✿Makkah Mukarramah mein daakhil honay ke ba’ad haaji ki zimma dariyaan
Jab Haaji Masjid-e-Haram mein pohanche to us ke liye masnoon hai keh pehlay dayaan paaon andar rakhay aur yeh d’ua padhay:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ وبِوَجْهِهِ الكَرِيمِ وَسُلْطَانِهِ الْقَدِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّحِيمِ اللهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
“Allah ke naam se daakhil hota hoon. 1⃣ Rasool Allah (ﷺ) par Allah ki rehmat-o- salaamti ho. 2⃣ Main Allah ‘Azeem ke mu’aziz chehray aur hamesha ki Baadshaahat ki panaah mein aata hoon mardood shetaan ke shar se bachne ke liye 3⃣ Aey Allah! mere liye apni rehmat ke darwaazay khol day.” 4⃣

Phir jab Ka’aba ke paas pohanche to tawaaf shuru’ karne se pehlay (لبیک) labbaik kehna band kar day. Bashart yeh kay ihram Hajj Tamattu’ aur ‘Umre ka ho. Phir hajr-e-aswad ki taraf jaaye, us ki taraf moun kare aur daayaan haath lagaye aur bosa day. Agar bosa dena mushkil ho to sirf haath laga le aur haath ko choom le. Haath na laga sakay to koi aur cheez, maslan:
Chhadi lagaaye aur usay choom le. Agar yeh bhi mumkin na ho to us ki taraf haath ya kisi aur cheez se ishaara kare aur haath ya is cheez ko na chume. Haath lagaatay waqt Allah hu Akbar bhi kahe. Phir saat chakkar lagaaye.
وَمِنۡهُمۡ مَّنۡ يَّقُوۡلُ رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِى الدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةً وَّفِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ ۞
(Al-Baqrah: 201)
pehlay teen chakron mein ramal 1⃣ kare. Lekin yeh ramil sirf tawaaf-e-qidoom mein kiya jaaye ga. Baaqi chaar chakron mein aaraam se chalay. Har chakkar hijr-e-aswad se shuru’ kare aur hijr-e-aswad par khatam kare. Mustahib hai keh tawaaf-e-qadoom mein shuru’ se aakhir tak iztibaa’ kare. Kisi aur tawaaf mein iztibaa’ nahi kiya jaaye ga. Agar chakron ki ta’daad mein shak pad jaaye to yaqeeni chakron ko shumaar kare aur shak waalay ki jagah aur kare, maslan:
Shak ho ke paanch chakkar lagaye hain ya chay? to paanch samjhay. Tawaaf ke ba’ad do rak’at padhay magar Namaaz ke douraan apne donon kaandhay dhaanp le kyunkay iztibaa’ sirf tawaaf mein hai. Tawaaf ke waqt har qisam ki nijaasat se paak aur ba wuzu hona chaahiye. Haaji ko chaahiye keh douraan-e-tawaaf kasrat se Allah Ta’ala ka zikar karta rahay aur du’aaein karta rahay. Tawaaf aur sa’i ke douraan koi makhsoos zikar waarid nahi. Ba’az logon ne har har chakkar ke liye alag alag du’aaein bana rakhi hain, un ki koi haqeeqat nahi. Tawaaf karne waala jab bhi rukan-e-Yamaani ke paas jaaye to daayaan haath lagaaye aur بسم اللہ الله أكبر kahe. Rukan-e-Yamaani ko bosa dainay ki zaroorat nahi. Agar haath lagaana bhi mushkil ho to rehne day aur tawaaf jaari rakhay. Ishaara waghera na kare aur is ke baraabar aa kar الله أكبر bhi na kahe.
- Ramal, tawaaf ke douraan chhotey chhoote qadam uthaate hue taiz taiz chalne ko kehte hain.
- Iztibaa’ yeh hai keh daayaan kandha nanga kar ke kapday ke donon kinaare baaien kandhay par daal de.
