AURAT KAY LIYE APNEY CHEHERAY KAY BAAL UTAARNEY KA HUKM:
Mujhey ilm hai kay aurat apney abroo ka koi baal nahi utaar sakti laikin chehray kay baqi baalon ka hukm kiya hai ??
Kiya aurat apney oopar waaley hont yaa chehray kay kisi bhi hissa se baal utaar sakti hai, aur khaas kar jab aurat ke baal bohot ziyada hoon ?

Alhamdulillah.
i. Awwal :
Mustaqil fatwa committee kay fataawa jaat mein darj hai :
Abroo kay baal utaarna jayez nahi, kiyon ke yeh nams mein shaamil hota hai jis par Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) ne lanat farmaee hai, aur yeh Allah Ta’ala ki paida karda soorat mein tabdeeli hai jo shaitani amal hai, aur agar ussey khawind bhi aisa karney ka hukm day to woh is ki ata’at mat karey kiyon ke yeh ma’siyat o na farmani hai, aur Allah khaaliq e kainat ki ma’siyat o na farmani mein kisi makhlooq ki ata’at nahi ho sakti, balkeh ata’at to naiki mein hogi, jaisa ke Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ka hukm bhi hai”

ii. Doum :
Abroo kay liye ilawa baqi jism ke saarey baal utarney jayez hain mustaqil fatwa commitee kay fataawa jaat mein darj hai :
Aurat ka apney jism kay baal utarney ki daleel asal par amal hai, aur aurat se matloob hai ke woh apney khawind kay liye bana’o singhar karey aur is se mana karney ki koi daleel nahi sirf wohi ke jo aurat ko nams yaani abroo kay baal ukhaidhney se mana kiya gaya hai.
Dekhein: Fataawa Lil jannat Al daaymah Lilbahoodh Al ilmiyah wal aftaa (17/130).
Aur fatawa jaat mein yeh bhi darj hai ke :
Donon abroo’un kay darmiyan walay baal ukhaidhney ka islam mein kiya hukm hai ?
Committee ka jawab tha :
“kiyon ke ussey ukhaadna jayez hai yeh abroo mein shaamil nahi hotay.

Women removing hair from the face
Question:
I know it is forbidden for a woman to remove hair from her eyebrows, but what about the rest of the face? Is it permissable for a woman to remove hair from the upperlip or other parts of the face? If the woman is especially hairy?.
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (17/133): “It is not permissible to remove the hair of the eyebrows because this is the namas (plucking) for which the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed those who do it, and it is a kind of changing the creation of Allaah, which is the action of the Shaytaan. If a woman’s husband tells her to do it, she should not obey him, because it is a sin, and there is no obedience to any created being if it involves disobedience towards the Creator. Rather obedience should only be with regard to things that are good and proper, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said.”
Secondly:
It is permissible to remove any hair from the face apart from the hair of the eyebrows.
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (17/130): “The evidence that it is permissible for a woman to remove hair from her body is the basic principle which states that it required for her to adorn herself for her husband. There is no evidence to suggest that this is not allowed, apart from the prohibition on al-namas (plucking), which means removing hair from the eyebrows.”
And it also says (5/197): “What is the Islamic ruling on removing hair that grows between the eyebrows? The Committee replied: It is permissible to pluck it, because it is not part of the eyebrows.”

عورت كے ليے اپنے چہرے كے بال اتارنے كا حكم
سوال
مجھے علم ہے كہ عورت اپنے ابرو كا كوئى بال نہيں اتار سكتى ليكن چہرے كے باقى بالوں كا حكم كيا ہے ؟
كيا عورت اپنے اوپر والے ہونٹ يا چہرے كے كسى بھى حصہ سے بال اتار سكتى ہے، اور خاص كر جب عورت كے بال بہت زيادہ ہوں ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
اول:
مستقل فتوى كميٹى كے فتاوى جات ميں درج ہے:
ابرو كے بال اتارنا جائز نہيں، كيونكہ يہ نمص ميں شامل ہوتا ہے جس پر نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے لعنت فرمائى ہے، اور يہ اللہ تعالى كى پيدا كردہ صورت ميں تبديلى ہے جو شيطانى عمل ہے، اور اگر اسے خاوند بھى ايسا كرنے كا حكم دے تو وہ اس كى اطاعت مت كرے؛ كيونكہ يہ معصيت و نافرمانى ہے، اور اللہ خالق كائنات كى معصيت و نافرمانى ميں كسى مخلوق كى اطاعت نہيں ہو سكتى، بلكہ اطاعت تو نيكى ميں ہوگى، جيسا كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا حكم بھى ہے ” اھـ

دوم:
ابرو كے ليے علاوہ باقى جسم كے سارے بال اتارنے جائز ہيں مستقل فتوى كميٹى كے فتاوى جات ميں درج ہے:
” عورت كا اپنے جسم كے بال اتارنے كى دليل اصل پر عمل ہے، اور عورت سے مطلوب ہے كہ وہ اپنے خاوند كے ليے بناؤ سنگھار كرے اور اس سے منع كرنے كى كوئى دليل نہيں ملتى، صرف وہى كہ جو عورت كو نمص يعنى ابرو كے بال اكھيڑنے سے منع كيا گيا ” اھـ

اور فتاوى جات ميں يہ بھى درج ہے كہ:
” دونوں ابرؤوں كے درميان والے بال اكھيڑنے كا اسلام ميں كيا حكم ہے ؟
كميٹى كا جواب تھا:
” اسے اكھيڑنا جائز ہے؛ كيونكہ يہ ابرو ميں شامل نہيں ہوتے ” اھـ
