(18A). SHARAB KI NAJAASAT MAANAWI HAI, HISSI NAHI

SHARAB KI NAJAASAT MAANAWI HAI, HISSI NAHI 

 

 

(1) Irshad-e-baari ta’ala hai keh

 

إِنَّمَا ٱلۡخَمۡرُ وَٱلۡمَيۡسِرُ وَٱلۡأَنصَابُ وَٱلۡأَزۡلَٰمُ رِجۡسٞ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ.

[ Al-Maaidah_Ayah no: 90 ]

Is aayat mein lafaz-e-rijis siraf sharab kay liye nahi, Balakeh ” Ansaab ( Thaan, Aastanon ) ” aur ” Azlaam ( Faal kay teeron ) ” kay liye bhi iste’imaal huwa hai,

Aur yeh baat maaloom-o-maaroof hai Keh unhain chhoonay say insaan najas nahi hota.

 

(2) Aik aur aayat mein hai keh

فَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ ٱلرِّجۡسَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَوۡثَٰنِ.

[ Al-Hajj_ Aayat no: 30 ]

Is aayat mein mazkoor lafaz-e-Ausaan yaani boot ( murti ) bhi maanawi taur par najas hai, Kiyonkeh unhain bhi chhoonay say yaqeenan ap najas nahi hongay.(1)

Yeh hi wajah hai keh baaz aimmah nay sharab ki tahaarat ka fatwa diya hai, Jin mein say chand yeh hain:

 

(1) Rabi’ah Ibn-e-Abi Abdil Rahman Al-maaroof ” Rabi’ah Al-rayi ( رحمه الله ) “,

Tahzeeb-ut-tahzeeb mein hai keh inhon nay baaz sahabah aur kibaar taabi’een kay ahad ko paya hai, Aur madinah mein sahib-e-fatwa thay.(2)

 

(2) Lais Ibn-e-Saad Misri Al-faqeeh ( رحمه الله ),

Mash’hoor Imam hain, Aur kibaar aimmah nay in kay fazal-o-sharaf ka aitraaf kiya hai, Jin mein Imam Malik aur Imam Shafi’e ( رحمهما الله ) bhi hain.

 

(3) Isma’eel Ibn-e-Yahya Muzani ( رحمه الله ),

Imam Shafi’e ( رحمه الله ) kay sathi aur mujtahid Imam hain.(3)

 

In kay ilawah bhi bohot ziyadah muta’akhir  Baghdadi aur Qarwi ulama nay sharab ko paak kaha hai, Aur siraf uska peena hi haram qaraar diya hai.(4)

 

( Albani ( رحمه الله ) Yeh hi baat raajih hai.(5)