Rukan-e-Yamaani aur hijr-e-aswad ke darmiyaan yeh d’ua padhna mustahib hai:
ربنا آتنا فی الدنْیا حسنة وفی الْآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
“Aey hamaaray Rab! hamein duniya mein bhi kher ‘ataa farma aur aakhirat mein bhi. Aur hamein aag ke ‘azaab se bacha.” 1⃣
Jab bhi hijr-e-aswad ke baraabar jaaye usay chhooye aur bosa de, mushkil ho to ishaara kare aur الله أكبر kahe. Agar tawaaf chaah-e-Zamzam ke oopar se ho jaaye to koi harj nahi kyunkay mukammal Masjid tawaaf ki jagah hai. Agar Masjid ke baraamdon mein tawaaf kare to yeh bhi durust hai lekin jitna Ka’aba se qareeb tawaaf kare utna hi afzal hai. Tawaaf se faarigh ho kar maqaam-e-Ibrahim ki aad mein do rak’atein padhay. Agar wahaan mushkil ho to Masjid mein kisi bhi jagah do raka’atein padh sakta hai. Masnoon yeh hai keh pehli rak’at mein faatiha ke ba’ad قلْ یا أیها الْكافرون aur doosri rak’at mein faatiha ke ba’ad قلْ ھو اللہ أحد padhay. Mustahib hai keh is ke ba’ad zamzam ke paas ja kar aabb-e-zamzam piye balkay sir par bhi daale kyunkay Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne aisay kiya tha. Phir hijr-e-aswad ki taraf jaaye, agar mumkin ho to haath lagaaye aur bosa day, kyunkay Aap (ﷺ) ne aisay hi kiya tha. Phir baab-e-safa se nikal kar koah-e-safa ki taraf jaaye aur is par chadhay ya us ke qareeb khada ho jaaye. Agar aasaani se ho sakay to chadhna afzal hai. yeh Aayat padhe:
اِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالۡمَرۡوَةَ مِنۡ شَعَآئِرِ اللّٰهِۚ فَمَنۡ حَجَّ الۡبَيۡتَ اَوِ اعۡتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِ اَنۡ يَّطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ؕ وَمَنۡ تَطَوَّعَ خَيۡرًا ۙ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيۡمٌ ۞

“Safa aur Marwah Allah Ta’ala ki nishaaniyon mein se hain. Is liye Baytullah ka Hajj-o-‘Umrah karne waalay par un ka tawaaf kar lainay mein bhi koi gunaah nahi apni khushi se bhalaai karne waalon ka Allah qadar daan hai aur unhein khoob jan-nay waala hai.” 1⃣
[Surat Al-Baqrah: 158]
Mustahib hai keh qibla ki taraf moun kar ke Allah Ta’ala ki hamd-o-sana wa takbir bayaan kare aur kahe:
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِى وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْ قَدِيرٌ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ، أَنْجَزَ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ
“Allah ke siwa koi ‘Ibaadat ke laaiq nahi, Woh akela hai, Us ka koi shareek nahi Us ke liye Baadshaahat hai aur har qisam ki ta’reef bhi Us ke liye hai Woh zindagi aur maut ka Maalik hai aur Woh har cheez par qudrat rakhta hai. Aik Allah ke siwa koi Ma’bood nahi, Us ne apna wa’da poora kiya aur apne bande (Muhammad ﷺ) ki madad ki aur akaile ne sab lashkaron ko shikast di.” 2⃣

Phir donon haath utha kar d’ua kare. Yeh zikar aur d’ua teen dafa’a kare. Phir utar kar Marwah ki taraf chalay hatta keh pehlay sabz nishaan tak pohanche to qadray taiz chalna shuru’ kar day yahaan tak keh dusray sabz nishaan tak pohonch jaaye. Phir aahista chalne lage, albatta ‘aurat kahin bhi taiz nahi chalay gi. Phir Marwah par chadhe aur us ke paas thehray. Agar aasaani se ho sakay to chadhna afzal hai. Phir Marwah par bhi wohi kuch kare aur kahe jo Safa par kiya aur kaha tha. Phir utre aur Safa ki taraf chalay. Sabz nishaanon ke darmiyaan taiz chalay aur baaqi jaghon par aahista. Safa se Marwah tak jaana aik chakkar hai aur Marwah se Safa ko aana dusra chakkar hai is tarah saat chakkar pooray kare, takmeel Marwah par hogi. Sa’i ke douraan mustahib hai keh kasrat se zikar aur d’ua kare aur har qisam ki nijaasat se paak aur ba wuzu ho. Albatta agar bila wuzu sa’i kare to guzaaraa ho jaaye ga. Isi tarah agar tawaaf karne ke ba’ad ‘aurat ko haiz ya nafaas shuru’ ho jaaye to woh isi haalat mein sa’i kar sakti hai kyunkay sa’i ke liye tahaarat shart nahi balkay mustahib hai.
Jab sa’i mukammal kar le to sir mundwa de ya baal katwaa de. Mard ke liye mundwaana afzal hai. Agar kuch baal katwa le aur baaqi Hajj ke liye chhod day tab bhi achi baat hai. Agar woh Hajj ke dinon se qareeb Makkah Mukarramah aaya ho to us ke liye mundwaane ki bajaaye baal katwaana hi afzal hai taake Hajj ke mauq’a par mundwa sakay. Albatta baal katwaate waqt saaray sir se baal katwaaye, na keh kuch hisson se. Jaisay ke saara sir moonda jaata hai na keh kuch hissay.
