par sabqat lay gaye, Yahan tak keh woh Sahib-e-Sarwat logon mein shumar honay lagay. Zayada maze’dar khana wahi hota hai jo insan apnay hath ki kamai say khaye. Zayada pur lutaf khana wahi khata hai jis kay hasil karnay mein zayada mehnat karna paday, Is tarah keh peshani paseenay say sharaboor ho jaye. Khanay mein zayada lazzat usi soorat mein paida ho sakti hai keh mehnat karnay walay us kay husool mein khoon paseena aik kar dein. Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه nay apni taraf say ahtiyat ka izhar kartay huaye kaha keh mein apnay hath ki kamaai say khaon ga. Do deeni bhaiyon Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabee aur Sayyiduna Abdul Rahman Bin Aouf رضى الله عنه nay jo khud’dari ka andaz apnaya usay dekh kar Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم baday khush huaye, Tareekh is qisam ki misal pesh karnay say qasir hai.

 

Ghazwa-e-Uhad mein:

 

Jang-e-Badar mein do lashkaron mein mud bheed hui, Aik taraf musalmanon ka lashkar tha aur dusari taraf mushrikeen ka, Jang-e-Badar mein musalmanon ko badi hi shandar fatah naseeb hui aur Quraish ko pispaai ka samna karna pada, Kiunkeh Jang-e-Badar kay dauran mein Ahal-e-Imaan ki talwaron nay Sardaran-e-Quraish kay sar qalam kar diye thay aur un kay baday baday soormaon ki lashon ko Qaleeb nami kunwein mein phenk diya gaya tha. Yeh un kay liye bohat bura thikana tha, Is tarah woh apnay ibratnak anjam ko pohanchay.

Quraish Badar mein apni zillat aamez shikasat ka badla lenay kay liye tayari karnay lagay. Unhon nay apnay maqtoolon ka badla lenay kay liye arab qabaail ko ikattha kiya aur bahami mashwaray say yeh taye kiya keh Meedan-e-Uhad mein musalmanon say intiqam liya jaye. Jab Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ko Quraish ki karwaai ka pata chala aur islam kay khilaf un ki jattha bandi ka ilm huwa to Aap nay Sahaba Karaam say mashwara karnay kay bad fesla kiya keh bahir nikal kar Meedan-e-Uhad mein muqabla kiya jaye. Phir Aap aik hazar afraad par mushtamil lashkar ko lay kar rawana huaye.

Raees-ul-Munafiqeen Abdullah Bin Ubai Ibn-e-Salool rastay hi say apnay teen so sathiyon ko lay kar Lashkar-e-Islam say alag ho gaya. Yeh munafiqeen ka tola tha jo rastay hi say wapis Madina Munawwrah ki taraf palat aaya. Abu Jabir Abdullah Bin Amar Bin Haraam رضى الله عنه nay un say kaha: Mein tumhein Allah ka wasta day kar kehta hoon keh tum apni qoam aur Nabi صلی الله عليه وسلم ko ruswa na karna. Munafiqon nay un say kaha: Agar hamein is haqeeqat ka ilm ho jaye keh tum zaroor lado gaye to ham tumhein kabhi na chodtay lekin ham dekh rahay hain keh yahan Ladai-o-Wadai kuch nahin hogi.

Sayyiduna Abu Jabir رضى الله عنه jab unhein yaqeen dilanay mein nakam ho gaye aur un ki taraf say mayoos ho gaye to tang aa kar kehnay lagay: Allah aur Us kay deen kay dushmano! Allah ki tum par laanat aur phitkaar ho, Tumhara satiyanas ho, Anqareeb Allah T’ aala tum say Apnay Rasool-e-Maqbool صلی الله عليه وسلم aur Aap kay sachay peeroo kaar Ahal-e-Imaan ko tum say be-niyaz kar day ga. (Seerat Ibn-e-Hisham (Safha: 378))

 

Quraish poori tarah tayar ho kar teen hazaar afraad par mushtamil lashkar kay sath rawana huaye. Un mein say do so shehsawar thay, Jin ki qeyadat Khalid Bin Waleed kay supard thi, Jo abhi musalman nahin huaye thay. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay musalman teer andazon ko pahad kay darray par jam kar khaday rehnay ka hukum diya tha, Taakeh woh apnay bhaiyon ki hifazat ki zimma dari Ba’husn-o-Khoobi nibha sakein aur dushman pichli taraf say un par hamla aawar na ho sakay. Un teer andazon ka ameer Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Jubair رضى الله عنه ko naamzad kiya gaya tha aur Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay un ko talqeen ki thi keh woh apni jagah jam kar rahein, Khawah ladai koi si bhi soorat ikhtiyar karay.

