Kiya Islam mein jild goodna haram hai, aur koun si shakl aur naqsh goodna haram hai ?
Mujhe ilm hai ke jism ko jaan boojh kar aziyat dena islam mein haram hai, lekin agar goodnay se aziyat na hoti ho kiya phir bhi haram hoga ??

Alhamdulillah .
Alwashm yaani gudhwana hai ke : jild mein sooyi waghaira kay saath soorakh kar kay surma bhara jaye, aur yeh haram hai, chahey kisi bhi shakl mein ho, aur chahey aziyat o takleef ka sabab ho ya aziyat ka bayes na banay ؛ kiyon ke yeh Allah ki paida karda surat mein tabdeeli hai,
aur is liye bhi ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne jild goodney wali, aur jild ko gudwaney wali par laanat ki hai .
Chunancheh imam Bukhari aur Muslim (رحمہ اللہ علیہم) ne Abdul Allah bin Mas’ud ( رضی اللہ عنہم) se riwayat kiya hai ke:
“Khoobsurti kay liye goodney aur gudwaney, aur abroo kay baal ukhairhney aur daanton ko ragadhney Allah ki paida karda surat ko tabdeel karney walion par Allah Ta’ala ki laanat hai.”
[Sahih Al Bukhari Al libaas :5588 ; Sahih Muslim: Al libaas 5538 ]
Qartabi (رحمہ اللہ) kehtey hain :
Ahadees shahid hain ke inn sab umoor kay murtakib par laanat ki gayi hai, aur yeh kabira gunah mein shaamil hotay hain, aur jis ma’ni ki bina par is se mana’ kiya gaya hai, is mein ikhtelaf paya jata hai, aik qoul yeh hai ke : yeh Baab Altadlis mein se hai, aur aik qoul yeh hai ke : Yeh Allah Ta’ala ki paida kardah surat mein tabdeeli kay baab mein se hai, jaisa ke Abdullah bin Mas’ud (رضی اللہ عنہم) ka qoul hai, aur sahih bhi yahi hai .
Aur yeh pehla ma’ni apney ziman mein liye hue hai, phir yeh bhi kaha gaya hai ke : is se mana kiya gaya hai, jo baqi rahey, kiyon ke yeh Allah Ta’ala ki paida karda surat mein taghayur hai, laikin agar woh baqi na rahay, maslan surma aur aurton ka surma laga kar zeenat ikhtiyar karna, ullema e Kiraam ne is ki ijazat di hai.
Dekhein Tafseer Al Qartabi ( 393/ 5 ) .
Iss liye agar to sawal mein bayan kardah ka maqsad jism par humesha baqi rehney wala nahi, to yeh Washm aur goodna nahi, aur na hi is mein Allah ki paida kardah soorat mein tabdeeli hai .

WASHM YAANI GOODNEY KA HUKM
Waqti goodney yaani washm ka kiya hukm hai, jo ke aik tasweer ki shakl mein hota hai, jisay jism par lagaya jata hai, aur chand ayaam kay baad yeh khatm ho jata hai ?

Agar to yeh kisi janwar ki tasweer ho to haram hai halal nahi, aur agar yeh darakht waghaira ki tasweer yaa naqsh o nigaar hoon to iss mein koi harj nahi, lekin issey bhi tark karna afzal hai, kiyon ke aurat kay liye ziyada kharch aur inn naqsh o nigaar ka khayaal karney ki takleef hai, is liye issey tark karna hi afzal hai .

Are Tattoos Haram in Islam?
Question
Are tattoos haram in Islam? If not, which symbols are haram? I know hurting the body on purpose is haram, but if tattooing doesn’t hurt the body, is it still haram? Can you please clear all that for me?

