02. Fizul Kharchi.

* Fazool Kharchi *

 

Bachon kay chor aur mujrim ban’nay ka doosra sabab maan baap ka behad laad aur payaar aur inhain zaroorat say zayaada jaib kharch deina hai. Is ka natijah ye hota hai keh olaad ghalat adaat ka shikaar ban jaati hai, inki is asraaf aur fazool kharchi ki bina par deegar awaara ladkay inkay qareebi saathi ban jaatay hain, wo inhain buray atwaar ka aadi bana deitay hain. In mein umangon, aur armaano ka aik sumandar thaatay maarnay lagta hai, inki khawaahishaat ko par lag jaatay hain, aisay bachay jo fazooliyat kay aadi ban jaatay hain, jab inhain apni Fazool kharchiyon kay liye paisay nahin miltay to wo chori par utar aatay hain, aur naye naye cheezain chura kar apnay waalidain ki khidmat mein ye kehtay hue paish kartay hain keh inhain falaan dost nay ye hadiya diya hai, ya ye cheez falaan jagah giri hui mili. Maan baap is aarzu kay saath “Ye hadiye aur tohfay ” qubool kar letay hain keh Allah karay keh hadiyon ka ye sunahri dor hamaaray laal par hameisha sada bahaar rahay. Lekin inki ye khush gumaanian is waqt khaak mein mil jaati hain jab inhain kisi police station say ye khabar milti hai keh inka laal police hawaalaat mein ” Sarkaari mehmaan” bana hua hai, is waqt wo apna sar peet letay hain waalidain kay lie zaroori hai keh wo apnay bachon ko fazool kharchi say mehfooz rakhnay liye khud fazooliyat say door rahain, kiyunk israaf o tabzeer say tangi peda hoti hai.

 

Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:

 

(﴿ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلى عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطُهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَحْسُورًا ) ( بنی اسرائیل : 29

 

Tum apna haath (bakheeli say) apnai gardan say bandha hua na rakho aur na hi (fazool kharchi say) issay bilkul hi khol do keh phir logon ki malaamat kay mustahiq ho kar aa’jiz aur darmaanda ho kar beith jao.

In ayaat kay tafseer kartay hue mash’hoor Muhaqiq aur Aalim-e-Deen Hafiz Salaah-u-Deen Yousaf Sahab farmaatay hain:

“In ayaat mein infaaq ka adab bayaan kiya ja raha hai keh insaan na bukhal karay keh apnay ahl o ayaal ki zarooriyat par bhi na kharch karay aur na fazool kharchi par utar aye keh gunjaaish deikhay baghair hi beidaraigh kharch karta rahay. Bukhal ka natijah ye ho ga keh insaan qaabil e malaamat o nadaamat qaraar paye ga aur fazool kharchi kay natijah mein thaka haara aur pachtaanay wala. Mahsoor, is jaanwar ko kehtay hain jo chal chal kar thak chuka ho, fazool

Kharchi karnay waala bhi bilaakhir khaali haath beith jaata hai.

Aik aur maqaam par Allah Ta’ala nay fazool kharchi karnay waalon ko shaitan ka bhai qaraar diya hai.

 

Farmaan-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

 

﴿ وَلَا تُبَدِّرُ تَبْذِيرًا مَا إِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوا إِخْوَانَ الشَّيطِينِ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهِ كَفُورًا ﴾ ( بنی اسرائیل : 27-26)

 

Aur israaf-o-be ja kharch say bacho. Be ja kharch karnay waalay shaitaanon kay bhaai hain aur shaitaan apnay parwerdigaar ka bada hi naashukra hai.

 

Fazool kharchi Allah Ta’ala ko behad naapasand hai. Aik Hadees main Rasool Ullah (ﷺ) ka irshaad-e-garaami hai:

 

إن الله يرضى لكم ثلاثا ويكره لكم ثلاثا ، فيرضى لكم أن تعبدوه ، ولا تشركوا به شيئا ، وأن تعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا ، . ويكره لكم : قيل وقال ، وكثرة السؤال ، وإضاعة المال ،
(مسلم / حدیث نمبر 1340 )

 

Allah Ta’ala nay tumharay liye teen(3) cheezain pasand ki hain aur teen(3) cheezain naapasand ki hain.

Jo cheezain pasand ki hain wo ye keh:

 

1- Sirf tum issi ki ibaadat karo aur is kay saath kissi ko shareek na tehrao.

2- Tum tamaam mil kar Allah Ta’al ki rassi ko mazbooti say thaam lo aur apas main fiqay baazi na karo.

3- Aur apnay haakimon ki (naiki kay kaamon main) ittaa’at karo.

 

Aur teen(3) cheezain jo is nay tumharay liye naapasand ki hain, wo ye hain:

 

1- Behs-o-mubaahisay.

2- Kasrat say (be kaar-o-laa ya’ni) sawaalaat karna.

3- Maal fazool kharch karna.

Fazool kharchi, chori, dhoka dahi aur in jesi dasiyon buri aadaton ki jad hai, is liye waalidain apni olaad ki nigraani karain inhain jaib kharch kay liye itnay paisay dain keh Olaad ko mehroomi ka ehsaas na ho, aur na hi itnay zayaada dain keh wo fazool kharchi ka shikaar ho jayen, Allah na karay, agar ghalat tareeqay say bachon nay koi cheez li ho to inhain muhabbat say smjha kar issay waapis karwayen, takeh waalidain ki sakhti aur baaz pursi ki wajah say bachon ki kabhi chori aur dhoka dahi par jurrat na ho.

Agar bachon main waalidain Allah Ta’ala kay muraaqbay ka ehsaas peda karain to bachay na sirf aaindah zindagi main in buray kaamon say door rahain gain balkay sadaaqat-o-shujaa’t ki aik misaal ban jayen gain.

Hamain chaahiye keh apni olaad ki parwarish inhin darkhashaan usool par karain jin par chaltay hue hamaray aslaaf nay aik aisi nasal ko duniya kay saamnay paish kiya jin kay asar say duniya ko zindagi kay her maidaan main aisay muqaddas afraad milay jin say bhi zayaada raast baaz, muttaqi-o-perhaizgaar, a’dal paroor, ba usool sayaasat daan, naik dil hukmaraan, raham dil faateh, shair dil commander aur aa’bid-o-zaahid insaan, chashm-e-falak nay kabhi nahin dekha tha, inhain deikh kar ye ehsaas hota keh ye insaan nahin balkay Mala-e-Aa’la kay muqaddas farishtay thay jo zameen par insaani shakl-o-soorat main utar ayen hain, Fateh Hind o Sindh Hazrat Muhammad Bin Qaasim (رحمه الله) nay jab Raaja Dahar ki foj ko shikast day kar Sindh ko fatah kar liya to ahl-e-Sindh nay is islaami fateh ko daivta qaraar diya, inka mujassamah taraash kar i’baadat karnay lagay. Kaash Musalmaan Barr-e-Sagheer Hind-o-Paak main apnay aath so(800) saalah dor-e-iqtadaar main in islaami taa’leemaat par a’mal kiye hotay to shaayad aaj Hindustaan aik a’zeem Muslim mulk hota.