Lashkar-e-Islam kay alambardaar Madinah Munawwrah mein Islam kay safeer ban kar aanay walay Sayyiduna Mu’sab Bin Umair رضى الله عنه thay. Jab ghamsan ka ran pada to mushrikeen nay meedan mein jangi saman chod kar Rah-e-Farar ikhtiyar kar liya. Yeh Soorat-e-Haal dekh kar pahad par mutayyan aik teer andaz cheekhtay huaye bola:

 

“Maal-e-Ghaneemat! Maal-e-Ghaneemat!”

 

Yeh aawaz suntay hi teer andazon nay us jagah ko chod diya, Jahan Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay jam kar thehray rehnay ka hukum diya tha. Unhon nay Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم kay hukum par amal na kiya jo Ameer-e-Lashkar bhi thay. Khalid Bin Waleed jo mushrikeen kay lashkar kay shehsawar jatthay kay salar thay, Musalman teer andazon ki Naqal-o-Harkat ko dekh rahay thay. Jab unhon nay dekha keh teer andaz darrah chod kar medan mein utar aaye hain aur Maal-e-Ghaneemat sametnay mein masroof hain to unhon nay moqa ko ghaneemat jantay huaye shehsawaron ki qeyadat kartay huaye darray kay rastay Lashkar-e-Islam par hamla kar diya, Jis say bohat say mujahideen Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kar gaye.

Hind Bint-e-Utbah, Abu Sufyan Bin Harab ki biwi thein. Woh bohat si mushrik khawateen kay hamrah mardon ko ladai kay liye hosla dilanay aur un kay dilon mein Josh-o-Walwala peeda karnay kay liye Meedan-e-Jang ki taraf nikli thi. Us nay aik Habashi ghulam say jis ka name Wahshi Bin Harab tha, Yeh muahida kiya tha keh agar woh Nabi Kareem صلی الله عليه وسلم kay chacha Hamza Bin Abdul Muttalib رضى الله عنه ko qatal kar day to woh usay munh manga inaam day gi, Kiunkeh Jang-e-Badar mein Hind ka baap, Chacha aur bhai qatal kar diye gaye thay aur un ki lashon ko Qaleeb nami kunwein mein phenk diya gaya tha. Us ki dili tamanna thi keh un maqtooleen kay badlay mein kisi sarkarda shakhsiyat ko nishana banaya jaye.

Wahshi nay Sayyiduna Hamza رضى الله عنه par apni nigah jama li. Woh dekh raha tha keh Sayyiduna Hamza kis tarah apni Shamsheer-e-Baran say Allah aur Deen-e-Islam kay dushmanon kay parkhachay uda rahay thay, Us nay apna neeza thama, Jab usay yaqeen ho gaya keh neeza nishanay pa lagay ga to us nay neeza Sayyiduna Hamza رضى الله عنه kay jisam mein pewast kar diya, Jis say Woh Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kar gaye.

Wahshi us jagah ki taraf chala jahan Allah-o-Rasool صلی الله عليه وسلم kay sher Sayyiduna Hamza Bin Abdul Muttalib رضى الله عنه shaheed ho kar giray thay. Jab usay yaqeen ho gaya keh Aap wafat pa gaye hain to us nay apna neeza un kay jisam say nikala aur ja kar Hind ko bataya keh mein nay woh kam kar diya tha jis ki tujhay dili tamanna thi.

