(55) DAADHI KA KHILAL WAJIB HAI
(1) Sayyiduna Anas ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ jab wuzoo kartay to paani ka aik chulloo bhar kay apni thaudhi kay neechay dakhil kartay aur us kay sath apni daadhi ka khilal kartay aur farmatay:
” هكذا أمرني ربي “
” Meray Rab nay mujhay issi tarah hukam diya hai “.(1)
(2) Sayyiduna Usman ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh:
” أن النبي ﷺ كان يخلل لحيته “
” Nabi ﷺ apni daadhi ka khilal kiya kartay thay “.(2)
( Hasan Ibn-e-Saalih, Abu Saur, Ahl-e-zaahir ( رحمهم الله ) Wujoob kay qaail hain.
( Imam Shafie, Imam Abu Hanifah, Ahmad ( رحمهم الله )
Ghusal-e-janabat mein daadhi ka khilal wajib hai, Lekin wuzoo mein nahi.
Imam Abu Yousuf, Imam Muhammad Ibn-e-Hassan, Imam Sauri, Imam Auzayi, Imam Lais, Imam Is’haque, Imam Daud, Imam Tabri aur aksar ahl-e-ilam ( رحمهم الله ) issi kay qaail hain.

Wuzoo ki tarah ghusal-e-janabat mein bhi daadhi ka khilal wajib nahi hai.(3)
( Imam Shaukani ( رحمه الله )
Daadhi ka khilal farz nahi hai,
Aur hadith ” هكذا أمرني ربي ” Nabi ﷺ kay khasaais mein say hai.(4)
( RAAJIH )
Nabi ﷺ ko diya gaya har hukam ummat kay liye bhi farz hai yahan tak keh takhsees ki koi wazih daleel na mil jaye,
Jaisa keh 4 say zaaid khawateen say aik waqat mein nikah ap ﷺ kay khasaais mein say hai.
Neez ulama nay jo Nabi ﷺ kay khasaais shumaar kiye hain un mein bhi is ka zikar nahi hai,
Lihazah Nabi ﷺ ko diya gaya khilal ka hukam is ummat kay liye bhi farz hai.
Sayyiduna Ammar Ibn-e-Yasir, Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Omar, Sayyiduna Anas, Sayyiduna Ali, Sayyiduna Abu Umamah, Sayyiduna Usman ( رضي الله عنهم ), Imam Ibn-e-Seerin, Imam Ibrahim Al-nakh’ei ( رحمهما الله ) say marwi hai keh daadhi kay khilal ko mujarrad baaz logon kay fatway ki bina par nahi chhauda ja sakta.(5)
