JINS TABDEELI KA OPERATION KARWANA
Kiya insan kay liye jins tabdeel karwana yaani mard se aurat aur aurat se mard ban’ney ka operation karwana jayez hai, kitab wa sunnat se daleel dein?
Jawab ka matan
Alhamdulillah.
Insan kay liye mard se aurat aur aurat se mard ki jins tabdeel karwana jayez nahi, balkeh musalman shakhs ko chaheiye ke woh iss par razi ho jaye jo Allah Ta’ala ne uss kay muqaddar mein likh diya hai aur uskay liye jo munasib tha wohi uss mein rakha hai, ussey yeh ilm nahi ke agar woh aurat hoti to uss mein kiya behtree thee, aur agar woh mard hota to uss mein kiya shar tha.
Jiss tarah kuch logon kay liye faqar aur ghurbat hi behter hoti hai aur agar Allah ussey ghani aur maaldaar kar de to yeh uskay liye nuqsan deh hai, aur kuch log aisay hain jinkay liye maaldaar aur ghani hona behter hota hai , aur agar ussey faqeer aur ghareeb bana diya jaye to yeh uss kay liye nuqsan deh hota hai.
Kuch aurton ne yeh tamana aur khwahish ki ke agar woh mard hotein to Allah Ta’ala ki raah mein jihaad kartein, faqat unhon ne yeh tamana aur khwahish hi ki thee to iskay muta’aliq Allah Ta’ala ne wahi nazil kar di aur farmaya:
{Aur iss cheez ki aarzoo na karo jis kay ba’es Allah Ta’ala ne tum mein se ba’az ko ba’az par buzurgi aur fazeelat di hai, mardon ka iss mein hissa hai jo unhon ne kamaya, aur aurton kay liye uss mein hissa hai jo unhon ne kamaya, aur Allah Ta’ala se uska fazal mango , Yaqeenan Allah Ta’ala har cheez ka jan’nay wala hai.}
An Nisa' (32)
Chunancheh jab yeh sirf tamana aur arzoo karney kay muta’aliq hai , to phir iss fa’el par kiya ho ga, aur jab musalman shakhs ko Allah Ta’ala ki paida kardah soorat kay ba’az umoor mein tabdeeli karney se mana’kiya gaya hai, to phir poori jins tabdeel karney kay baarey mein kesey?

Aur phir jins ki tabdeeli Allah Ta’ala ki paida kardah makhlooq kay saath mazaq aur khail hai, aur Shaitan ki itteba’ wa pairwi hai , jis ne qasam utha kar Allah kay saath ehed kar rakha hai ke woh Bani Adam ko gumrah kar ke chorhey ga , jaisa ke Allah (سبحان و تعالیٰ) ne iss qaul ka zikr kiya hai:
{Aur albatta mein inhein zuroor hukm doon ga ke woh Allah ki banaee huee soorat ko bighaad dein.}
An Nisa' (119)
Hum Allah Ta’ala se salamti aur afiyat kay talabgaar hain.

Sex-change operations
Question
Is it permitted for a person to change his sex from a woman to a man or vice versa? Please give evidence from the Qur’aan and Sunnaah.
Answer
Praise be to Allah.
It is not permissible for a person to change sex from male to female or vice versa. The Muslim has to be content with what Allaah has decreed, for He has placed him in a suitable position. He does not know – perhaps if he was female that would not be good for him, or if she was male that would be bad for her. Similarly, there are some people for whom nothing but poverty is good, and if Allaah made such a person rich it would be harmful for him; and there are others for whom nothing but richness is appropriate, and if they became poor that would be harmful to them.
Some women wished that they could be men who would fight in the way of Allaah. This was just wishful thinking, but Allaah revealed the prohibition of that wishful thinking in the aayah (interpretation of the meaning):
“And wish not for the things in which Allaah has made some of you to excel others. For men there is reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned”
[al-Nisaa’ 4:32]
If mere wishful thinking is forbidden, then how about taking action based on that? If the Muslim is forbidden to change the creation of Allaah in minor cases, so how about changing sex altogether?

Changing one’s sex is a kind of tampering with the creation of Allaah and following the way of the Shaytaan who vowed that he would misguide the sons of Adam in this way and in others, as Allaah tells us that he said:
“and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allaah”

We ask Allaah to keep us safe and sound.

كيا انسان كے ليے جنس تبديل كروانا يعنى مرد سے عورت اور عورت سے مرد بننے كا آپريش كروانا جائز ہے، كتاب و سنت سے دليل ديں ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
انسان كے ليے مرد سے عورت يا عورت سے مرد كى جنس تبديل كروانے كا آپريش كروانا جائز نہيں، بلكہ مسلمان شخص كو چاہيے كہ وہ اس پر راضى ہو جائے جو اللہ تعالى نےاس كے مقدر ميں لكھ ديا ہے اور اس كے ليے جو مناسب تھا وہى اس ميں ركھا ہے، اسے يہ علم نہيں كہ اگر وہ عورت ہوتى تو اس ميں كيا بہترى تھى، اور اگر وہ مرد ہوتا تو اس ميں كيا شر تھا.
جس طرح كہ كچھ لوگوں كے ليے فقر اور غربت ہى بہتر ہوتى ہے، اور اگر اللہ تعالى اسے غنى اور مالدار كر دے تو يہ اس كے ليےنقصان دہ ہے، اور كچھ لوگ ايسے ہيں جن كى حالت كے ليے مالدار اورغنى ہونا بہتر ہوتا ہے، اور اگر اسے فقير اور غريب بنا ديا جائے تو يہ اس كے ليےنقصان دہ ہوتا ہے.
كچھ عورتوں نے يہ تمنا اور خواہش كى كہ اگر وہ مرد ہوتيں تو اللہ تعالى كى راہ ميں جہاد كرتيں، فقط انہوں نے يہ تمنا اور خواہش ہى كى تھى تو اس كے متعلق اللہ تعالى نے وحى نازل كر دى اور فرمايا:
اور اس چيز كى آرزو نہ كرو جس كے باعث اللہ تعالى نے تم ميں سے بعض كو بعض پر بزرگى اور فضيلت دى ہے، مردوں كا اس ميں حصہ ہے جو انہوں نے كمايا، اور عورتوں كے ليے اس ميں حصہ ہے جو انہوں نے كمايا، اور اللہ تعالى سے اس كا فضل مانگو، يقينا اللہ تعالى ہر چيز كا جاننے والا ہے النساء ( 32 ).
چنانچہ جب يہ صرف تمنا اور آروز كرنے كے متعلق ہے، تو پھر اس فعل پر كيا ہوگا، اور جب مسلمان شخص كو اللہ تعالى كى پيدا كردہ صورت كے بعض امور ميں تبديلى كرنے سے منع كيا گيا ہے، تو پھر پورى جنس تبديل كرنے كے بارہ ميں كيسے ؟.

اور پھر جنس كى تبديلى اللہ تعالى كى پيدا كردہ مخلوق كے ساتھ مذاق اور كھيل ہے، اور شيطان كى اتباع و پيروى ہے، جس نے قسم اٹھا كر اللہ كے ساتھ عہد كر ركھا ہے كہ وہ بنى آدم كو گمراہ كر كے چھوڑےگا، جيسا كہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالى نے اس كا قول ذكر كيا ہے:
اور البتہ ميں انہيں ضرور حكم دونگا كہ وہ اللہ كى بنائى ہوئى صورت كو بگاڑ ديں النساء ( 119 ).
ہم اللہ تعالى سے سلامتى و عافيت كے طلبگار ہيں.