Woh yeh khabar sun kar Sayyiduna Hamza رضى الله عنه ki lash ki taraf lapaki. Us nay apnay khanjar say Sayyiduna Hamza Bin Abdul Muttalib رضى الله عنه ka jigar nikal kar chabana shuru kar diya. Usay nigal to na saki albatta us nay jigar chaba kar zameen par phenk diya. Is kay bad us nay Sayyiduna Hamza رضى الله عنه ki lash ka musla shuru kar diya, Nak kan kat diye. Us ki saheliyon nay bhi isi tarah lashon kay nak kan katay, Aur unhon nay katay huaye nakon aur kanon ki baliyan aur kangan bana kar pehan liye. Is tarah unhon nay shuhda ki lashon ka tamashakhur udaya. (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Maghazi, باب: قتل حمزۃ بن عبدا لمطلب رضى الله عنه: 4072.)

 

Shuhda-e-Uhad:

 

Meedan-e-Uhad mein shuhda pay dar pay Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kar kay zameen par girnay lagay. Sab say pehlay Sayyiduna Mu’sab Bin Umair رضى الله عنه nay Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kiya, Phir Abdullah Bin Amar Bin Haram رضى الله عنه shaheed huaye, Is kay bad Amar Bin Jamooh رضى الله عنه nay Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kiya aur phir Hanzala رضى الله عنه shaheed huaye, Jinhein farishton nay ghusal diya, Phir Anas Bin Nazar shaheed huaye. Yeh Sayyiduna Anas Bin Malik رضى الله عنه kay chacha thay. Laskar-e-Islam ki safon mein intishar phel gaya. Aik mushrik nay cheekhatay huaye kaha: Logo! Sun lo keh musalmanon kay Qaaid Muhammad (صلی الله عليه وسلم) ko qatal kar diya gaya hai. (Seerat Ibn-e-Hisham (Saad-383))

 

Yeh aelan karnay wala na’hinjar aur bad’bakhat Ibn-e-Qumma tha. Allah ki us par laanat aur phitkaar ho. Farishtay aur log bhi us par laanat kay dongaray barsaein.

Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم zakhmi ho gaye, Aap ki khood toot gai, Aap ka chhera lahoo luhan ho gaya, Aap kay hont phat gaye aur khoon Aap kay Chehra-e-Mubarak par behnay laga. Sahaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم Aap صلی الله عليه وسلم ki taraf lapkay. Sayyiduna Abu Ubaida Bin Jarah رضى الله عنه nay apnay danton say Rasoolullah صلی اله عليه وسلم kay khood ki do kadiyan nikalien, Jis say un kay samnay kay do daant ukhad gaye.

Aik sahabi nay aagay badh kar Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم kay Chera-e-Mubarak par behtay huaye khoon ko choos liya. (Seerat Ibn-e-Hisham (Safha: 386-387)) Talha Bin Ubaidullah dhaal ban kar Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم kay samnay khaday ho gaye. Aap ki taraf aanay walay har teer ko unhon nay apnay jisam par roka, Taakeh Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم mahfooz rahein. Sahaba Karaam ki taraf say jan nisari, Wariftagi aur Aap par walihana andaz mein fida honay ka yeh dilgudaz manzar Chasham-e-Falak nay pehli bar dekha.

Tirmizi mein hai: Jang-e-Uhad mein Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay dohari zirah pehan rakhi thi, Aap صلی الله عليه وسلم nay aik chatan par chadhanay ki koshish ki lekin chadh na sakay to Talha Bin Ubaidullah رضى الله عنه nichay bethay, Aap صلی الله عليه وسلم un ki peeth par paon rakh kar chatan par chadhay aur Aap صلی الله عليه وسلم nay farmaya: “ Talha janti hai.”

Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم apnay chacha Sayyiduna Hamza رضى الله عنه aur deegar musalmanon ki shahadat par shadeed sadmay mein mubtala thay. Is dauran mein sakhawat kay paikar Anasaar kay numainday ko Maal-o-Dolat ki sakhawat achi na lagi, Balkeh us nay jan ka nazrana paish karnay ka irada kar liya. Bila shubah aisay moqa par apni jan ko hatheli par rakh kar medan mein kood jana sab say badi sakhawat hai. Yahya Bin Saeed farmatay hain keh Jang-e-Uhad kay darmiyan mein Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay farmaya:

 

من ياتينى بخبر سعد بن الربيع الانصارى

 

“Meray pas Saad Bin Rabi’e Anasari ki khabar kon laye ga.”

