Madinah Munawwara ke fazaail

 

 

Madinah Munawwara ke fazaail-o- manaaqib be had-o-hisaab hain Allah Taala aur Us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke  nazdeek is ka bohat buland martaba hai bohat si Ahaadees aur asaar is ke martaba-o-fazeelat aur manqabat ko shadd-o-madd se saabit karte hain aur Nabi Akram (ﷺ) ki duaaein dalaalat karti hain keh Madinah Munawwarah duniya wa aakhirat ki bhalaiyon ka jaame hai.

Hazrat Aisha (ﻋﻧﮩﺎ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki aik riwaayat mein aata hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne dua karte hue farmaaya:

 

اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَحُبِّنَا مَكَّةَ أَوْ أَشَدَّ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا، وَفِي مُدِّنَا، وَصَحِّحْهَا لَنَا وَانْقُلْ حُمَّاهَا إِلَى الْجُحْفَةِ

 

“Aey Allah! Madinah ki muhabbat Hamaaray dilon mein Makkah ki muhabbat se bhi badha day. Aey Allah! Hamaaray ghalla-o-pedaawaar mein barkat farma aur is ki aab-o-hawwa ko Hamaaray mawaafiq bana day aur is ka mosami bukhaar “Jufah” mein muntaqil farma de.”

Allah Ta’ala ne apne pyaare Rasool (ﷺ) ki dua qubool farmaai. Is mubaarak aur paakeeza dua ke nateeja mein Madinah Munawwara ki maeeshat roz afzun hai aur is ki muhabbat har Musalmaan ke dil mein kaainaat ke sab khitton se badh kar hai aur bohat dafa’a Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Madinah Munawwara ke liye barkat ki dua farmaai. Syedna Anas bin Maalik (ﷺ) se marwi hai keh unhon ne Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ko youn d’ua farmaatay suna:

 

‏ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ضِعْفَىْ مَا جَعَلْتَ بِمَكَّةَ مِنَ الْبَرَكَةِ ‏

 

“Aey Allah! Madinah mein Makkah se dugni barkat farma.”

Syedna Abdullah bin Zaid bin Asim (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se Nabi Akram (ﷺ) ka farmaan youn manqool hai:

 “Syedna Ibrahim (اﻟﺳﻼم ﻋﻠﯾہ) ne Makkah ko Haram qaraar diya tha aur Makkah waalon ke liye dua farmai thi. Main Madinah ko Haram qaraar deta hoon aur Main is ke rizq aur ghalla ke liye Makkah ke muqabla mein dugni barkat ki dua karta hoon.”

Syedna Abdullah bin Umar (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) farmatay hain:

“Main ne apne waalid-e-mohtaram Syedna Umar bin Khatab (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ko farmatay suna keh aik dafa Madinah mein shadeed qehat pad gaya aur mehengai ho gai to Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Aey Madinah walo! sabar karo aur khush raho kyun kay Main ne tumharay ghalla ke liye barkat ki dua ki hai. Mil kar khao. Akaile akaile na khao is tarah aik admi ka khana do ko kafi ho jaye ga aur do ka khana char ko kaafi hoga, isi tarah char ka khana panch chay admi kha sakein ge. Kyun kay ijtimaiyat mein barkat hoti hai.”

Aur Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se Sahih Muslim mein manqool hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ke daur mubaarak mein jab log naya phal dekhte to usay sab se pehlay Aap (ﷺ) ki khidmat mein paish karte, Rasool Allah (ﷺ) usay haath mubaarak mein pakad kar farmaatay:

 

“‏ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي ثَمَرِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مَدِينَتِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَبْدُكَ وَخَلِيلُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَإِنِّي عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَإِنَّهُ دَعَاكَ لِمَكَّةَ وَإِنِّي أَدْعُوكَ لِلْمَدِينَةِ بِمِثْلِ مَا دَعَاكَ لِمَكَّةَ وَمِثْلِهِ مَعَهُ ‏”‏

 

“Aey Allah! Hamaray liye Hamaray phalon mein barkat farma aur Hamaray Madene mein Hamaray liye  barkat farma aur Hamaray ghalla mein barkat farma aur Hamaray rizq mein barkat farma. Aey Allah! Ibrahim (اﻟﺳﻼم ﻋﻠﯾہ) tere bande Tere Khalil aur Tere Nabi thay aur Main bhi Tera bandah aur Tera Nabi hoon. Unhon ne Makkah Mukarramah ke liye Tujh se dua farmai thi. Main bhi Tujh se Madinah ke liye Ibrahim (ﻋﻠﯾہ اﻟﺳﻼم) ki barkat ki dua se dugni barkat talab karta hoon.”