Jab koi Mehram itna kuch kar le to is ka ‘Umrah mukammal ho gaya ab is ke liye har woh kaam halaal hai jo ihram ki wajah se mamnu’ tha. Albatta agar woh apne saath raastay se ya ghar se qurbaani ka jaanwar le kar aaya ho to phir woh hajaamat nahi karwaaye ga balkay us ka ihram barqaraar rahay ga hatta keh woh Hajj se faarigh ho kar qurbaani zibah kare.
Agar kisi shakhs ne sirf Hajj ka ahraam baandha ho ya Hajj-o-‘Umrah donon ka ikattha ihram baandha ho to woh usay ‘Umrah mein tabdeel kar sakta hai. Phir woh isi tarah kare jis tarah tamattu karne waala karta hai bashart yeh kay is ke saath qurbaani ka jaanwar na ho. Kyunkay Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne apne Sahaaba (رضی اللہ (عنہم ko yehi hukum diya tha aur farmaaya tha:
لوْلا أن معی الْهدْی لأحْللْت
“Agar Main apne saath qurbaani ka jaanwar na laya hota to Main bhi ‘Umrah kar ke ihram khol deta.” 1⃣

Agar ‘Umre ka ihram baandhne ke ba’ad ‘aurat ko haiz ya nafaas shuru’ ho jaaye to woh paak honay tak ‘Umrah nahi kar sakti. Jab paak ho to phir tawaaf aur sa’i kare aur apne sir ke chand baal katwa de. Us ka ‘Umrah mukammal ho jaaye ga aur agar woh yaum-e-tarwiya (8 dhu al-Hijjah) tak paak na ho to woh usi tarah jahaan hai, wahin se Hajj ka ihram baandh le aur dusray logon ke saath Mina ko chali jaaye. Us ka yeh Hajj qiran ban jaaye ga aur jo kuch ‘aam haaji karein woh bhi karti rahay, maslan:
‘Arfa mein waqoof kare. Muzdalifah jaaye aur waqoof kare. Jamraat ko kankariyaan maaray Mina mein raatein guzaaray. Qurbaani kare. Baal katwaaye. Phir jab paak ho jaaye to Tawaaf aur sa’i kare. Is ke liye aik tawaaf aur aik sa’i us ke Hajj wa ‘Umrah donon ke liye kaafi hogi. Kyunkay Hazrat ‘Aisha (رضی اللہ عنہا) ki Hadees hai keh jab unhein ‘Umre ka ahraam baandhnay ke ba’ad haiz aanay laga to Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne un se farmaaya tha:
افعلی كما یفعل الحاج غیر أنْ لا تطوفی بالْبیْت حتى تطْهری
“Jaisa haaji karein tu bhi karti reh, albatta haiz khatam honay tak Baytullah ka tawaaf na karna.” 1⃣

Jab haiz-o-nafaas waali ‘aurat qurbaani waalay din Jamra ‘Uqba ko kankariyaan maar chuke aur hukum shar’ai ke mutaabiq –apne baal katwa chuke to us ke liye bhi har woh cheez halaal ho jaaye gi jo ihram ki wajah se is ke liye mamnu’ thi, albatta khaawand us ke liye haraam rahay ga jab tak woh apna Hajj mukammal na kar le. Jab paak honay ke ba’ad woh tawaaf wa sa’i kar le gi to us ka khaawand bhi us ke liye halaal ho jaaye ga.
✿ Safa aur Marwah ke darmiyaan sa’i karna
Jamhoor ke nazdeek sa’i, Hajj ka rukan hai jis ke baghair Hajj mukammal nahi hota. Sa’i ki shartein yeh hain:
*1* Niyat.
*2* Sahih tawaaf ke ba’ad ho.
*3* Ibtida Safa se ho aur intiha Marwah par.
*4* Chakkar pooray saat hon.
*5* Sa’i usi jagah mein ho jo sa’i ke liye mashhoor hai.
✿ Sa’i ki sunnatein yeh hain:
*1* Sa’i tawaaf se muttasil honi chaahiye. Haan agar koi ‘uzar ho to taakheer bhi ho sakti hai.
*2* Safa aur Marwah par chadhna aur wahaan zikar aur d’ua karna.
*3* Do sabz nishaanon ke darmiyaan apni taaqat ke mutaabiq taiz chalna aur baaqi jaga mein tab’ai raftaar se chalna. Albatta yeh tez chalna mardon ke liye hai ‘ auraton ke liye nahi.
