Sha’baan Roza Ki Wajah Se Fazilat Aur Imtiyaaz Wala Mahina He,Is Maah Me Kasrat Se Rozah Rakhne Par Mutaddad Sahih Ahaadees Marwi He Jin Me Bukhari Sharif Muslim Sharif Ki Rivayaat Bhi He Bukhari Sharif Me Aaisha RA Se Rivayat He.

 

أن عائشة رضي الله عنها حدثته قالت: لم يكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يصوم شهرا أكثر من شعبان،فإنه كان يصوم شعبان كله.(صحيح البخاري:١٩٧٠)

 

Tarjumah: Aaisha RA Bayaan Karti He Ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Sha’baan Se Ziyadah Kisi Mahine Me Rozah Nahi Rakha Karte The Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Sha’baan Ke Mahine Me Taqreeban Pura Mahina Roza Rakha Karte The.

Aur Muslim Sharif Me Umme Salma RA Se Marwi He.

 

سألت عائشة رضي الله عنها عن صيام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقالت كان يصوم حتى نقول:قد صام. ويفطر حتى نقول: قد افطر. ولم أره صائما من شهر قط أكثر من صيامه من شعبان كله كان يصوم شعبان الا قليلا.(صحيح مسلم:١١٥٦)

 

Tarjumah: Mene Aaisha RA Se Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ke Rozo Ke Bare Me Dariyaafat Kiya To Woh Kehne Lagi:Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Roze Rakhne Lagte To Ham Kehti Ke Aap To Roze Hi Rakhte Hai, Aur Jab Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Roza Chhorte To Ham Kehte Ke Ab Nahi Rakhenge,Mene Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ko Sha’baan Ke Mahine Se Ziyadah Kisi Aur Mahina Me Ziyadah Roze Rakhte Hue Nahi Dekha,Aap Sara Sha’baan Hi Roza Rakhte The, Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Sha’baan Me Aksar Ayyam Rozah Rakha Karte The.

Tirmizi Sharif Me Umme Salma RA Se Rivayat He:

ما رأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يصوم شهرين متتابعين إلا شعبان و رمضان.(صحيح الترمذي:٧٣٦)

Tarjumah: Mene Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ko Kabhi Bhi 2 Maah Musalsal Rozah Rakhte Hue Nahi Dekha Lekin Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Sha’baan Ko Ramazaan Ke Sath Milaya Karte The.

In Saari Hadees Se Sirf Rozah Rakhne Ka Suboot Milta He Yani Sha’baan Ka Aksar Rozah Rakhna Aur Jin Rivaayato Me Pura Sha’baan Rozah Rakhne Ka Zikar He Unse Bhi Muraad Sha’baan Ka Aksar Rozah Rakhna He.

Is Maah Me Bakasrat Rozah Rakhne Ki Hikmat Par Usamah Bin Zaid RA Se Marwi He:

يا رسول الله ! لم ارك تصوم شهرا من الشهور ما تصوم من شعبان؟! قال:ذالك شهر يغفل الناس عنه بين رجب و رمضان،وهو شهر ترفع فيه الأعمال الى رب العالمين،فأحب أن يرفع عملى وانا صائم.

Tarjumah: Mene Allah Ke Rasool Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Se Pucha Ke Aap Jitne Roze Sha’baan Me Rakhte Hai Kisi Aur Mahina Me Itne Roze Nahi Rakhte? Aap Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ne Jawaab Me Farmaya: Yah Aysa Mahina He Jis Me Log Gaflat Ka Shikaar Ho Jate Hai Jo Rajab Aur Ramazan Ke Darmiyaan He,Yah Aysa Mahina He Jis Me Aamaal Rabbul Aalameen Ki Taraf Uthaae Jate Hai,Me Yah Pasand Karta Hu Ke Mere Aamaal Roze Ki Haalat Me Uthaae Jaae.

Khulasa E Kalaam Yah Hua Ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ki Iqtida Me Hame Maah E Sha’baan Me Sirf Roze Ka Ahtimaam Karna Chaahiye Woh Bhi Bakasrat Aur Kisi Ayse Amal Ko Anjaam Nahi Dena Chaahiye Jin Ka Saboot Nahi He.

