MASNUEE PALKEIN LAGANEY KA HUKUM
Kiya aurat masnuee palkein istemal kar sakti hai?

Alhamdulillah.
Aurat kay liye masnuee palkein lagani haram hain, kiyon ke yeh wasal shaer yaani balon kay saath doosray baal milaney mein shamil hota hai jiss par Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) ne laanat farmayi hai.
Bukhari aur Muslim ne asma Bint e Abu Bakar (رضی اللہ عنہا) bayan kiya hai ke:
“Aik aurat Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) kay paas aaee aur arz karney lagi:
“Aey Allah Ta’ala kay Rasool Allah (ﷺ) meri shadi shudah beti hai, aur ussey khasra ki bemari ho gaee jiss ki bina par uss kay baal gir gaye hain, to kiya main uss kay baal aur mila loon?”
To Rasool e Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya :
” Allah Ta’ala ne baal milaney aur baal milwaney wali par la’nat ki hai”.
[Sahih Bukhari: 5479, Sahih Muslim: (2122)]
Bukhari aur Muslim ne hi Ayesha (رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا) se bayan kiya hai ke:
Aik Ansari laundi ne shaadi ki aur woh bemar ho gayi to uss kay baal gir gaye to unhon ne uss kay baal lagana chahey (aur baal milana chahey) aur uss kay muta’liq Rasool Allah (ﷺ) se dariyaft kiya to Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne baal milaney aur milwaney wali par la’nat ki.”
[Sahih Bukhari: 5205, Sahih Muslim: 2123]
Imam Nawawi (رحمہ اللہ) kehtey hain:
Tamazaq: yaani baal gir gaye.
Alwasilah: Woh aurat jo balon kay saath doosrey baal mila’ye , aur almustawsila: Woh aurat hai jo aisa karwaye , aur ussey Mosalaah bhi kehtay hain, yeh ahaadees baalon kay saath doosrey baal milaney ki sareeh hurmat aur baal milaney aur milwaney waali par mutaliqa lanat par dalamalat karti hain, yehi zahir aur mukhtar bhi hai
Aur naqli aur masnuee palkein bhi iss ma’ni ko poora karti hain, aur yeh bhi baalon ko milana hi hai, kiyon ke asli palkon kay saath naqli aur masnuee palkein milaee jati hain.
Aur yeh bhi ke: baaz doctor hazraat ne bayan kiya hai ke masnuee aur naqli palkein mustaqil taur par jild aur aankh mein allergy paida kar deti hain, aur aankhon mein jalan hona shuroo ho jati hai, aur phir palkein gir jaati hain, to iss tarah iss kay istemal mein zarar aur nuqsan bhi hai aur phir Shari’at ne iss say mana’ kiya hai, jaisa ke Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) ka farman hai:
“Na to kissi ko nuqsan do, aur na khud nuqsan uthao”
Dekhein: Zeenat ul miraat Bayn altibi wa Al sharae (33).
Musalmaan aurat ko mut’nabeh karna zuroori hai ke woh iss tarah kay umoor ka ehtmam mat karay, kiyon ke iss say qeemti waqt aur maal zaya hota hai, jissay Musalmaanon kay kisi fayeda mein sarf kiya ja sakta tha, aur khass kar inn auqaat mein jab ke azm kamzor ho chukay hain, aur himton mein futoor aa chuka hai, aur aurat apney asal kaam se hat chuki hai jo ke naee nasal ki tarbiyat tha, uss ne ussey chorh kar iss tarah kay kaamon ka ehtemam karna shuroo kar diya hai.

Wearing fake eyelashes in Islam
It is haram for a woman to wear false eyelashes because they come under the heading of hair extensions, for which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed those who do that.
Al-Bukhari and Muslim (2122) narrated that Asma bint Abi Bakr said: A woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: “O Messenger of Allah, I have a daughter who is newly married, and she had the measles and her hair fell out. Can I give her hair extensions?” He said: “Allah has cursed the one who fixes hair extensions and the one who has that done.”
Al-Bukhari (5205) and Muslim (2123) narrated from ‘Aishah that a girl from among the Ansar got married and she became sick and her hair fell out. They wanted to give her hair extensions, so they asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about that, and he cursed the one who fixes hair extensions and the one who has that done.
Al-Nawawi said:
“The one who fixes hair extensions is the one who joins the other hair to the woman’s hair. The one who has that done is the woman who asks someone else to do that for her. These ahadith clearly state that it is haram to fix hair extensions, and the one who fixes hair extensions and the one who has that done are both cursed in general terms. This is the more correct meaning.”
False eyelashes come under the same heading, because the real eyelashes are extended with the false ones.
Side effects of fake eyelashes
Moreover some doctors have mentioned that false eyelashes lead to chronic allergies in the skin and eyes, and to infection in the eyelids, and may cause the eyelashes to fall out. So using them is harmful, and the Lawgiver forbids that as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm.” (Zinat al-Marah bayna al-Tibb wa’l-Shar’, p. 33)
The Muslim woman should note that paying too much attention to such matters may be a kind of over-indulgence in leisure and luxury, and a waste of time and money which she could have used for something more beneficial to the Muslims, especially nowadays when people have no drive to do good and women have been distracted from their basic role which is to raise the next generation, and instead they are paying too much attention to these matters.