 

Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) farmatay hain:

“Phir Aap sab se chote bachay ko bulatay aur usay woh phal khanay ke liye dete.”

Ilawa azeen Madinah Munawwara imaan ka gadh aur markaz hai. Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Imaan (qurb-e-qayamat) Madinah ki taraf youn laut aaye ga jaisay Sanp (khatray ke waqt) apne bil ki taraf laut ata hai.”

Yani jis tarah Sanp apne rizq ki talash mein bil se nikal kar idhar udhar phirta rehta hai. Phir jab usay koi  khatrah hota hai to foran apne bil ki taraf laut aata hai, isi tarah imaan Madinah se bahar nikal kar iknaf-e-arz mein phail jaye ga. Phir har sahib-e-imaan apne dil mein Nabi (ﷺ) ki muhabbat liye Madinah Munawwara ki taraf chala aye ga. Aur har daur mein aisa hi hota raha hai. Chunancha Nabi Akram (ﷺ) ke daur mein log Aap se talab-e-Ilm ke liye kushaan kushaan Madinah Munawwara jaya karte thay, Sahaba Kiraam (ﻋﻧﮩم ﷲ رﺿﯽ) aur Tabaiyn (ﷲ رﺣﻣﮩم) ke daur mein un se husool-e-Ilm ke liye aur un ke baad aaj tak Aap ki muttahar-o-muqaddas Masjid mein Namaz ki fazelat hasil karne ke liye.

Madinah Munawwara ki aik azeem fazeelat yeh bhi hai keh woh buray logon ko theharne nahi deta, paak baaz log hi wahan thehr satke hain. Syedna Jabir (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwayat hai keh aik Aarabi, Nabi (ﷺ) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur Aap se Islam ki bayt ki. Aglay din aya to usay bukhar chadha hua tha woh kehnay laga:

Ya Rasool Allah! meri bayt wapas kar de jiye. Aap ne inkar farmaya, teen dafa isi tarah hua phir Aap ne  farmaya:

“Madinah bhatti ki tarah mail kuchail door karta rehta hai aur pakeeza cheez hi ko baqi rakhta hai.”

Neez Aap ne farmaya:

“Madinah buray logon ko youn alag kar deta hai jis tarah aag chandi ki mail kuchail ko door kar deti hai.”  [Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 1384]

Aur jab bhi koi bura shakhs Madinah Munawwara se nikalta hai to Allah Taala us se behtar shakhs Madinah Munawwara mein la basata hai. Sahih Muslim mein Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwaayat hai keh  Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Aik zamana aye ga ke admi apne rishtedar se kahe ga:

Aao aao Madinah chod kar khushaal ilaqa mein chalay jaein. Kaash! unhein Ilm ho jaye keh Madinah un ke liye har haal mein behtar hoga. Qasam Us Zaat-e-Aqdas ki Jis ke haath mein Meri jaan hai! jo bhi shakhs Madinah ko na pasand karte hue is se niklay ga, Allah Taala us se behtar shakhs Madinah mein laa  basaye ga. Khabardar! yaqenan Madinah bhatti ki tarah hai jo buray logon ko nikaal bahar karta hai. Qurb-e-qayamat bhi Madinah buray logon ko aisay nikaal bahar kare ga jaisay bhatti lohay ki mail kuchail ko door kar deti hai.”