 

DUSRA NUKTA: AADHE SHA’BAAN KE BAAD ROZAH RAKHNA

 

Upar Wali Ahaadees Se Maloom Hua Ke Sha’baan Ka Aksar Rozah Rakhna Masnoon He Magar Kuch Aysi Rivayaat Bhi He Jin Me Aadhe Sha’baan Ke Baad Rozah Rakhne Ki Mumaniat Aai He.

Abu Hurairah RA Farmate Hai Ke Allah Ke Rasool Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ne Farmaya:

 

إذا بقي نصف شعبان فلا تصوموا. (صحيح الترمذي:٧٣٨)

 

Tarjumah: Jab Aadha Sha’baan Baqi Reh Jaae (Yani Aadha Sha’baan Guzar Jaae)To Rozah Na Rakho.

Is Maani Ka Kai Rivayaat He Jo Alfaaz Ke Farq Ke Sath Abu Dawood,Nasaai,Bayhaqi, Ahmed,Ibne Abi Shaibah, Aur Ibne Hibban Wagairah Ne Rivaayat Kiya He. Is Hadees Ki Sahat Aur Zauf Ke Mutalliq Ulma Ke Darmiyaan Ikhtilaaf Paya Jata He Sahih Qaraar Dene Walo Me Imaam Tirmizi,Imaam Ibne Hibban,Imaam Tahawi, Abu A’wana, Imaam Ibne Abdul Bar, Imaam Ibne Hazm, Allama Ahmed Shakir, Allama Albani, Allama Ibne Baaz Aur Allama Shuaib Arnaut Wagairah Hai Jab Ke Dusri Taraf Zaeef Qaraar Dene Wale Abdur Rahmaan Bin Mahdi, Imaam Ahmed, Abu Zar’a Razi,Imaam Asram, Ibnul Jawzi, Bayhaqi, Ibne Muin, Aur Shaikh Usaimeen Wagairahum Hai.

Ibne Rajab Ne Kaha Ke Is Hadees Ki Sahat Aur Amal Ke Mutalliq Ikhtilaaf He Jinhone Tashih Ki Woh Tirmizi, Ibne Hibban,Haakim, Tahaawi Aur Ibne Abdul Bar Hai Aur Jinhone Is Hadees Par Kalaam Kiya He Woh In Logo Se Ziyadah Bare Aur Ilm Wale Hai Un Logo Ne Hadees Ko Munkar Kaha He,Woh Hai Abdur Rahman Bin Mahdi, Imaam Ahmed,Abu Zur’a Razi,Asram.

Is Wajah Se Yah Rivayat Munkar Aur Naqaabil E Hujjat He Agar Mumaniat Wali Rivaayat Ko Sahih Maan Liya Jaae Jaisa Ke Bahut Se Muhaddeseen Iski Sahat Ke Bhi Qaail Hai To Is Bina Par Yah Kaha Jaae Ga Ke Is Mumaniat Se Chand Log Alag Hai Jo Mundarja Zail Hai.

 

(1) Jise Roze Rakhne Ki Aadat Ho,Example Koi Shakhas Peer Jumerat Ka Rozah Rakhne Ka Aadi Ho To Woh Shakhas Aadhe Sha’baan Ke Baad Bhi Rozah Rakhe Ga.

(2) Jis Ne Aadhe Sha’baan Se Pehle Roze Rakhne Shuru Kar Diye Aur Aadhe Sha’baan Se Pehle Ko Baad Wale Se Mila Diya.

(3) Is Se Ramadan Ki Qaza Aur Nazar Me Roze Rakhne Wala Bhi Alag Hoga.

(4) Nabi Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ki Ittib’a Me Sha’baan Ka Aksar Rozah Rakhna Chaahe Rakh Sakta He Is Haal Me Ke Ramadan Ke Roze Ke Liye Kamzor Na Ho Jaae.

