(33) PAANI SAY ISTINJAA KARNAY KA HUKAM

Paani kay sath istinjaa karna jaaiz hi nahi Balakeh afzal hai, Kiyonkeh tahaarat mein asal paani hi hai.

(1) Sayyiduna Anas ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ qaza-e-haajat kay liye bait-ul-khala mein dakhil hotay to main air mera hum umar aik ladka paani ka aik bartan aur aik chauta sa naizah lekar hamrah jatay phir us paani say ap ﷺ istinjaa farmatay.(1)

(2) Sayyidah Ayesha ( رضي الله عنها ) say marwi hai keh unhon nay khawateen say kaha:

” مرن أزواجكن أن يستطيبوا بالماء فإني أستحييهم و إن رسول الله ﷺ كان يفعله “

” Apnay shauharon ko paani kay sath istinjaa karnay ka hukam do kiyonkeh main un say haya karti hon, Aur bai’shak Rasoolullah ﷺ aisa kiya kartay thay.(2)

(3) Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:

Yeh aayat

( فِيهِ رِجَالٞ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُطَّهِّرِينَ ١٠٨

Surah Al-taubah, Ayah 108 )

Ahl-e-Qubaa kay baaray mein naazil huwi,

Kiyonkeh ” كانوا يستنجون بالماء ” ” Woh paani say istinjaa kiya kartay thay “(3).

Paani say istinjaa karnay walon kay baaray mein Allah ta’ala ka izhaar-e-mohabbat kartay huway aayat naazil farma dena is baat ka qat’e suboot hai keh paani say istinjaa karna afzal hai.

Paani say istinjaa afzal hai, Kiyonkeh yeh najaasat ki zaat aur asar ko zaail kar deta hai, Jabkeh pathar ya dhaila najaasat ki zaat ko zaail nahi karta jis wajah say us ka kuch na kuch asar baaqi rah jata hai.(4)

Issi kay qaail hain,

Imam Is’haque, Imam Ibn-e-Mubarak aur Imam Sauri ( رحمهم الله ) say bhi yeh hi mazhab manqool hai.(5)

Agarcheh baaz asaar-o-riwayaat mein paani kay iste’imaal ki karahat bhi maujood hai, Lekin guzishtah sahih ahadith kay muqabilay mein un ki kuch haisiyat nahi.

Un asaar mein say chand mandarjah zail hain:

(1) Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Omar ( رضي الله عنهما ) say marwi hai keh:

” كان لا يستنجي بالماء “

” Keh woh paani say istinjaa nahi kartay thay “(6).

(2) Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-Zubair ( رضي الله عنه ) bayan kartay hain keh:

” ما كنا نفعله “

” Yaani hum paani kay sath istinjaa nahi kartay thay “(7).

Malikiyah mein say Ibn-e-Habib ( رحمه الله ) nay bhi paani say istinjaa karnay say mana kiya hai, Kiyonkeh yeh khauraak hai.(8)