Albatta jo shakhs kisi aur maqsad ki khaatir Madinah Munawwara ki rihaaish chhode, us ke liye koi harj nahi.Kyunkay Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne na pasand karte hue ki qaid lagai hai. Is Hadees se yeh baat bakhobi wazeh hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) Madinah Munawwara ki rihaish ki taraf rughbat dila rahay hain kyunkay Aap Madinah ki dunyawi aur ukhrawi kher-e-khobi ko khoob samajhate thay. Syedna Saad Ibn Abi Waqas ( ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se marwi hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Jo shakhs tangi aur mushaqqat ke ba wajood Madinah mein thehra rahay ga, Main qayamat ke din us ka  sifarshi ya (farmaya keh) gawah hoon ga.”

Haqeeqat yeh hai keh Madinah Munawwara ke baasi ke liye sirf yehi khushkhabri kafi hai aur Madinah Munawwara ki fazeelat ke liye yehi bas hai. Sahaba kiraam (ﻋﻧﮩم ﷲ رﺿﯽ) Madinah Munawwara ki rihaaish ki  fazeelat jaantay thay, is liye ba wajood tangi-o-turshi ke is ki rihaaish ko tarjeeh dete thay aur agar koi shakhs kisi aur  shehar mein jaane ka iraadah karta to woh usay aisa karne se roktay thay.

Hazrat Saeed Maqbari (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) apne waalid Abu Saeed Mehri (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) se riwaayat karte hain keh woh Harra  ke waaqia ke waqt Syedna Abbu Saeed Khudri (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki khidmat mein haazir hue aur un se Madinah Munawwara ki rihaish chod dainay ke baaray mein mashwara liya, kyun kay woh kaseer ul ayaal thay mehengaai bohat ziyaada ho gai thi aur unhon ne guzaarish ki keh main in haalaat mein guzaaraa nahi kar sakta.

 

Aap farmaanay lage:

Afsos! main tujhe yeh mahswara nahi day sakta, kyun kay main ne Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ko farmaatay suna hai:

“Jo shakhs Madinah ki tangi-o-turshi par sabar kare aur yahin faut ho, Main qayamat ke din us ke liye sifarshi ya gawaah hoon ga bashart yeh ke woh Musalmaan ho.”

 

[Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 1374]

 

Nabi Akram (ﷺ) ne Madinah Munawwara mein wafaat ko mehboob qaraar diya hai. Chunancha farmaaya:

“Jis shakhs ke bas mein ho, woh Madinah mein faut ho kyunkay Main Madinah mein faut honay waalay ki ( qayaamat ke din ) sifarish karoon ga.”

Madinah Munawwara ki aik fazeelat yeh bhi hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne us shakhs ki muzammat farmaai  hai jo ahal-e-Madinah ko khaufzadah kare ya un se makr-o-fareb kare. Sahih Bukhari mein ‘Aisha bint-e-Saad ki riwayat hai keh main ne (apne waalid mohtaram) Syedna Saad bin Abi Waqas (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ )    ko farmatay suna ke main ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ko farmaatay suna hai:

“Jo shakhs ehl-e-Madinah se makr-o-fareb kare ga woh is tarah na ped ho jaye ga jis tarah namak paani mein hal ho jata hai.”

 

[Sahih Bukhari, Hadees: 1877]

 

Aur Imam Nisai (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) ne Syedna Saib bin Khalad (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki Hadees bayan farmai hai:

“Jo zaalim shakhs ehl-e-Madinah ko khaufzadah kare ga Allah Taala usay khaufzadah karein ge aur us par Allah Taala Farishton aur tamaam logon ki lanat ho gi. Aisay shakhs se koi farz ya nafil qubool nahi kiya jaye ga.”

 

[Sunan Kubra Nisaai, Hadees: 4266]

 

Hazrat Aamir bin Saad ki apne waalid mohtaram Saad bin Abi Waqas (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwaayat hai:

“Jo shakhs ehl-Madinah ke saath bad sulooki ka iraadah kare ga Allah Taala usay aag mein youn  phiglaaein ge jis tarah seesa pighal jaata hai ya jaisay namak paani mein hal ho jaata hai.” 