✿ Mina ko jana
8 Dhu al-Hijjah (jisay yaum-e-tarwiya kaha jaata hai) ko un logon ke liye jo Hajj ki niyat se Makkah Mukarramah aaye hue hon ya Makkah ke jo rihaaishi Hajj ka iraadah rakhtay hon, mustahib hai keh woh apne gharon ya qiyaam gaahon se ihram bandh kar Mina ki taraf chalein. Ihram baandhtay waqt ghusal karna aur khushbu lagaana mustahib hai. Behtar yeh hai keh zawaal se pehlay warna zawaal ke ba’ad woh Mina ko chalein. Raastay mein aur Mina mein kasrat se labbaik kehte rahein aur Mina mein zuhar, ‘asar, maghrib, ‘isha aur fajar ki Namazein ada karein. In mein se jo Namaaz chaar rak’at waali hai us mein qasar karein ya’ni dogaanah padhein. Yeh hukum Makkah waalon ke liye bhi isi tarah hai jis tarah door se aanay waalay haajiyon ke liye hai.
✿ Arfaat ko jaana
Aglay din ya’ni 9 Dhu al-Hijjah (jisay yaum-e-‘Arfa kaha jaata hai) ko sooraj tulu’ honay ke ba’ad haaji log Mina se ‘Arfaat ko rawaana hon. Masnoon yeh hai keh woh zawaal tak waadi-e-Nimrah mein rahein, agar basahulat ho sakay. Phir woh zuhr wa ‘asar ki Namaazein dogaana aur ikathi zuhr ke waqt mein aik azaan aur do iqaamaton ke saath padhein.
Imam ke liye masnoon hai keh woh Namaazon se pehlay khutba bhi day. Jis mein haajiyon ko Hajj ke masaail batlaaye. Allah se darnay ki talqeen kare aur kitaab-o-sunnat par mazbooti se qaaim rehne ki naseehat kare. Namaazon ki adaaigi ke ba’ad hujjaj kiraam ‘Arfa mein waqoof karein. Waadi-e-‘Uranah ke siwa saaray ‘Arfaat mein kisi bhi jagah waqoof kiya ja sakta hai. Mustahib yeh hai keh waqoof ke waqt moun Ka’aba aur Jabal-e-Rehmat donon ki taraf ho. Agar bayak waqt donon ki taraf moun karna mumkin na ho to sirf qibla ki taraf moun kar le. Is maqaam mein haaji ke liye mustahib hai keh woh Allah Ta’ala ke zikar d’ua aur izhaar-e-‘ajz mein khoob koshish kare aur masnoon hai keh yeh d’ua kasrat se padhay:
لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْ قَدِيرٌ
“Allah Ta’ala ke siwa koi Ma’bood nahi, Woh Yaktaa hai, koi Us ka shareek nahi. Usi ke liye Baadshaahi hai aur hamd bhi Usi ke laaiq hai Woh zindagi aur maut ka Maalik hai aur Woh har cheez par qudrat rakhta hai.” 1⃣

Bohat si aur manqool d’uaaein bhi hain jo azkaar ki kitaabon se mil sakti hain.
✿ ‘Arfa mein waqoof ka matlab:
Waqoof-e-‘Arfaat ka matlab yeh hai keh haaji khaalisatan waqoof ki niyat se ‘Arfaat mein thehray agarchay aik second ke liye ho. Khuwaah woh khada ho ya betha ya leita hua aur khuwaah usay ‘Ilm ho keh yeh ‘Arfaat hai ya ‘Ilm na ho. Albatta yeh waqoof 9 dhu al-Hijjah ke Sooraj ke zawaal se le kar 10 Dhu al-Hijjah ki raat subah tulu’ honay tak kisi bhi waqt ho sakta hai.
✿ Waqoof-e-‘Arfa ka hukum:
Is baat par sab ka ittifaaq hai keh yeh waqoof-e-Hajj ka rukan hai is ke baghair Hajj nahi hoga. Jis haaji se ‘Arfaat ka waqoof reh jaaye, us ka Hajj ‘Umrah mein badal jaaye ga aur usay Hajj ke baaqi kaam karne maslan: Muzdalifah jaane aur raat guzaarne Mina jaane, kankariyaan maarny waghera, ki zaroorat nahi balkay woh tawaaf aur sa’i kar ke hajaamat banwaa le aur ihram khol day. Albatta usay is Hajj ki qaza dena pade gi khuwaah us ka yeh Hajj nafil hi ho. Neez usay aik jaanwar bhi zibah karna ho ga khuwaah Bakri hi ho. Agar jaanwar muyassar na ho sakay to phir das rozay rakhna hon ge, teen Hajj ke dinon mein aur saat wapas ghar aa kar. tafseel peechay guzar chuki hai.
