NAJAASAT KI HAALAT KA BADAL JANA BAAIS-E-TAHAARAT HAI

 


[[[[ وَالۡإِسۡتِحَالَةُ مُطَهِّرَةٌ لِعَدَمِ وُجُوۡدِ الۡوَصۡفِ الۡمَحۡكُوۡمِ عَلَيۡهِ ]]]]


( Najaasat ki haalat ka badal jana baais-e-tahaarat hai, Kiyonkeh jis wasaf ki bina par is par najaasat ka hukam lagaya gaya tha ab woh maujood nahi hai ).{1}

 

{1} Jab aik cheez kisi dusri cheez mein tabdeel ho jaye, Yahan tak keh dusri cheez pahli cheez kay rang, zaaiqay aur boo’u mein bilkul mukhtalif ho,

Masalan: Pakhanay ka Matti ya Raakh ban jana, Sharab ka Sirkah ban jana, To woh paak ho jati hai.

Kiyonkeh jis najaasat ki wajah say us par paleed honay ka hukam lagaya gaya tha ab woh khatam ho chuki hai, Na to us par woh naam baaqi hai jis wajah say najas honay ka hukam lagaya gaya tha, Aur na hi woh sifat baaqi hai,

Lihaza jab woh cheez tabdeel ho gayi to us ka hukam bhi tabdeel ho jaye ga.

Is tamam bahas say saabit huwa keh najaasat ki haalat badal jana ( istehaalah ) isay paak karnay ka baais hai.

 

Jo log is baat ko tasleem nahi kartay unki daleel yeh hadith hai :

” نهى عن أكل الجلالة و شرب لبنها “

Ap nay najaasat khaur janwar khanay aur uska doodh peenay say mana farmaya hai  ” (1)

 

Agar istehaalah baais-e-tahaarat hota to gandagi say bana huwa doodh peena mana na hota, Kiyonkeh us ki haalat tabdeel ho chuki hai,

Is ka jawab youn diya gaya hai keh is hadith mein siraf Jallalah janwar ka doodh peenay ki hurmat maujood hai, Na keh us kay najas honay ka suboot hai,

Kiyonkeh zaruri nahi keh jo cheez haram ho woh najas bhi ho, Jaisa keh peechay bayan kiya ja chuka hai.(2)

Jab Pakhana, Gaubar aur Murdaar jal jaye ya mutaghayyar ho kar Raakh ya Matti  ban jaye to woh paak hai, Aur us kay sath tayammum jaaiz hai,

Is ki daleel yeh hai keh ab woh naam baaqi nahi raha jis par sharayi ahkaam warid hotay hain.(3)