 

[Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 1363]

 

Aur had yeh hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne ehl-e-Madinah ko khaufzadah karna, khud Aan-Janab ko khaufzadah karne ke mutradif qaraar diya hai aur farmaya hai keh Allah Taala aisay shakhs se koi farz ya nafil qubool nahi farmaein ge. Chunancha Syedna Jabir bin Abdullah (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Jo shakhs ehl-e-Madinah ko khaufzadah kare ga us par Allah Taala Farishton aur sab logon ki taraf se lanat ho gi. Allah Taala us se koi farz ya nafil qubool nahi farmaein ge. Jis shakhs ne ehl-e-Madinah ko  khaufzadah kiya, youn samjhay us ne Is ko khaufzadah kiya.” Yeh farmatay hue Aap ne apni taraf ishara kiya.”

Aur aik Hadees mein Syedna Jabir (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se youn marawi hai keh unhon ne farmaya:

Halaak aur barbaad ho woh shakhs jis ne Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ko khaufzadah kiya. Hazrat Jabir (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ke  donon beton ya donon mein se kisi aik ne istafsaar kiya:

Abba jaan! Rasool Allah (ﷺ) to wafaat pa chuke hain, Aap ko khaufzadah karne ka kya matlab? Syedna  Jabir (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ne farmaya:

Main ne Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ko farmatay suna hai:

“Jis ne ehl-e-Madinah ko khaufzadah kiya, us ne khud Mujhe khaufzadah kiya.”

Madinah Munawwara ki aik fazeelat yeh bhi hai keh is mein Dajjal aur taoon dakhil nahi ho sakte, yeh  baat bohat si Sahih Ahadees mein mazkoor hai. Sahiheen mein Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se riwaayat hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Madinah ke raastoon par Farishtay muqarrar hain, is mein taoon aur Dajjal ka dakhla mumkin nahi.”

Hazrat Anas (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se bhi marawi yeh Hadees hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Dajjal har shehar mein hoga siwaye Makkah aur Madinah ke, kyunkay un ke rastoon par Frishtay saffein baandhay hifazat kar rahay hon ge woh aik nakaara si zameen mein padao dale ga. Phir Madinah  mein teen zalzalay aein ge jin ke dar se har kafir-o-munafiq Madinah se nikal kar Dajjal se ja mile ga (aur Madinah Munawwara pak ho jaye ga).”

Sahih Bukhari mein Syedna Abu Bakr (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se manqool hai keh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Madinah mein Dajjal ka roab daakhil na ho ga, un dinon Madinah ke saat darwazay hon ge har  darwaazay par do Farishtay muqarrar hon ge.”

In tamaam fazail ke ilawa do aisi azeem fazelatein hain jin ke masawi koi dosri fazelat nahi aur woh  yeh keh Madinah Munawwara mein Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ka roza mubarak aur Aap ki muqaddas Masjid mojood hain. In sha Allah un ka zikar hum alag tor par karein ge.

 

Imam Malik bin Anas (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) se Madinah ki fazeelat youn manqool hai:

Madinah Munawwara Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ki hijrat gah aur Aap ki sunnat ka markaz hai, is ke har taraf Shuhada (Sahaba) madfoon hain, Allah Azzawajal ne usay apne pyare Nabi (ﷺ) ke liye pasand farmaaya hatta keh Aap ki qabar mubaarak bhi yahin bani, is mein رَوْضَة مِّنْ رِیَاضِ الْجَنَّة bhi hai aur minbar-e- Rasool (ﷺ) bhi. Is ke ilawa is mein Masjid-e-Quba bhi hai.

 


 

✦ Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki Madinah Munawwara se muhabbat

 


 

Madinah Munawwara ke baray mein Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ke faramain aur Aap ki duaon se, Madinah Munawwara se Aap ki muhabbat bilkul ayaan hai. Aap ne ba nafs-e-nafees dua farmai thi:

 

اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَحُبِّنَا مَكَّةَ أَوْ أَشَدَّ

 

“Aey Allah Madinah ki muhabbat Hamaaray dilon mein Makkah ki muhabbat se bhi badha day.”