✿ Waqoof-e-‘Arfa ki shartein:
Waqoof-e-‘Arfa ki chand shartein hain jin mein se kuch ka ta’lluq jagah, ba’az ka waqt aur ba’az ka ta’lluq haaji ke saath hai.
- Jagah:
Jagah ke silsila mein ‘Ullama ka ijmaa’ hai ke ‘Arfaat tamaam ka tamaam waqoof ki jagah hai. Ab ‘Arfat ki had bandi nishaanaat aur kutbon ke zariy’e waazeh kar di gai hai. Is had bandi ke andar jis jagah bhi waqoof kiya jaaye, sahih hoga. Aur waadi-e-‘Aranah chunkay ‘Arfat ka hissa nahi hai is liye is mein waqoof durust nahi.
- Waqt:
Albatta waqt waqoof ke muta’liq sahih baat yeh hai keh yeh yaum-e-‘Arfa (9 Dhu al-Hijjah) ko zawaal se shuru’ ho kar 10 Dhu al-Hijjah ki raat tulu’-e-fajr se pehlay tak rehta hai. Magar jo shakhs din ke waqt waqoof kare ga usay ghuroob-e-shams tak yahin rukna ho ga lekin jo raat ko waqoof ke liye aaye to usay sirf aik lamha ka waqoof bhi kifaayat kar jaaye ga kyunkay is ke muta’liq Nabi (ﷺ) ka farmaan hai:
“Hajj ‘Arfah (mein waqoof karna) hai jis ne Muzdalifah ki raat tulu’-e-Fajr se pehlay pehlay waqoof kar liya, us ne Hajj pa liya.” 1⃣

✿ Muzdalifah ki taraf jaana aur wahaan raat guzaarna
Jab ‘Arfa ke din ka Sooraj ghuroob ho jaaye to haaji log sukoon aur Waqaar ke saath Muzdalifah ki taraf chal padein. Raastay mein kasrat ke saath labbaik kehte rahein. Khuli jagah mein taiz chalein jaisay Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne kiya tha. Sooraj ghuroob honay se pehlay chalna jaaiz nahi. Jab Muzdalifah pohanch jaaein to wahaan maghrib ki teen rak’aat aur ‘isha ki do rak’aat ikathi aik azaan aur do iqaamaton ke saath padhein, khuwaah woh Muzdalifah mein maghrib ki Namaaz ke waqt ke andar andar hi pohanch jaaein, ya ‘isha ke waqt mein.
Ba’az log Muzdalifah pahunchte hi Namaaz padhnay se pehlay kankariyaan ikathi karne lag jaatay hain. Is ki koi haqeeqat nahi. Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne to apne liye kankariyaan uthaany ka hukum Mush’ar-e-Haraam se waapsi ke ba’ad diya tha. Haaji log yeh raat Muzdalifah hi mein guzaaraian albatta kamzor ‘aurtain aur bachay waghera raat ke aakhri hissay mein bhi Mina ja saktay hain. Dusray haajion ke liye zaroori hai keh woh raat wahin thehrein hatta keh subah ki Namaaz wahein padhein aur phir Mush’ar-e-Haraam ke qareeb qibla rukh ho kar khaday hon, kasrat se zikar aur d’ua karein hatta keh khoob roshni phail jaaye phir Mina ko chalein. Muzdalifah mein jis jagah bhi waqoof ho jaaye durust hai. Yeh zaroori nahi keh woh Mush’ar-e-Haram ke qareeb hi hon ya us par chadhein, kyunkay Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya tha:
وقفْت ههنا والْمزْدلفة كلها موْقف
“Main ne Mush’ar-e-Haram par waqoof kiya hai lekin saaray ka saara Muzdalifah waqoof ki jagah hai.” 1⃣

Jab khoob roshni ho jaaye to Sooraj tulu’ honay se pehlay Mina ko chal padein. Raastay mein kasrat se labbaik kahein. Jab waadi-e-Muhasir mein pohanchain to mustahib hai keh kuch taiz ho kar us se jaldi nikal jaaein.
Kya Muzdalifah mein raat guzaarne ka hukum kisi se saaqat ho sakta hai?:
Haan! ba’az logon se yeh hukum saaqat ho sakta hai. Maslan:
Woh shakhs jo ‘Arfaat mein bar waqt na pohanch saka, gaadi kharaab ho gayi ya jahaaz late ho gaya waghera is bina par woh fajar tulu’ honay se kuch der pehlay ‘Arfat mein pohancha to zaahir hai yeh shakhs Muzdalifah mein qiyaam nahi kar sakay ga. Isi tarah kisi shakhs ko us raat koi bimaari laahaq ho gai woh ‘ilaaj ke liye gaya magar raat mein waapas na aa saka. Is qisam ke mazoor log Muzdalifah mein raat guzaarne ke hukum se mustasna hain.
