Jis pani kay muta’allaq paleed-o-najas honay ka shubah ho usay tarak kar dena hi aulaa-o-afzal hai, Jaisa keh Imam Shaukani ( رحمه الله ) nay yeh hi mo’aqqaf ikhtiyar kiya hai.(1).