 

[Sahih Bukhari, Hadees: 1889, Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 1376]

 

Aur Aap ke Mustajab al dawaat honay mein koi shak nahi. bohat si Ahadees Madinah Munawwara se Aap ki muhabbat par dalalat karti hain. Aap ka yeh farmaan mulahiza ki jiye:

“Madinah meri hijrat gaah hai, is mein mera mustaqil ghar hai, is se Main uthaya jaon ga, is ke bashinday Mere padosi hain aur meri ummat par farz hai keh woh mere padosion ka lihaz rakhein.”

Is Hadees se muhabbat ke jazbaat saaf zaahir ho rahay hain jo keh mohtaaj-e-daleel-o-tashreeh nahi. Syedna Anas (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki aik Hadees is muhabbat ko saratan bayan karti hai keh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) jab safar se wapas tashreef latay aur Madinah ke dar-o-diwaar par nazar padtee to Aap Madinah Munawwara ki muhabbat ki wajah se Apni Ountni ko tez chalate aur agar kisi dusray chopaye par sawaar hotay to usay  eed lagatay.

 ✦ Aap (ﷺ) ka Madinah ko Haram qaraar dena

 


 

Madinah Munawwara ka Haram hona agarchay is ke azeem fazail mein shamil hai magar hum is ki khaas  ahmiyat ki wajah se is ke liye alag unwan qaim kar rahay hain, neez is liye bhi ke is ke saath kuch sharai ahkam ka bhi talluq hai.

Madinah Munawwara ka Haram hona sahih ahadees se sabit hai, syedna Abdullah bin Zaid bin Asim (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki hadees mein sarahat hai keh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Syedna Ibrahim (اﻟﺳﻼم ﻋﻠﯾہ) ne Makkah ko Haram qaraar diya tha aur Makkah walon ke liye dua ki thi, aur Main ne Madinah ko usi tarah Haram qaraar diya hai aur is ke ghalla aur rizq ke liye Makkah se dugni barkat ki dua ki hai.”

Yeh Hadees un ulama ki daleel hai jo Madinah Munawwara ko Haram tasleem karte hain aur jamhoor ehl-e-Ilm is ke qail hain, Is Hadees ko das se zaaid Sahaba kiram (ﻋﻧﮩم ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se naqal farmaya hai.

 

Sahiheen mein Syedna Ali bin Abi Talib (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ki riwayat hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

 

“الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَمٌ مَا بَيْنَ عَيْرٍ إِلَى ثَوْرٍ فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفًا وَلاَ عَدْلاً”

 

“Madinah Ayr pahaad se Thawr pahaad tak Haram hai. Jo shakhs is mein fasaad kare ya kisi fasaadi ko thikhaana muhayya kare us par Allah Ta’ala Farishton aur sab logon ki taraf se laanat hai. Qayaamat ke din  Allah Ta’ala is se koi farz-o-nafil qubool nahi farmaaein ge.”

“Ayr” aur “Thawr” ke mahal-e-wuqu ke baaray mein tafseeli maloomaat aagay aa rahi hain. Sahiheen mein  Syedna Abu Huraira (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) ka farmaan hai:

 

“Agar main madinah Munawwara mein Hirniyon ko charte hue daikhon to un ko na bhagaun kyun kay Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne farmaya hai:

“Madinah ke do pathreele maidaanon ka darmiyaani ilaaqa Haram hai.”

Is se saaf pata chalta hai keh Madinah Munawwara ke jaanwar aur darakht qabil-e-ehitram hain. Madinah Munawwara ke Haram honay ka laazmi nateeja hai keh Madinah Munawwara ke kisi shikaar ko khaufzadah na kiya jaye, is ke darakht na kaatay jaein aur yahaan ki giri padi cheez na uthai jaye jaisa keh Makkah Mukarramah ke Haram ka hukum hai kyunkay Syedna Ali bin Abi Talib (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) se marawi hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Madinah ke Haram mein ghaas na kaati jaaye, shikaar ko na daraaya jaaye aur giri padi cheez na uthaai jaaye illa yeh keh e’laan karne waala is ko uthaaye aur kisi ke liye jaaiz nahi keh is mein ladaai ke liye asleh a uthaaye ya kisi darakht ko kaatay albatta apne Ount ko pattay waghera khila sakta hai.”