✿ Muzdalifah mein raat guzaarne ka hukum:
Muzdalifah mein theherna waajib hai. Jo na thehray us ke liye zaroori hai keh woh jaanwar zibah kare taake yeh kami poori ho sakay. Ba’az ehl-e-‘Ilm ka khayaal hai keh Muzdalifah mein theherna Hajj ka rukan hai is ke baghair Hajj nahi hota. Lekin sahih baat yeh hai keh yeh waajib hai. Lihaaza jo shakhs kisi ‘uzar ki wajah se Muzdalifah mein raat na guzaar sakay to is par koi kaffaara waajib nahi hoga aur us ka Hajj sahih hoga. Aur jo shakhs bilaa ‘uzar raat na rahay usay jaanwar zibah karna hoga.
✿ Muzdalifah se Mina ko waapsi
Jab khoob roshni phail jaaye to haaji log Muzdalifah se Sooraj tulu’ honay se pehlay hi Mina ko chal padein. Aur chaltay hoye labbaik kasrat se kahein. Jab waadi-e-Muhassir mein pohanchein to taizi se guzar jaaein. Jab Mina pohanch jaaein to Jamra ‘Uqba ke paas pohanch kar labbaik kehna band kar dein. Phir wahaan pohanchte hi musalsal saat kankariyaan us ko maarein. Har kankari phenkhte waqt haath uthaaein aur Allahu Akbar kahein.
Mustahib yeh hai keh waadi ki nashebi jaanib se rami karein. Ya’ni Ka’aba baaien jaanib ho aur Mina daaein jaanib, kyunkay Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne aisay hi kiya tha. Agar doosri itraaf se rami kar lein phir bhi durust hai bashart yeh kay kankari rami ki jagah mein giray. Kankari channe ke daanay se thodi si badi ho. Phir rami ke ba’ad qurbaani ka jaanwar zibah kare phir sir munda day ya baal katwa de. Lekin mundwaana afzal hai.
✿ Tahlil e-awwal:
Jamra ‘Uqba ki rami aur hajaamat ke ba’ad Mehram ke liye woh tamaam cheezein halaal ho jaati hain jo ihram ki bina par us ke liye haram hoyi theen, albatta ‘aurat halaal nahi. Us ko tahlil-e-awwal kehte hain.
✿ Tawaaf-e-ifaazah:
Tahlil-e-awwal ke ba’ad jo tawaaf kiya jaata hai usay tawaaf-e-ifaazah ya tawaaf-e-ziyaarat kaha jaata hai aur yeh Hajj ka rukan hai. Is ke baghair Hajj mukammal nahi hota.
✿ Tamattu’ karne waalay ke liye sa’i:
Tawaaf-e-ifaazah aur maqaam-e-Ibrahim ke paas do rak’at padhnay ke ba’ad agar haaji Hajj-e- Tamattu’ kar raha hai to Safa-o-Marwah ke darmiyaan sa’i bhi kar le. Yeh sa’i Hajj ki hogi aur pehli sa’i ‘Umrah ki shumaar hogi.
✿ Tamattu’ aur qiraan karne waalay ke liye qurbaani waajib hai
Woh gharelu jaanwar jisay Hajj ya ‘Umrah karne waala Allah Ta’ala ka qurb haasil karne ke liye zibah karta hai, ussay “Hadi” kaha jaata hai khuwaah woh Ount ho ya Gaaye ya Bakri. Agr haaji Hajj-e-Tamattu’ ya Hajj-e-qiraan kar raha ho aur woh Masjid-e-Haram ke paas rehne waala na ho to usay jaanwar zibah karna zaroori hai khuwaah Bakri ho ya Ount aur Gaaye ka saatwaan hissa. Yeh bhi zaroori hai keh woh halaal maal se haasil kiya gaya ho kyunkay Allah Ta’ala khud paakeeza hai aur paakeeza cheez hi qubool karta hai.