 

Aik shakhas nay kaha: Aye Allah kay Rasool صلی الله عليه وسلم! Yeh khidmat mein sar’anjam doon ga. Woh shakhas gaya aur shuhda ki lashon kay girad chakar lagaya, Aik jagah Saad Bin Rabi’e zakhmi haalat mein paday thay. Unhon nay us shakhas say poocha: Tum kis ko talash kar rahay ho? Us shakhas nay kaha: Mujhay Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay aap hi ki taraf bheja hai, Taakeh aap kay baray mein Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ko aagah kar sakoon. Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabi’e رضى الله عنه nay farmaya:

“Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ko mera salam kehna aur yeh batana keh meray jisam par barah zakham aaye hain, Mera ab aakhiri waqat hai aur apni qoam ko mera yeh pegham suna dena keh agar Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم na rahay to tum mein say zinda rehnay walay ka koi uzar Allah kay han Qabil-e-Qabool na hoga.” (Mautta Imam Malik (2/465), کتاب الجھاد عن يحى بن سعيد معضلا, Mustadrak Haakim (3/ 201). Aik riwayat mein hai keh Sayyiduna Ubai Bin Ka’ab رضى الله عنه shuhda ki lashon mein say Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabi’e رضى الله عنه ko talash karnay lagay to aik jagah un par nazar padi, Jabkeh woh aakhiri sanas lay rahay thay aur sanas ukhdi hui thi. Sayyiduna Ubai رضى الله عنه nay un say kaha keh Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay mujhay aap ki taraf bheja hai, Taakeh mein yeh maloom kar sakoon keh aap zinda hain ya nahin. Saad Bin Rabi’e رضى الله عنه nay salam ka jawab diya aur yeh kaha:

“Meray bhai meri zindagi tamam ho chuki hai. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ko mera salam pohancha dena aur meri taraf say yeh araz karna keh Saad Bin Rabi’e yeh kehta hai keh Allah T’aala Aap ko poori ummat ki janib say Jaza-e-Khair say nawazay. Meri poori qoam ko bhi meri taraf say salam kehna aur un say yeh kehna keh agar Nabi Kareem صلی الله عليه وسلم zinda na rahay to phir tumhara zinda rehna kis kam ka, Tum koi uzar paish karo gay to tumhara koi uzar Allah T’aala kay han Qabil-e-Qabool nahin hoga.”

Yeh bat ki aur Saad Bin Rabi’e ki rooh Qafas-e-Unasari say apnay Rab ki taraf parwaz kar gai. Sayyiduna Ubai Bin Ka’ab رضى الله عنه Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم kay pas wapis aaye aur aap ko Saad Bin Rabi’e ki baton say aagah kiya. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay sari batein sun kar farmaya:

 

رحمه الله فقد نصح لله ورسوله حيا و ميتا

 

“Allah us par raham karay, Us nay zindagi aur martay kay waqat Allah-o-Rasool ki khushnoodi kay liye har kisi say naseehat aamoz guftagoo ki.”

Shaheed ki yateem beti:

 

Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabi’e رضى الله عنه Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kar kay Allah T’aala ki Jawar-e-Rahmat mein pohanch gaye. Allah T’aala ki rahmat kay woh mustahiq qarar diye gaye, Is liye keh unhon nay apna maal aur jan Allah T’aala ki rah mein khapa diye thay. Unhon nay apnay pichay aik bewa Khallada Bint-e-Anas aur aik beti ko sogwar choda. Biwi Khallada رضى الله عنها Haalat-e-Hamal mein thi, Chand dinon bad us nay aik khoobsoorat bachi ko janam diya jis ka name Jameela aur kuniyat Umm-e-Saad rakhi gai. Is beewa aur do bachiyon kay liye kisi sakhawat kay pekar ki zaroorat thi. Un ki nigrani kay faraaiz ummat mein Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم kay bad sab say badh kar sakhawat karnay walay Sayyiduna Abu Bakar Siddiq رضى الله عنه nay sar’anjam diye aur unhon nay nihayat hi umda andaz meim sakhawat ka Taraz-e-Amal ikhtiyar kartay huaye un ki nigehdashat ki.

