MUDDAT KI ARZOO

Zi qadah 7 hijri: 

Umrah aik qism ka chota hajj hai jisme Ihram ke sath kaaba ke gird ghoom kar aur safa aur marwa ki pahariyon ke bech mein tez chalkar kuch duaen parhi jaati hai- yaad hoga keh pichle saal hudebiya mein ye tae paya tha keh agle saal musalmaan makkah aakar Umrah ada karlen- Is shart ke mutabiq Nabi Kareem(ﷺ ) ne Umrah ka ilaan kiya aur musalmaanon ka aik barha hessa josh ke sath rawana hogaya- Shart thi keh musalmaan hatiyar utarkar makkah mein dakhil honge- Agarchay ye shart poori karni khatre se khaali na thi- Magar musalmaanon ne Khane kaaba ke ziyarat ke shouq aur muahede keh Ehteraam mein is shart ko poora kiya- Makkah se adha mil udhar hi saare hatiyar utar kar rakhdiye gae aur 200 sawaron ka aik dasta uski hifazat par Mat’aeen hua- Baaqi musalmaanon ne makkah mein dakhil hokar josh o kharosh ke sath Jhoomte huay Umrah ke sab kaam poore kiye- Teen din ba’ad shart ke mutabiq Aap(ﷺ ) makkah se nikle.

Makkah se nikalte waqt aik ajeeb asr mein dooba hua manzar samne nazar aya- Hazrat Hamzah(رضی اللہ عنہ ) ki yateem bachi Aap(ﷺ ) ko Chacha keheti hui ae- Hazrat Ali(رضی اللہ عنہ ) ne usko unki bahen thi goud mein uthaliya- Hazrat Ali(رضی اللہ عنہ ) ke bhai Hazrat Ja’far(رضی اللہ عنہ ) aur Hazrat Zaid bin Haris(رضی اللہ عنہ ) ne uske liye apne alag alag daweh pesh kiye- Hazrat Ja’far( رضی اللہ عنہ) kehete the ke ye mere chacha ki larki hai- Zaid(رضی اللہ عنہ ) kehete the keh Hamzah(رضی اللہ عنہ ) mere mazhabi bhai the- 

Kiya ye Naaz aur Mohabbat ki laraee isi ke liye nahi horai thi jo Islam se pehle Zinda dafan kardi jaati thi zameen mein- Islam ne logon ke dilon ko ab kese badal diya tha.

Umrah is finally performed

A year had gone by since the Treaty of Hudaybia, and in accordance with the pact, the Muslims were now free to set out for Umrah. After handing over the affairs of Madinah to Abu Rahm Ghifari, the Prophet started out for Makkah with sixty sacrificial camels under the care of Naj’ah bin Jundub Aslami. Fearful of fresh treachery by the Quraysh, they carried their weapons and one hundred horses under the care of Basheer bin Sa’d.

At Dhul Hulayfah, the party entered the state of consecration and put on Ihraam. The Prophet began chanting the Talbiyah aloud. “Labbyak,” he called to his Lord. “Here I am at your service O Allah!” he cried out, and his followers echoed his cry. The journey to the House of God was formally begun. When the pilgrims got to Hajoon, they disarmed themselves and handed their weapons to Aus bin Khuli Al-Ansari who, along with two hundred men, was in charge of weaponry. These people would stay behind to form the defence while the others performed their religious duties.

As they neared Makkah, the pilgrims took with them only sheathed swords, adhering to the agreement at Hudaybia. They entered the city at Kada’a which opened at Hajun. Mounted on his camel, Qaswa, flanked by his armed Companions, and chanting, “Labbyak,” the Prophet rode into the city. Thus they all moved towards the Ka’bah. The Prophet touched the Black Stone with a stick. Still seated on Qaswa, he circumambulated the Ka’bah, and the Muslims followed suit. They circled round the Ka’bah with their right shoulders uncovered in a display of their valour. After all, they had won the right to worship Allah in His Sacred Mosque in full view of the pagans.