Agar Hajj-e-Tamattu’ ya Hajj-e-Qiraan karne waala haaji qurbaani zibah na kar sakta ho to us ke liye zaroori hai keh teen rozay dauraan-e-Hajj rakhay aur saat rozay ghar waapas ja kar. Dauraan-e-Hajj ke teen rozon mein usay ikhtiyaar hai chaahay yaum-e-nahr (10 Dhul-Hijjah) se pehlay rakhay ya ayyaam-e-tashreeq (11,12,13 Dhul-Hijjah) mein rakh le. Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:
فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ ۚ فَمَنْ لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِى الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ
“Jo shakhs Hajj se pehlay ‘Umrah karne ka faaida uthaaye to woh jaanwar zibah kare jo usay muyassar ho. Jisay jaanwar na mile woh Hajj ke dauraan teen rozay rakhay aur ghar waapas aa kar saat rozay rakhay. Yeh mukammal das ho gaye. Yeh hukum us shakhs ke liye hai jis ke ehl-o-‘ayaal Masjid-e-Haram ke qareeb na rehtay hon.” 1⃣
Sahih Bukhari mein ‘Aisha (رضی اللہ عنہا) aur Ibn ‘Umar (رضی اللہ عنہ) se manqool hai:
“Ayyaam-e-tashreeq ke rozay rakhnay ki kisi ko ijaazat nahi, albatta jisay qurbaani ka jaanwar na mile woh un dinon ke rozay rakh sakta hai.” 2⃣
Yeh agar chay do Sahaaba (رضی اللہ عنہما) ka farmaan hai magar hukman marfu’ riwaayat ki tarah hi hai. Afzal yehi hai keh aisa haaji yeh teen rozay yaum-e-‘arfa se pehlay rakh le. Taake ‘arfa ke din us ka roza na ho kyunkay Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne ‘arfa ke din rozay ke baghair waqoof kiya tha.
Isi tarah Aap ne ‘Arfaat mein ‘arfa ke din ke rozay se mana’ bhi farmaaya hai. Yeh teen rozay musalsal bhi rakhay ja saktay hain aur naaghe ke saath bhi. Isi tarah baqiya saat rozay bhi musalsal aur naaghay ke saath donon tarah rakhay ja satke hain aur afzal yeh hai keh yeh saat rozay apne ghar aa kar rakhay jaaein kyunkay Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:
وسبْعةٍ إذا رجعْتمْ
“Aur saat rozay jab ghar waapas aao.” 3⃣
✿ Qurbaani ke jaanwar ki shartein:
Qurbaani ke jaanwar ki mandarja zail sharaait hain:
*1*. Woh gharelu halaal jaanwar ho. Afzaliyat ke lihaaz se un ki tarteeb yeh hai:
Ount, Gaaye aur Bhed Bakri waghera. Ount aur Gaaye saat Bakrion ke qaaim maqaam hain.
*2*. Qurbaani ka jaanwar sahih salamat ho aur un ‘oyub se mehfooz ho jin ki mojoodgi mein qurbaani mu’atbir nahi. Lihaaza aisa mareez jaanwar jis ki bimaari saaf nazar aa rahi ho ya aisa kaana jaanwar jis ka kaana pan waazeh ho ya aisa langda jis ka langda pan saaf nazar aa raha ho qurbaani mein kifaayat nahi kare ga.

*3*. Mashhoor qaul yeh hai keh qurbaani ke jaanwar, Ount paanch saal mein, Gaaye do saal mein, Bakra aur Bhed sawwa saal ya is ke qareeb ki muddat mein musinnah (do daanta) ho jaatay hain aur yehi un ki shart hai, albatta Bhed ki qisam mein yeh riayat hai keh woh aik saal ki bhi qaabil-e-qubool hogi. 1⃣

✿ Qurbaani ke din Hajj ke kaamon ki tarteeb
Qurbaani ke din Hajj ke kaamon ki yeh tarteeb afzal hai:
*1* Sab se pehlay Jamra ‘Uqba ko kankariyaan maari jaaein.
*2* Phir qurbaani ki jaaye.
*3* Phir (sir ke baal mundwaaye ya katwaaye jaaein.
*4* Phir Baytullah ka tawaaf kiya jaaye.
*5* Agar haaji matmata’ ho to woh tawaaf ke ba’ad sa’i bhi kare, isi tarah sirf Hajj karne waala aur qiraan karne waala bhi sa’i kare agar us ne tawaaf-e-qidoom ke saath sa’i na ki ho. Is tarteeb ki paabandi afzal hai, lekin agar yeh kaam aagay peechhay bhi ho jaaein to guzaaraa ho jaaye ga kyunkay is ke baaray mein Nabi kareem (ﷺ) se rukhsat saabit hai hatta keh agar tawaaf se pehlay sa’i ho jaaye tab bhi kher hai kyunkay yeh sahih riwaayat hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) se aisay shakhs ke baaray mein poochha gaya jis ne tawaaf se pehlay sa’i kar li thi, Aap ne farmaaya:
افْعلْ ولا حرج
“Chalo! ab tawaaf kar lo, koi harj nahi.” 1⃣

✿ Tahlil-e-Akbar
Hum peechay bata chuke hain keh Jamra ‘Uqba ki rami aur baal mundwaane ya katwaane ke ba’ad haaji ke liye ‘aurton ke siwa har cheez halaal ho jaati hai. Is ko tahllil-e-awwal ya tahllil-e-asghar kaha jaata hai. Lekin jab woh in kaamon (ya’ni rami aur hajaamat) ke ba’ad tawaaf-e-ifaazah aur Safa-o-Marwah ke darmiyaan sa’i bhi kar le to us ke liye ‘aurat samait har woh cheez halaal ho jaaye gi jo ihram ki wajah se haraam thi. Usay tahllil-e-saani ya “tahllil-e-akbar” kaha jaata hai.
