HAR QABEELA SE IMTIYAZ KAY LIYE CHEHREY PAR NISHAN LAGANEY KA MASLA
Guzarish hai ke humein chehrey par ustarey se nishan laganey kay masla mein maloomat faraham karein , yeh nishan har qabeela doosrey qabeela se pehchan kay liye lagaya jata hai , aya yeh halal hai yaa haram?
Jawab ka matan
Alhamdulillah.
Issey lughat e Arab mein “Al-washm” kehtey hain, Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) ne iss se mana farmaya, aur aisa karney waley par la’anat farmayee hai.
Sahih Hadees mein Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) se sabit hai ke “Aap (ﷺ) ne sood khaney aur sood khilaney par la’anat farmayee , aur goodney aur gudwaney wali par bhi la’anat farmayee.”
Chehrey yaa haath yaa jism mein kisi aur jagah par gudwaney mein koi farq nahi, jo jahalat ki halat mein ho chuka hai Alhamdulillah iss kay liye tauba hi kafi hai, aur agar issey baghair takleef aur nuqsan kay khatam karna mumkin hai to issey khatam karna zuroori hai.
Lekin aiyandah mustaqbil mein jab musalman ko Allah kay hukm ka ilm ho jaye to iss kay liye Allah ki haram kardah kay ijtenab se bachna wajib hai, air yeh aurton aur mardon sab kay liye aam hai.

The issue of making markings on the face to distinguish each tribe
Question
We hope that you can advise us on the issue of shalookh which means markings made with a razor on the face in order to distinguish each tribe from the others. Is this halaal or haraam?
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
In Arabic this is called washm (lit. tattooing). This was forbidden by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and he cursed those who did it. It was narrated in a saheeh report that he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that he cursed the one who consumes riba (interest) and the one who pays it, and he cursed the one who does tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed. There is no difference between tattoos on the face or on the hand or elsewhere. With regard to what has been done in the past as a result of ignorance, it is sufficient to repent for that, and praise be to Allaah. If it is possible to remove it without causing harm, then that must be done. With regard to the future, after coming to know the ruling of Allaah, the Muslim must beware of that which Allaah has forbidden. This applies to both men and women.

ہر قبيلہ سے امتياز كے ليے چہرے پر نشان لگانے كا مسئلہ

گزارش ہے كہ ہميں چہرے استرے كے ساتھ نشان لگانے كے مسئلہ ميں معلومات فراہم كريں، يہ نشان ہر قبيلہ دوسرے قبيلہ سے پہچان كے ليے لگايا جاتا ہے، آيا يہ حلال ہے يا حرام ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
اسے لغت عرب ميں ” الوشم ” كہتے ہيں، نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمايا، اور ايسا كرنے والے پر لعنت فرمائى ہے.
صحيح حديث ميں نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے ثابت ہے كہ آپ نے سود كھانے، اور سود كھلانے پر لعنت كى، اور گودنے اور گدوانے والى پر بھى لعنت فرمائى “
چہرے يا ہاتھ يا جسم ميں كسى اور جگہ پر گدوانے ميں كوئى فرق نہيں، جو جہالت كى حالت ميں ہو چكا ہے الحمد للہ اس كے ليے توبہ ہى كافى ہے، اور اگر بغير كسى تكليف اور نقصان كے اسے ختم كرنا ممكن ہے تو اسے ختم كرنا ضرورى ہے.
ليكن آئندہ مستقبل ميں جب مسلمان شخص كو اللہ كے حكم كا علم ہو جائے تو اس كے ليے اللہ كى حرام كردہ كے اجتناب سے بچنا واجب ہے، اور يہ عورتوں اور مردوں سب كے ليے عام ہے.
