Alhamdulillah.
Wudu sahih honey mein shart hai ke jild tak pani na pohonchney mein maanae’ har cheez ko utara jaye, maslan mom, atta ,aur chimta hua madah waghaira, taa ke wudu kay azaa’ sahih tarah dhoye ja sakein.
Allah Subhaan wa Ta’ala kala farman hai:
{“Aey Imaan waalo! jab tum namaz kay liye kharhey ho to apnay chehrey aur kohniyon tak haath dho liya karo, aur apney saron ka massah karo, aur donon paa’on takhnon tak dhoya karo, aur agar tum janabat ki halat mein ho to phir taharat karo, aur agar tum mareez ho yaa safar mein yaa tum mein say koi aik pakhana karay yaa phir biwi say jama’ karay aur tumhein paani na miley to paakeezah mitti say tayamum karo aur uss say apney chehray aur haathon par massah karlo , Allah Ta’ala tum par koi tangi nahi karna chahta, lekin tumhein paak karna chahta hai, aur tum par apni nea’matein mukammil karni chahata hai, taa ke tum shukr karo.”}
[al-Maa’idah 5:6]
Al Insaaf mein hai ke:
Wudu sahih honey ki shuroot mein yeh bhi shaamil hai ke: uzw’ tak pani pohonchaney mein maanae’ ashiya’ ko door kiya jaye.

Aur Almajmua’ mein Imaam Nawawi (رحمہ اللہ علیہ) kehtey hain:
“Agar kissi uzw’ par mom yaa atta, yaa mehndi waghaira lagi ho aur uzw’ kay kissi hissa par pani pohonchaney mein manae’ ho to uss ka wudu sahih nahi , chahey yeh ziyada ho yaa kam.
Aur agar haath waghaira par mehndi ka asar aur rang baaqi ho, lekin mehndi ka laip nahi, yaa tail ka asar baqi ho ke pani uzw’ ki jild tak pohonch jaye aur uss par paani beh jaye lekin thehrey nahi to uss ki taharat sahih hai”

Iss say yeh maloom huwa ke jab wudu say qabl makeup utaar liya jae, yaa sirf uss ka rang baqi rahey to wudu sahih hai .
Iss bina par agar makeup jild tak pani pohonchaney mein maanae’ ho to wudu sahih nahi hoga, lekin agar sirf rang hai , yaa phir halka sa makeup ho ke jild tak pani pahonchata ho to bhi wudu sahih hoga.

Is wudoo’ valid if there are traces of makeup?

Is it permissible to do wudoo’ with makeup on one’s face?.
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
In order for wudoo’ to be valid it is essential to remove anything that may prevent the water from reaching the skin, such as wax, dough, sticky substances and the like, so that the purpose of washing those parts of the body in wudoo’ may be achieved.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“O you who believe! When you intend to offer As-Salaah (the prayer), wash your faces and your hands (forearms) up to the elbows, rub (by passing wet hands over) your heads, and (wash) your feet up to the ankles”
[al-Maa’idah 5:6]
It says in al-Insaaf (1/144): Among the conditions of wudoo’ being valid is removing anything that may prevent water reaching that part of the body.
Al-Nawawi said in al-Mawdoo’ (1/492): If there is any wax, dough or henna’ etc on his body and that prevents the water from reaching any part of that limb, then his wudoo’ is not valid, whether there is a lot of that or a little. If there is any trace or colour of henna left on the hand etc, but not the henna itself, or there is a trace of fat or oil such that when the water touches the skin it will run over it, but not stay, then his wudoo’ is valid. End quote.
From this is may be understood that if makeup has been removed before doing wudoo’ and only the colour is left, then wudoo’ is valid. Based on this, if the makeup prevents the water from reaching the skin, then wudoo’ is not valid, but if it is just colour or there is a little of it left that does not prevent the water reaching the skin, then wudoo’ is valid.

كيا چہرے پر ميك اپ كى آثار كى موجودگى ميں وضوء جائز ہے ؟

الحمد للہ.
وضوء صحيح ہونے ميں شرط ہے كہ جلد تك پانى نہ پہنچنے ميں مانع ہر چيز كو اتارا جائے، مثلا موم، آٹا، اور چمٹا ہوا مادہ وغيرہ، تا كہ وضوء كے اعضاء صحيح طرح دھوئے جا سكيں.
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى كا فرمان ہے:
اے ايمان والو جب تم نماز كے ليے كھڑے ہوؤ تو اپنے چہرے اور كہنيوں تك ہاتھ دھو ليا كرو، اور اپنے سروں كا مسح كرو، اور دونوں پاؤں ٹخنوں تك دھويا كرو، اور اگر تم جنابت كى حالت ميں ہو تو پھر طہارت كرو اور اگر تم مريض ہو يا سفر ميں يا تم ميں سے كوئى ايك پاخانہ كرے يا پھر بيوى سے جماع كرے اور تمہيں پانى نہ ملے تو پاكيزہ مٹى سے تيمم كرو اور اس سے اپنے چہرے اور ہاتھوں پر مسح كرلو، اللہ تعالى تم پر كوئى تنگى نہيں كرنا چاہتا، ليكن تمہيں پاك كرنا چاہتا ہے، اور تم پر اپنى نعمتيں مكمل كرنى چاہتا ہے، تا كہ تم شكر كرو المآئدۃ ( 6 ).
الانصاف ميں ہے كہ:
وضوء صحيح ہونے كى شروط ميں يہ بھى شامل ہے كہ: عضوء تك پانى پہنچنے ميں مانع اشياء كو دور كيا جائے.
ديكھيں: الانصاف ( 1 / 144 ).
اور المجموع ميں امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں:
” اگر كسى عضو پر موم يا آٹا، يا مہندى وغيرہ لگى ہو اور عضو كے كسى حصہ پر پانى پہنچنے ميں مانع ہو تو اس كا وضو صحيح نہيں، چاہے يہ زيادہ ہو يا كم.
اور اگر ہاتھ وغيرہ پر مہندى كا اثر اور رنگ باقى ہو، ليكن مہندى كا ليپ نہيں، يا تيل كا اثر باقى ہو كہ پانى عضو كى جلد تك پہنچ جائے اور اس پر پانى بہہ جائے ليكن ٹھرے نہيں تو اس كى طہارت صحيح ہے ” انتہى.
ديكھيں: المجموع للنووى ( 1 / 492 ).
اس سے يہ معلوم ہوا كہ جب وضوء سے قبل ميك اپ اتار ليا جائے، يا صرف اس كا رنگ باقى رہے تو وضوء صحيح ہے.
اس بنا پر اگر ميك اپ جلد تك پانى پہنچنے ميں مانع ہو تو وضوء صحيح نہيں ہوگا، ليكن اگر صرف رنگ ہے، يا پھر ہلكا سا ميك اپ ہو كہ جلد تك پانى پہنچتا ہو تو بھى وضوء صحيح ہوگا.