 

TEESRA NUKTA: AADHE SHA’BAAN KA ROZAH

 

Aysi Koi Sahih Hadees Se Saabit Nahi He Jis Se 15wi Sha’baan Ko Rozah Rakhne Ki Daleel Banti Ho,Sahih Ahaadees Se Sha’baan Ka Aksar Rozah Rakhne Ki Daleel Milti He Jaisa Ke Upar Bahut Si Alag Alag Hadees Guzri Hai. Jo Log Rozah Rakhne Ke Liye Sha’baan Ki 15wi Date Mutaiyyan Karte Hai Woh Deen Me Bid’at Ka Irtikaab Karte Hai Aur Bid’at Maujab E Jahnnam He. Agar Koi Kahe Ke 15wi Sha’baan Ko Rozah Rakhne Se Mutalliq Hadees Milti He To Me Kahunga Ke Aysi Rivaayat Ghadi Hui Aur Banawati He. Jo Ghadi Hui Rivaayat Ko Nabi Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ki Taraf Mansoob Kare Uska Thikana Jahnnam He.

 

CHHOTHA NUKTA:AADHI SHA’BAAN KI RAAT QIYAAM

 

Jhuthi Aur Man Gharat Rivayato Ko Buniyaad Bana Kar Aadha Sha’baan Ki Raat Mukhtalif Qisam Ki Makhsoos Ibaadate Anjaam Di Jati Hai. Ibne Majah Ki Rivaayat He:

إذا كانت ليلة النصف من الشعبان فقوموا ليلها وصوموا نهارها.(ضعيف ابن ماجه:٢٦١)

 

Tarjumah:– Jab Aadha Sha’baan Ki Raat Aae To Us Me Qiyaam Karo Aur Din Ka Rozah Rakho.

Yah Rivaayat Ghadi Hui He Kuy Ke Isme Ek Rawi Abu Bakar Bin Muhammad Rivayate Ghadne Wala Tha.

Is Raat Alfiya Ki Namaaz Yani Ek Hazaar Rakaat Wali Makhsoos Tariqe Ki Namaaz Parhi Jati He,

Kuch Log 100 Rakat Aur Kuch Log 14 Aur Kuch 12 Rakat Bhi Parhte Hai Is Qism Ki Koi Makhsoos Ibaadat Nabi Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Aur Aap Ke Ashaab Rizwaanullahi Alyhimul Ajmaeen Se Manqool Nahi He. Isi Tarah Is Raat Ijtimaai Zikar,Ijtimaai Dua,Ijtimaai Qura’an Khawani Aur Ijtimaai Amal Ka Koi Saboot Nahi He.

 

PAANCHWA NUKTA: SHABE BARAAT KA TASWWUR

 

15wi Sha’baan Ki Raat Ko Mukhtalif Naamo Se Mausoom Kiya Jata He. Maslan Laylatul Almubaraka (Barkato Wali Raat) Laylatulsak(Taqseem Umoor Ki Raat) Laylatur Rahma(Nuzool E Rehmat Ki Raat)Ek Naam Shabe Baraat(Jahnnam Se Najaat Ki Raat)Bhi He Jo Zabaan Zid Khaas Aur Aam He. Haqeeqat Me Un Naamo Ki Shari’at Me Koi Haisiyat Nahi He.

Laylatul Mubaraka Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat Ko Nahi Kaha Jata He Balke Shabe Qadr Ko Kaha Jata He Allah Ka Farmaan He:

انا أنزلناه في ليلة مباركة انا كنا منذرين.(الدخان:٣)

 

Tarjumah: Yaqeenan Ham Ne Is(Qura’an) Ko Ba-barkat Raat Me Naazil Kiya He Kuy Ke Ham Daraane Wale Hai.

Allah Ne Qur’an Ko Laylatul Mubaraka Yani Laylatul Qadr Me Naazil Kiya Jaisa Ke Dusri Jagah Allah Ka Irshaad He:

انا أنزلناه في ليلة القدر.(القدر:١)

 

Tarjumah:- Ham Ne Is (Qur’an) Ko Qadr Wali Raat Me Naazil Kiya He.