Halaal honay ke ba’ad haaji ke liye mustahib hai keh woh aab-e-Zamzam piye aur pait bhar kar piye, phir apne liye naffa’ bakhash d’uaaein kare. 1⃣ Imam Bayhaqi ne sahih sanad ke saath zikar kiya hai keh ‘Abdullah bin Mubarak (رحمہ اللہ) jab zamzam ka paani peenay lagtay to qibla rukh ho kar kehte:
Ya Allah! Tairay Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
“Zamzam ka paani jis kisi maqsad ke liye piya jaaye, poora ho jaata hai to Main isay roz-e-qayaamat ki pyaas se bachne ke liye pi raha hoon.” 2⃣

✿ Mina ko waapsi
Tawaaf-e-ifaazah aur sa’i ki adaaigi ke ba’ad ko wapas aa jaye aur wahaan teen din raat thehray aur har roz teenon jamron ko kankariyaan Sooraj dhalnay ke ba’ad maaray. Rami mein tarteeb zaroori hai ya’ni pehlay Jamra-e-Awla ko kankariyaan maaray jo Masjid-e-Khaif ke qareeb hai, phir dusray ko phir teesray ko. ayyaam-e-tashreeq mein se pehlay do din (11, 12) Dhu al-Hijjah ko rami karna waajib hai. Isi tarah un do dinon ki raatein bhi Mina mein guzaarna waajib hai. Un do dinon ki rami ke ba’ad jo shakhs Mina se jana chaahay chala jaaye. Jo shakhs teesri raat bhi thehra rahay aur teesray din bhi tenoon jamron ko kankariyaan maaray to yeh afzal hai aur usay ziyaada sawaab mile ga.
✿ Rami ka waqt:
Jamra ‘Uqba ki rami 10 Dhu al-Hijjah ko Sooraj tulu’ honay ke ba’ad shuru’ hoti hai aur ghuroob tak jaari rehti hai. Lekin ayyaam-e-tashreeq (11,12,13, Dhu al-Hijjah) Sooraj dhalnay se le kar Sooraj ghuroob honay tak jaari rehta hai. Ba’az ‘Ulama ne jin mein ‘Allama Shaikh Ibn Baaz (رحمہ اللہ) bhi shaamil hain, raat ke waqt rami ke jawaaz ka fatwa diya hai. Jo shakhs khud rami na kar sakta ho woh kisi dusray ko rami ke liye keh sakta hai bashart yeh keh woh dusra shakhs isi saal Hajj kar raha ho. Neez pehlay woh apni taraf se rami kare phir us ki taraf se, jis ne us ko rami karne ke liye wakeel banaya hai.
✿ Jamron ki rami ki sharaait:
Jamron ki rami ke sahih honay ke liye mandarja zail sharaait hain:
*1* Har Jamra ke liye alag alag saat kankariyaan hon.
*2* Saaton kankariyon ko alag alag phenka jaaye, agar is ne sab ki sab ikathi pheink deen ya do ya teen ikathi pheink deen to aik dafa’a ikathi pehnki jaane waali kankariyaan aik kankari shumaar hon gi.
*3* Kankariyaan haath se pehnki jaaein bashart yeh keh is ki taaqat ho.
*4* Kankariyaan pehnki jaaein na keh koi aur cheez, maslan:
Joota, kachi matti ke dhely, loha waghera kifaayat nahi karein ge.
*5* Kankari phenkhte waqt niyat rami waali jagah mein kankari phainknay ki ho. Agar niyat kisi aur jagah phainknay ki thi lekin ittifaaqan woh rami waali jagah mein aa giri to woh mu’atbir na hogi.
*6* Yaqeen ho keh kankari rami waali jagah mein lagi hai khuwaah lagnay ke ba’ad kisi aur jagah ja giray.
*7* Jamraat mein tarteeb zaroori hai ya’ni pehlay chhote Jamra (jo Masjid-e-Khaif ki taraf hai) ko rami kare phir darmiyaanay Jamra ko aur phir baday Jamra ko, jisay Jamra-e-‘Uqba kaha jaata hai. (Jo Makkah Mukarramah ki taraf hai).
