PESHANI KAY OOPER SE BAAL KAATNA
Ba’az aurtain peshani kay oopar se kuch baal kat’ti hain, aur kuch ko neechey lataktey rehney deti hain, iss ka hukm kiya hai ?
Jawab ka matan
Alhamdulillah.
Agar to isd se murad kafir aur mulhid qisam ki aurton se mushabehat ho to yeh haram hai ,kiyon ke ghair muslim se mushabehat haram hai iss liye ke Rasool e Kareem ( ﷺ) ka farman hai :
” Jis ne bhi kisi qoum se mushabehat ikhtiyar ki to woh unhi mein se hai “
Lekin agar iss se maqsad mushabehat na ho balkeh yeh aurton kay maabain eik naee aadat ho, aur agar ussey zeenat shumaar kiya jata ho jis se aurat apney khawind ke liye zeenat ikhtiyar karti hai, aur apney jaisi aur apni hum joly aur saheli aurton kay mabain aisay mazhar aur shakl mein aati ho ke jo iss ki qader o manzilat mein aurton ke haan izafah karey to humein iss mein koi harj nazar nahi ata .

Ruling on cutting the hair over the forehead
Question
What is the ruling on the haircut which some women have where they cut the hair over their foreheads and have strands of hair hanging over it [i.e., bangs or a fringe]?
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
If the intention behind this is to imitate kaafir and atheist women, then it is haraam because imitating non-Muslims is haraam. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.” But if the intention is not to imitate non-Muslims, rather it is one of the new customs among women, then if it is something that is counted as adornment with which she may adorn herself for her husband and appear with in front of her relatives in a way that will make her look better to them, then we do not see anything wrong with it.

پيشانى كے اوپر سے بال كاٹنا

بعض عورتيں پيشانى كے اوپر سے كچھ بال كاٹنى ہيں، اور كچھ كونيچے لٹكتے رہنے ديتى ہيں، اس كا حكم كيا ہے ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
اگر تو اس سے مراد كافر اور ملحد قسم كى عورتوں سے مشابہت ہو تو يہ حرام ہے؛ كيونكہ غير مسلم سے مشابہت حرام ہے اس ليے كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے:
” جس نے بھى كسى قوم سے مشابہت اختيار كى تو وہ انہى ميں سے ہے “
ليكن اگر اس سے مقصد مشابہت نہ ہو بلكہ يہ عورتوں كے مابين ايك نئى عادت ہو، اور اگر اسے زينت شمار كيا جاتا ہو جس سے عورت اپنے خاوند كے ليے زينت اختيار كرتى ہے، اور اپنے جيسى اور اپنى ہم جولي اور سہيلى عورتوں كے مابين ايسے مظہر اور شكل ميں آتى ہو كہ جو اس كى قدر و منزلت ميں عورتوں كے ہاں اضافہ كرے تو ہميں اسميں كوئى حرج نظر نہيں آتا.