Syedna Jabir bin Abdullah (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) riwaayat hai keh Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

“Allah ke Rasool ke qaraar daadah Haram se darakhton ke pattay jhaday jaein na unhein kaata jaye albatta darakht ko halkay se hilaya ja sakta hai. (Phir jo pattay apne aap gir padein woh janwaron ko khila diye jaein)”

In Tamaam ahadees se waazeh hai keh Madinah Munawwara Haram hai is ka shikaar darakht aur ghaas sab kuch qaabil-e-ihtram hai aur darja ke lihaaz se yeh riwayaat Haram qaraar dainay wali riwayaat se kam nahi. 

Shaikh Ibn Uthaymin (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) farmatay hain:

Sahih qaul yehi hai keh Haram Madinah mein shikaar karna jaaiz nahi hai. Albatta (is ke shikaar ki jaza ke  baray mein) durust baat yeh hai keh is mein koi tawaan nahi dena pade ga lekin agar Hakim shikaar karne waalay ko saza dena chaahay aur is se is ka samaan waghera zabt kar le to koi harj nahi. Tojeeh Al-Raaghbain Ilaa Ikhtiyaaraat Al-Shaikh Ibn Uthaymin, S: 244.

 


 

✦ Jabal-e-Ayr

 


 

“‘Ayr” ain ke fatah ke saath. Madinah Munawwara ke junoob mein waaqe yeh pahaad Haram Madinah ki junoobi jaanib ki had hai. Nabi Akram (ﷺ) safar-e-hijrat mein is ki mashriqi jaanib se guzray thay. Hadees shareef mein mazkoor hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne Ayr aur Thawr ke darmiyaani ilaaqa ko Haram qaraar  diya hai. Waadi-e-Raanuna is ke mashriqi daaman se behti hai.

Qaazi Iyaaz (ﷲ رﺣﻣہ) kehte hain:

“Yeh baat maroof hai keh “‘Ayr” Madinah Munawwara mein waaqe hai is ke inkaar ki koi gunjaaish nahi aur  Shuraa-e-Arab ke kalaam mein bhi is pahaad ka zikar milta hai.”2

✦ Jabal-e-Thawr

 


 

Yeh baat tay shuda hai keh safar-e-hijrat mein Rasool Allah (ﷺ) aur Aap ke pyaare saathi Syedna Abu  Bakar Siddiq (ﻋﻧہ ﷲ رﺿﯽ) jis ghaar mein chupay rahay thay woh ghaar, Jabal-e- Thawr mein hai aur woh Jabal-e-Thawr Makkah mein waaqe’ hai. Aik aur Thawr naami pahaad Madinah Munawwara mein bhi hai jo ke ehl-e-Madinah ke haan zamaana-e-jaahiliyyat mein is naam se maroof tha aur daur-e-Islaam mein bhi isi naam se mashoor hai. Bail ke mushaabah sidha surkh rang ka yeh chota sa pahaad Jabal-e-uhad ki pichli jaanib waaqe’ hai.

Jab “Thawr” ki izaafat aur nisbat Jabal ki taraf ho (yani “Jabal-e- Thawr” kaha jaye) to us waqt Madinah Munawwarah waala pahaad muraad hota hai aur jo Makkah waala “Thawr” hai woh baghair izaafat ke bola  jaata hai.

Is tareeqay se donon (Makkah Mukarramah aur Madinah Munawwara ke Thawr) ke darmiyaan farq waazeh ho jaata hai aur koi ashkaal baaqi nahi rehta. Hadees shareef mein hai keh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne Ayr aur Thawr ke darmiyaani ilaaqa ko Haram qaraar diya hai.

Haaji camp aur hawaai adday se guzar kar Jaddah jaane waali sadak is Jabal-e-Thawr ke shumaal se guzarti  hai. Is sadak ko Jabal-e-Thawr ki pichli jaanib se guzaarne ka maqsad yehi hai keh ghair Muslim hudood-e-Haram-e-Madinah ke baahar se guzar jaaein.