Are tattoos haram?
Tattooing , in which the skin is pierced with a needle and a blue or other coloured dye is injected, is haraam in all forms, whether it causes pain or not. This is because it involves changing the creation of Allah, and because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who does tattoos and the one for whom that is done.
‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “May Allah curse the women who do tattoos and those for whom tattoos are done, those who pluck their eyebrows and those who file their teeth for the purpose of beautification and alter the creation of Allah.” (Al-Bukhari, al-Libas, 5587; Muslim, al-Libas, 5538)
Why are tattoos haram?
With regard to all these matters, the ahaadeeth testify that the one who does them is cursed and that they are major sins. There is some difference of scholarly opinion as to the reason why tattoos are forbidden. It was said that it is because they are a form of deception, and it was said that it is because it is a way of changing the creation of Allah, as Ibn Mas’ood said – which is more correct and also includes the first meaning.
It was also suggested that what is forbidden is only that which is permanent, because that is changing the creation of Allah; as for that which is not permanent, such as kohl , which is used for adornment by women, that is permitted by the scholars. (Tafseer al-Qurtubi, 5/393)
So if what is referred to in the question is that which is not permanent, then it is not a tattoo as such and does not change the creation of Allah.

كيا اسلام ميں جلد گودنا حرام ہے، اور كونسى شكل اور نقش گودنا حرام ہے ؟
مجھے علم ہے كہ جسم كو جان بوجھ كر اذيت دينا اسلام ميں حرام ہے، ليكن اگر گودنے سے اذيت نہ ہوتى ہو كيا پھر بھى حرام ہو گا ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
الوشم: يعنى گدوانا يہ ہے كہ: جلد ميں سوئى وغيرہ كے ساتھ سوراخ كر كے سرمہ بھرا جائے، اور يہ حرام ہے، چاہے كسى بھى شكل ميں ہو، اور چاہے اذيت و تكليف كا سبب ہو يا اذيت كا باعث نہ بنے؛ كيونكہ يہ اللہ كى پيدا كردہ صورت ميں تبديلى ہے، اور اس ليے بھى كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے جلد گودنے والى، اور جلد كو گدوانے والى پر لعنت كى ہے.
چنانچہ امام بخارى اور مسلم رحمہما اللہ نے عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے روايت كيا ہے كہ:
” خوبصورتى كے ليے گودنے اور گدوانے، اور ابرو كے بال اكھيڑنے اور دانتوں كو رگڑنے اللہ كى پيدا كردہ صورت كو تبديل كرنے واليوں پر اللہ تعالى كى لعنت ہے “
صحيح بخارى اللباس ( 5587 ) صحيح مسلم اللباس حديث نمبر ( 5538 ).
قرطبى رحمہ اللہ كہتے ہيں:
احاديث شاہد ہيں كہ ان سب امور كے مرتكب پر لعنت كى گئى ہے، اور يہ كبيرہ گناہ ميں شامل ہوتے ہيں، اور جس معنى كى بنا پر اس سے منع كيا گيا ہے، اس ميں اختلاف پايا جاتا ہے، ايك قول يہ ہے كہ: يہ باب التدليس ميں سے ہے، اور ايك قول يہ ہے كہ: يہ اللہ تعالى كى پيدا كردہ صورت ميں تبديلى كے باب ميں سے ہے، جيسا كہ عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كا قول ہے، اور صحيح بھى يہى ہے.
اور يہ پہلا معنى اپنے ضمن ميں ليے ہوئے ہے، پھر يہ بھى كہا گيا ہے كہ: اس سے منع كيا گيا ہے، جو باقى رہے، كيونكہ يہ اللہ تعالى كى پيدا كردہ صورت ميں تغير ہے، ليكن اگر وہ باقى نہ رہے، مثلا سرمہ اور عورتوں كا سرمہ لگا كر زينت اختيار كرنا، علماء كرام نے اس كى اجازت دى ہے.

اس ليے اگر تو سوال ميں بيان كردہ كا مقصد جسم پر ہميشہ باقى رہنے والا نہيں، تو يہ وشم اور گودنا نہيں، اور نہ ہى اس ميں اللہ كى پيدا كرنا صورت ميں تبديلى ہے.