 

Taqseem E Umoor Bhi Shab E Qadr Me Hi Hoti He Na Ke Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat Aur Use Laylatur Rahma Kehne Ki Bhi Koi Daleel Nahi. Jaha Tak Shabe Baraat Ki Baat He,To Woh Bhi Saabit Nahi He, Iske Liye Jo Daleel Di Jati He Zaeef He. Aage Is Hadees Ki Wazaahat Aae Gi.

 

CHHATTA NUKTA: AADHE SHA’BAAN KI RAAT QABRASTAAN KI ZIYAARAT

 

Tirmizi Me Aaisha RA Se Rivaayat He:

فقدت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليلة فخرجت فإذا هو في البقيع.

 

Tarjumah: Ek Raat Mene Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ko Apne Pehlu Se Gaaib Paya Talaash Kiya To Aap Ko Baqee[Qabrastaan] Me Paya.

Yah Rivaayat Aadhe Sha’baan Se Mutalliq He Is Hadees Ko Buniyaad Bana Kar 15wi Sha’baan Ki Raat Qabarstaan Ki Safaai Hoti He,Qabro Ki Potaai Ki Jati He,Waha Bijli Aur Qumqume Lagaae Jate Hai Aur Aurat Aur Mard Ek Sath Qabrastaan Ki Ziyaarat Karte Hai Jab Ke Mazkoorah Hadees Zaeef He. Is Par Amal Nahi Kiya Jaae Ga Qabro Ki Ziyaarat Kabhi Bhi Masnoon He Is Ke Liye Taarikh Mutaiyyan Karna Bid’at Hai Aur Aurat Aur Mard Ke Ikhtilaat Ke Sath Ziyaarat Karna,Qabr Par Mela Thela Lagana Kabhi Bhi Jaiz Nahi He.

 

SAATWA NUKTA: AATISH BAAZI

 

Sha’baan Me Jis Qadr Bid’aat Aur Khuraafaat Ki Anjaam Dahi Par Paise Kharch Kiye Jate Hai Agar Us Tarah Ramzaanul Mubaarak Me Sadqa Aur Khairaat Kar Diya Jata To Bahut Se Garibo Ko Raahat Naseeb Hoti Aur Zakhira E Aakhirat Bhi Ho Jata Magar Jaise Fuzool Kharchi Yani Shaitaani Kaam Pasand Ho Woh Ramazaan Ka Sadqa Aur Khairaat Kaha,Sha’baan Me Aatishbaazi Ko Hi Pasand Kare Ga. Maah E Sha’baan Shuru Hote Hi Patakhe Chhorna Shuru Ho Jate Hai Zara Tasawwur Kare Is Waqt Se Le Kar Sha’baan Bhar Me Kis Qadr Fuzool Kharchi Hoti Hogi? Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat Ke Patakhe Baazi Ki Had Hi Nahi Is Se Hone Wale Mali Nuqsaanaat Ke Alawah Jismani Nuqsaanaat Apni Jagah.

 

AATHWA NUKTA: MAKHSOOS PAKWAAN AUR RUHO KI AAMAD

 

Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Bid’aat Me Qism Qism Ke Khane,Halwe Puri Aur Qism Qism Ke Dinar Taiyyar Karna He, Use Fuqra Aur Masaakin Me Taqseem Karte Hai Aur Yah Aqeedah Rakhte Hai Ke Ruhe Aati He,Baye Sabab Unke Liye Fatiha Khuwani Ki Jati He Yah Bhi Aqeedah Rakhte Hai Ke Agar Aaj Halwa Puri Na Banaai Jaae To Ruhe Diwaare Chaatti He. Khana Pakane Ke Liye Taarikh Mutaiyyan Karna Aur Mutaiyyan Taarikh Me Fuqra Me Taqseem Karna,Is Khane Par Faatiha Parhna,Fatiha Shuda Khana Murdo Ko Isaal E Sawaab Karna Sab Ke Sab Bidai Umoor Hai Aur Yah Jaan Le Ke Marne Ke Baad Rooh Duniya Me Laut Kar Nahi Aati,Qur’an Me Mutaddad Aayat Waarid Hai Jaisa Ke Allah Ka Farmaan He:

كلا انها كلمة هو قائلها ومن ورائهم برزخ الي يوم يبعثون.(المومنون:١٠٠)

 

Tarjumah: Hargiz Nahi, Yah Bas Ek Baat He Jo Woh Bik Raha He Ab In Sab(Marne Walo) Ke Piche Ek Barzakh Haail He Dusri Zindagi Ke Din Tak.

