06. BILA UZR RAMAZAAN KA ROZA NA RAKHNA [Not fasting a day of Ramadan without a valid Excuse]
Bila-uzar Ramzan ka roza na rakhna:
Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
“Ae Iman walo!
“Islam ki buniyad 5 cheezon par hai , gawahi dena keh Allah kay Siwa koi ma’bud nahin, aur yeh keh Muhammad ﷺ Allah kay Rasul hain, namaz qaim karna, zakat adaa karna, baitullah ka Hajj karna aur Ramzan kay roze rakhna” [Bukhari : 8; Muslim: 16]
Aur Aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jo shakhs Ramzan ka ek roza bila-uzar chor de tou phir woh agar zindagi bhar bhi roza rakhta rahe tou woh uski qaza nahin de sakta” [Tirmidhi; Nisai; Ibne majah]
Islam kay kunde aur Deen ki buniyaden 3 cheezon par hai , gawahi dena keh Allah ta’ala kay Siwa koi ma’bud nahin, namaz aur roza, pas jis shakhs ne in mein se kisi ek ko chor dia tou woh kafir hai.

06. Breaking One’s Fast During Ramadan Without An Excuse
Allah, the Most High, says
(O ye who believe! Fasting in prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) selfrestraint (Fasting) for a fixed number of days but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number should be made up) from days later.)
[Al-Baqarah: 183-184]
The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“Islaam is built upon five pillars: Testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, performing prayers, paying Zakat, making pilgrimage and fasting in Ramadan.”¹
It was related that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever breaks a fast during Ramadan” without an excuse or illness could not require it by fasting a lifetime, were be to do so”²
Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said. “Principles of Islam are three: testifying that there is no god but Allah, prayers and fasting in Ramadan. Whoever misses anyone of them has disbelieved”³
We seek Allah’s refuge from them.