Aik din Sayyiduna Umar Bin Khattab رضى الله عنه guzar rahay thay, Unhon nay Sayyiduna Abu Bakar Siddiq رضى الله عنه kay sath aik bachi ko dekha to poocha: Aye Abu Bakar! Yeh bachi kon hai? Aap nay irshad farmaya:

“Yeh us shakhas ki beti hai jo mujh say aur tujh say behtar hai, Usay Qabila-e-Khazraj say naqeeb honay ka aizaz hasil tha, Usay Jang-e-Badar mein shareek honay ki s’aadat mili aur Jang-e-Uhad mein us nay Jam-e-Shahadat nosh kiya, Yeh Saad Bin Rabi’e رضى الله عنه ki beti hai.”

 

Islam ka adal aur us ki rahmat:

 

Sayyiduna Saad رضى الله عنه ki shahadat kay thoday arsay bad hi un ka bhai un ki bewa aur betiyon kay pas aaya aur Sayyiduna Saad رضى الله عنه kay saaray mal par qabza kar liya. Bewa aur un ki donon betiyon kay pas baqi kuch na choda. Zamana-e-Jahiliyat mein yahi rawaj tha keh auraton ko wirsay mein say kuch nahin diya jata tha. Bewa aur us ki donon betiyan Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ki khidmat mein pesh huien aur Aap ko deewar kay amal say aagah kiya. Rasoolullh صلی الله عليه وسلم nay un say farmaya:

 

يقضى الله من اجلك

 

“Allah tera fesla karay ga.”

 

Khallada رضى الله عنها intizar karnay lagi keh Allah Rabb-ul-Izzat Adal-o-Insaf par mabni fesla karay ga, kiunkeh Us kay han kisi par zulam nahin kiya jata. Sahih Muslim mein hai, Sayyiduna Abu Zar رضى الله عنه nay Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم say Hadis-e-Qudsi bayan ki keh Allah T’aala farmatay hain:

 

يا عبادى انى حرمت الظلم على نفسى وجعلته بينکم محرمافلا تظالموا

 

“Aye Meray bando! Mein nay Apni Zaat par zulam haram qarar day diya hai aur is ko tumharay darmiyan bhi haram qarar day diya hai, Tum aik doosray par zulamna na kiya karo.”

 

Aik doosari riwayat mein Abu Qalaba Abu Asma say aur woh Abu Zar say riwayat kartay hain, Woh kehtay hain keh Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay Apnay Rab kay hawalay say yeh Hadees-e-Qudsi bayan ki:

 

اني حرمت على نفسى الظلم و على عبادى فلا تظالموا

 

“Mein nay Apni Zaat par zulam ko haram qarar day liya hai aur Apnay bandon par bhi is ko haram qarar day diya hai, Lihaza tum aik doosray par zulam na kiya karo.”

 

(Sahih Muslim, Kitab-ul-Bir Wal Silah, باب: تحريم الظلم: 2577.)

 

Is say thodi deer bad Quraan Majeed ki daraj zeel aayaat nazil huien. Irshad-e-Bari T’aala hai:

 

لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ ۖ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ اَوۡ كَثُرَ ‌ؕ نَصِيۡبًا مَّفۡرُوۡضًا ۞ وَاِذَا حَضَرَ الۡقِسۡمَةَ اُولُوا الۡقُرۡبٰى وَالۡيَتٰمٰى وَالۡمَسٰكِيۡنُ فَارۡزُقُوۡهُمۡ مِّنۡهُ وَقُوۡلُوۡا لَهُمۡ قَوۡلًا مَّعۡرُوۡفًا ۞ وَلۡيَخۡشَ الَّذِيۡنَ لَوۡ تَرَكُوۡا مِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعٰفًا خَافُوۡا عَلَيۡهِمۡ ۖفَلۡيَتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَلۡيَقُوۡلُوا قَوۡلًا سَدِيۡدًا‏ ۞ اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَ الۡيَتٰمٰى ظُلۡمًا اِنَّمَا يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ فِىۡ بُطُوۡنِهِمۡ نَارًا‌ ؕ وَسَيَـصۡلَوۡنَ سَعِيۡرًا ۞ يُوۡصِيۡكُمُ اللّٰهُ فِىۡۤ اَوۡلَادِكُمۡ‌ ۖ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ الۡاُنۡثَيَيۡنِ‌ ۚ فَاِنۡ كُنَّ نِسَآءً فَوۡقَ اثۡنَتَيۡنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ‌ ۚ وَاِنۡ كَانَتۡ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصۡفُ‌ ؕ وَلِاَ بَوَيۡهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنۡهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ اِنۡ كَانَ لَهٗ وَلَدٌ ۚ فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ يَكُنۡ لَّهٗ وَلَدٌ وَّوَرِثَهٗۤ اَبَوٰهُ فَلِاُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ‌ ؕ فَاِنۡ كَانَ لَهٗۤ اِخۡوَةٌ فَلِاُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُّوۡصِىۡ بِهَاۤ اَوۡ دَيۡنٍ‌ ؕ اٰبَآؤُكُمۡ وَاَبۡنَآؤُكُمۡ ۚ لَا تَدۡرُوۡنَ اَيُّهُمۡ اَقۡرَبُ لَـكُمۡ نَفۡعًا‌ ؕ فَرِيۡضَةً مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيۡمًا حَكِيۡمًا ۞
 
(Al-Nisaa: 4/7-11)

 

“Mardon kay liye us mal mein hissa hai jo waldein aur qareebi rishta daron nay choda ho aur auraton kay liye bhi us mal mein hissa hai jo maan baap aur qareebi rishta daron nay choda ho, Khawah thoda ho ya bohat aur yeh Allah ki taraf say muqarrar hai aur jab taqseem kay waqat kunbah kay log aur yateem aur maskein aayein to us maal mein say un ko bhi kuch do aur un kay sath bhalay mansoon ki si bat karo, Logon ko is bat ka khayal kar kay darna chahiye keh agar woh khud apnay pichay be’bas aulad chodtay to martay waqat un ko apnay bachon kay wali mein kaisay andeeshay la’haq hotay, Pas chahiye keh woh Allah ka khauf karein aur rasti ki bat karein. Jo log zulam kay sath yateemon kay maal khatay hain dar’haqeeqat woh apnay pait aag say bhartay hain aur woh zaroor Jahannam ki bhadakti hui aag mein jhonkay jaein gay. Tumhari aulad kay baray mein Allah tumhein hidayat karta hai keh marad ka hissa do auraton kay barabar hai, Agar mayyat ki waris do say zaaid ladkiyan hon to unhein tarkay ka do tihai diya jaye. Agar aik hi ladki waris ho to aadha tarka us ka hai, Agar mayyat Sahib-e-Aulad ho to us kay waldein mein say har aik ko chata hissa milna chahiye aur agar woh Sahib-e-Aulad na ho aur waldein hi us kay waris hon to maan ko teesra hissa diya jaye, Agar mayyat kay behan bhai bhi hon, To maan chattay hissay ki haqdar ho gi. Yeh sab hissay us waqat nikalay jaein gay jabkeh wasiyyat jo keh mayyat nay ki ho poori kar di jaye aur qaraz jo us par ho ada kar diya jaye. Tum nahin jantay keh tumharay maan baap aur tumhari aulad mein say kon Ba’lihaz-e-Nafa tum say qareeb tar hai, Yeh hissay Allah kay muqarrar karda hain, Beshak Allah jannay wala aur hikmat wala hai.”

Tirmizi mein hai Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabi’e ki biwi apni do betiyon ko sath lay kar Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم ki khidmat mein hazir hui aur araz kiya: Aye Allah kay Rasool! Yeh donon betiyan Saad Bin Rabi’e ki hain. Woh Jang-e-Uhad mein shaheed ho gaye thay. In kay chacha nay in ka sara maal qabzay mein lay liya hai, In kay liye kuch bhi nahin choda. In donon ki shadi isi soorat mein ho gi jab in kay pas maal ho ga.

Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay farmaya keh Allah t’aala is sisilay mein fesla nazil karay ga to meeras ki aayaat nazil huien. Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay un kay chacha ki taraf pegham bheja keh Saad ki betiyon ko do tihai mal day do aur un ki maan ko aathwan hissa aur jo baqi mal bachay Woh tera hai. Abu Isa kehtay hain keh yeh Hadees Hasan Sahih hai.

Is tarah Rasoolullah صلی الله عليه وسلم nay Allah kay hukum kay mutabiq har haqdar ko us ka haq ada kar diya. Biwi ka hissa muqarrar hai, Betiyon ka hissa muqarrar hai, Jo baqi bach jaye woh chacha lay jaye.

 

Quraan ki hifiza:

 

Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad رضى الله عنها nay bohat umda andaz mein Quraan Majeed hifaz karnay ka aizaz hasil kiya. Dawood Bin Husain ka bayan hai, Woh kehtay hain keh mein Umm-e-Saad Bin Rabi’e say Quraan padhata tha. Woh yateem thein aur Sayyiduna Abu Bakar Siddiq un kay kafeel thay. Mein nay jab yeh aayat padhi:

 

وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلۡنَا مَوَالِىَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ‌ ؕ وَالَّذِيۡنَ عَقَدَتۡ اَيۡمَانُكُمۡ فَاٰ تُوۡهُمۡ نَصِيۡبَهُمۡ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ شَهِيۡدًا ۞

(Al-Nisaa: 4/33)

 

“Aur Ham nay is tarkay kay haqdar muqarrar kar diye hain jo waldein aur qareebi rishta dar chodein. Ab rahay woh log jin say tumharay Ahad-o-Peeman hon to un ka hissa unhein do, Yaqinan Allah har cheez par nigran hai.

Sayyida Umm-e-Saad farmati hain: Yeh aayat Sayyiduna Abu Bakar Siddiq رضى الله عنه aur un kay betay Abdul Rahman kay baray mein nazil hui, jab Abdul Rahman nay Islam qabool karnay say inkar kar diya tha to Sayyiduna Abu Bakar Siddiq رضى الله عنه nay halaf utha kar kaha keh mein is ko wirasat mein say kuch nahin doon ga, Jab us nay Islam qabool kar liya to Allah T’aala nay Apnay Nabi صلی الله عليه وسلم ko hukum diya keh Abu Bakar Siddiq say kahain keh woh apnay beton ko un ka hissa dein. (Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitab-ul-Faraaiz, باب: نسخ ميراث العقد بميراث الرحم: 2923. و اسناده ضعيف. Ibn-e-Ishaq Mudallis rawi hai aur tasreeh bil’sama’a sabit nahin.)

Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad رضى الله عنها nay Quraan Majeed jama karnay mein deegar huffaz aur qurra’a kay sath hissa liya. Yeh aizaz Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad رضى الله عنها ki fazilat ko wazeh karta hai. Aik roz Sayyiduna Zaid Bin Sabit رضى الله عنه Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad kay pas aaye aur kaha keh aye Umm-e-Saad رضى الله عنها! Tum apni meeras kay baray mein bat karna chahti ho to karo, Aaj Umar Bin Khattab رضى الله عنه nay us bachay ko waris qarar day diya hai jo baap ki wafat kay waqat Haalat-e-Hamal mein ho.

Yad rahay keh Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad رضى الله عنها kay Walid-e-Girami Sayyiduna Saad Bin Rabi’e jab shaheed huaye to yeh us waqat abhi paida nahin hui thein.

Allah سبحانه وتعالى Saad Bin Rabi’e, Un ki beti Sayyidah Umm-e-Saad aur un ki tamam aal par raham karay.

Allah سبحانه و تعالى Anasaar kay mardon auraton aur Anasar kay beton aur Anasar kay poton par Apni rahmat ki barkha barsaye. Bila shubah yeh sab hi log naik, Parsa aur pakeeza thay. Allah T’aala Behshat-e-Barein mein hamein un ka sath naseeb karay. Aameen Ya Rabb-ul-Aalameen.