 

NAWWA NUKTA: KIYA AADHI SHA’BAAN KO ALLAH AASMAAN E DUNIYA PAR NUZOOL KARTA HE?

 

Ek Rivaayat Bare Zaur Shor Se Paish Ki Jati He:

إن الله ليطلع في ليلة النصف من شعبان فيغفر لجميع خلقه الا لمشرك اؤ مشاحن.(سنن ابن ماجه:١٣٩٠)

 

Tarjumah: Allah Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat(Apne Bando Par)Nazar Farmata He Fir Mushrik Aur(Musalmaan Bhai Se)Dushmani Rakhne Wale Ke Siwa Sari Makhlooq Ki Magfirat Kar Deta He.

Is Hadees Ko Albaani Sahab Ne Hasan Qaraar Diya He Jab Ke Is Me Mashhoor Zaeef Raavi Ibne Lahiya He Aur Dusre Jami Turq Me Bhi Zaeef He. Aaisha RA Ke Tareeq Se Yah Rivaayat Aai He.

 

إن الله تعالى ينزل ليلة النصف من شعبان الى السماء الدنيا، فيغفر لأكثر من عدد شعر غنم كلب.(ضعيف ابن ماجه:٢٦٢)

 

Tarjumah: Allah Ta’la Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat Ko Aasmaan E Duniya Par Utarta He Aur Kalb Qabeelah Ki Bakriyo Ke Balo Ki Tadaad Se Ziyadah Logo Ko Maaf Farmata He.

Use Shaikh Albaani Ne Zaeef Kaha He,Imaam Bukhari RH Ne Bhi Sanad Me Inqita Ka Zikar Kiya He Jis Ki Wajah Se Yah Zaeef He.

Bahar Haal! Aadhe Sha’baan Ki Raat Aasmaan E Duniya Par Allah Ke Nuzool Ki Koi Khaas Daleel Nahi He Albatta Is Hadees Ko Umoom Me Daakhil He Jis Me Zikar He Ke Allah Har Raat Tanhaai Hisse Me Aasmaan Duniya Par Nuzool Karta He.

 

DASWA NUKTA: 15rWi SHA’BAAN SE MUTALLIQ AHAADEES KA HUKAM

 

Aakhri Nukte Me Yah Baat Waazeh Kar Du Ke Aadhe Sha’baan Ke Din Ya Us Ki Raat Se Mutalliq Koi Bhi Sahih Hadees Nahi He Qabeela Kalb Ki Bakri Ke Balo Ke Baraabar Magfirat Wali Hadees,Musrik Aur Bugz Wale Alawah Sab Ki Magfirat Wali Hadees, Saal Bhar Ke Maut Aur Zindagi Ka Faisla Karne Wali Hadees,Is Din Ke Rozah Se 60 Saal Agle Pichle Gunaaho Ki Magfirat Ki Hadees,12-14-100 Aur 1000 Rakat Nafil Parhne Wali Hadees Ya Aadhe Sha’baan Par Qiyaam Aur Siyaam Aur Ajar O Sawaab Se Mutalliq Koi Bhi Hadees Qaabil E Hujjat Nahi He.

Is Wajah Se 15 Sha’baan Ke Din Me Koi Makhsoos Amal Anjaam Dena Ya 15 Sha’baan Ki Raat Me Koi Makhsoos Ibaadat Karna Jaiz Nahi He. Sha’baan Ke Mahine Me Nabi Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Se Sirf Aur Sirf Bakasrat Rozah Rakhne Ka Saboot Milta He Lihaza Musalmaano Ko Isi Amal Par Iktifa Karna Chaahiye Aur Bid’at Aur Khuraafaat Ko Anjaam De Kar Pehle Se Jama Ki Koi Neki Ko Bhi Barbaad Nahi Karna Chaahiye.