كيا عورت مصنوعى پلكيں استعمال كر سكتى ہے ؟

الحمد للہ.
عورت كے ليے مصنوعى پلكيں لگانى حرام ہيں، كيونكہ يہ وصل شعر يعنى بالوں كے ساتھ دوسرے بال ملانے ميں شامل ہوتا ہے جس پر نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے لعنت فرمائى ہے.
بخارى اور مسلم نے اسماء بنت ابو بكر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے بيان كيا ہے كہ:
” ايك عورت نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كے پاس آئى اور عرض كرنے لگى:
اے اللہ تعالى كے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم: ميرى شادى شدہ بيٹى ہے، اور اسے خسرہ كى بيمارى ہوگئى جس كى بنا پر اس كے بال گر گئے ہيں، تو كيا ميں اس كے بال اور ملا لوں ؟
تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
” اللہ تعالى نے بال ملانے اور بال ملوانے والى پر لعنت كى ہے “
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 5479 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 2122 ).
بخارى اور مسلم نے ہى عائشہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہا سے بيان كيا ہے كہ:
ايك انصارى لونڈى نے شادى كى اور وہ بيمار ہو گئى تو اس كے بال گر گئے تو انہوں نے اس كے بال لگانا چاہے ( اور بال ملانا چاہے ) اور اس كے متعلق رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے دريافت كيا تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے بال ملانے اور ملوانے والى پر لعنت كى “
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 5205 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 2123 ).
امام نووى رحمہ اللہ كہتے ہيں:
تمزق: يعنى بال گر گئے.
الواصلۃ: وہ عورت جو بالوں كے ساتھ دوسرے بال ملائے، اور المستوصلۃ: وہ عورت ہے جو ايسا كروائے، اور اسے موصلۃ بھى كہتے ہيں، يہ احاديث بالوں كے ساتھ دوسرے بال ملانے كى صريحا حرمت اور بال ملانے اور ملوانے والى پر مطلقا لعنت پر دلالت كرتى ہيں، يہى ظاہر اور مختار بھى ہے. اھـ
اور نقلى اور مصنوعى پلكيں بھى اس معنى كو پورا كرتى ہيں، اور يہ بھى بالوں كو ملانا ہى ہے، كيونكہ اصلى پلكوں كے ساتھ نقلى اور مصنوعى پلكيں ملائى جاتى ہيں.
اور يہ بھى كہ: بعض ڈاكٹر حضرات نے بيان كيا ہے كہ مصنوعى اور نقلى پلكيں مستقل طور پر جلد اور آنكھ ميں الرجى پيدا كر ديتى ہيں، اور انكھوں ميں جلن ہونا شروع ہو جاتى ہے، اور پھر پلكيں گر جاتى ہيں، تو اس طرح اس كے استعمال ميں ضرر اور نقصان بھى ہے اور پھر شريعت نے اس سےمنع كيا ہے، جيسا كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے:
” نہ تو كسى كو نقصان دو، اور نہ خود نقصان اٹھاؤ “
ديكھيں: زينۃالمراۃ بين الطب و الشرع ( 33 ).
مسلمان عورت كو متنبہ كرنا ضرورى ہے كہ وہ اس طرح كے امور كا اہتمام مت كرے، كيونكہ اس سے قيمتى وقت اور مال ضائع ہوتا ہے، جسے مسلمانوں كے كسى فائدہ ميں صرف كيا جا سكتا تھا، اور خاص كر ان اوقات ميں جبكہ عزم كمزور ہو چكے ہيں، اور ہمتوں ميں فتور آ چكا ہے، اور عورت اپنے اصل كام سے ہٹ چكى ہے جو كہ نئى نسل كى تربيت تھا، اس نے اسے چھوڑ كر اس طرح كے كاموں كا اہتمام كرنا شروع كر ديا ہے.
