09. NAMAZ-E-JANAZAH [The Janazah Prayer]
JANAZAH:
Agar asaani ho jaise kahin khareeb hi janaza parhaya jaey ya masjid mein parhaya jaey tou aurten Namaz-e-Janaza mein sharik hosakti hain- Agar ahetemaam ke sath kahin dur jaana parhe tou phir na jaey tou bahetar hai- Ittefaqan wahan moujood ho tou parhsakti hain.

| Tadfeen ke liye aurat ka janna mana’a hai. |

THE JANAZAH PRAYER
Praying janazah for a dead Muslim is an obligation upon the Muslim community (fard kifayah). The Prophet (ﷺ) performed it consistently, and commanded his companions to perform it on various occasions. The janazah prayer must be performed for every deceased Muslim, even if he was sinful or had committed innovations — provided that his deviation did not unequivocally take him out of the realm of Islam. Zayd Bin Khalid al-Juhanl (ؓ) reported that one of the Prophet’s (ﷺ) companions died on the day of Khaybar (A town to the north of al-Madlnah that was agriculturally rich, and was under control of the Jews before Islam. It fell to the hands of Muslims on 8 H.).
When the Prophet (ﷺ) was informed of his death, he said,<Pray (janazah) for your companions Upon hearing this,’ the people’s faces changed (Since the Prophet (ﷺ) did not want to pray for him, the people understood that he must have committed a serious sin.). In explanation, he (ﷺ) said:
<Your companion has illegally taken some of the booty (from Khaybar).>

جنازہ :
اگر آسانی ہو جیسے کہیں قریب ہی جنازہ پڑھا جائے یا مسجد میں پڑھا جائے تو عورتیں نماز جنازہ میں شریک ہو سکتی ہین ۔اگر اہتمام کے ساتھ کہیں دور جانا پڑے تو پہر نہ جائیں تو بہتر ہے۔ اتفاقا وہاں موجود ہوں تو پڑھ سکتی ہیں۔