Abdullah bin Rawaha moved ahead of the Prophet , his sword across his shoulder as he recited the couplets: Progeny of the unbelievers, step aside and make room. Make room, for all the virtues lie in our Prophet . Today we shall smite you at His command upon whose revelation we smote you before. We will smite you to dislodge your skulls and make friend oblivious to friend.

The polytheists sat on mount Qayiqa’ north of the Ka’bah, observing the newcomers in amazement and reluctant admiration. They had heard that the pilgrims were a sickly lot, reeling under the fevers rampant in Yathrib, as they still referred at Madinah, but what they saw was different. These were not feverish, emaciated men, but proud sturdy warriors who compared with the best of their own. Thus, the Prophet’s strategy succeeded. Well aware of the mentality of the Quraysh, the Prophet had instructed his Companions to run while performing circumambulation in order to show off their strength to the pagans. However, they were not to run between the Yemini pillar and the Black Stone, for this position lay south, out of the polytheists’ range of vision.

Circumambulation being over, the Prophet stayed in Makkah. During this period, he married Maymoona bint AlHarith Hilalya, widow of Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib and the aunt of Ibn Abbas. When she received the Prophet’s proposal, she entrusted it to Abbas, who then gave her in marriage to the Prophet . The Prophet of course was out of Ihraam at the time, for his first act had been to complete Umrah and come out of the state of consecration.

On the morning of the fourth day, the Prophet began the journey back to Madinah. His first halting place was Sarf, none miles from Makkah. It was there that Maymoona was sent out to him as his bride. Allah had also decreed that Maymoona would later die at Sarf and be buried there, at the same place where she had become the bride of the Prophet .

مدت کی آرزو۔۔۔عمرہ

عمرہ ایک قسم کا چھوٹا حج ہے جس میں احرام کے ساتھ کعبہ کے گرد گھوم کر اور صفا اور مروہ کی پہاڑیوں کے بیچ میں تیز چل کر کچھ دعائیں پڑھی جاتی ہیں ۔یاد ہوگا کہ پچھلے سال حدیبیہ میں یہ طے ہوا تھا کہ اگلے سال مسلمان مکہ آکر عمرہ ادا کر لیں اس شرط کے مطابق آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم نے عمرہ کا اعلان کیا اور مسلمانوں کا ایک بڑا حصہ جوش کے ساتھ روانہ ہو گیا۔شرط تھی کہ مسلمان ہتھیار اتار کر مکہ میں داخل ہوں گے۔ اگرچہ یہ شرط پوری کرنی خطرے سے خالی نہ تھی۔مگر مسلمانوں نے خانہ کعبہ کی زیارت کے شوق اور معاہدے کے احترام میں اس شرط کو پو را کیا۔مکہ سےآدھ میل ادھر ہی سارے ہتھیار اتار کر رکھ دیے گئے۔ اور دو سو(٢٠٠) سواروں کا ایک دستہ اس کی حفاظت پر متعین ہوا. باقی مسلمانوں نے مکہ میں داخل ہوکر جوش و خروش کے ساتھ جھومتے تنتے عمرہ کے سب کام پورے کیے۔ تین دن بعد شرط کے مطابق آپ صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم مکہ سے نکلے۔

مکہ سے نکلتے وقت وقت ایک عجیب اثر میں ڈوبا ہوا منظر سامنے آیا حضرت حمزہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی یتیم بچی آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو چچا کہہ کر پکارتی ہوئی آئی۔ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کو کہ ان کی بہن تھیں گود میں اٹھا لیا۔ حضرت علی کے بھائی حضرت جعفر اور حضرت زید بن حارثہ رضی اللہ عنہم نے اس کے لئے اپنے دعوے الگ الگ پیش کیے۔ حضرت جعفر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے تھے کہ یہ میرے چچا کی لڑکی ہے۔ زید رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کہتے تھے کہ حمزہ رضی اللہ تعالی میرے مذہبی بھائی تھے۔ کیا یہ ناز اور محبت کی لڑائی اسی کے لئے نہیں ہو رہی تھی جو اسلام سے پہلے زندہ زمین میں گاڑ دی جاتی تھی اسلام۔نے اب لوگوں کے دلوں کو کیسا بدل دیا تھا.
