57. GHULAM KA APNAY MALIK KAY PAAS SE BHAAG JANA [Absconding by slaves]
GHULAM KA BHAGNA
Jareer se riwayat hai keh RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jab ghulam bhag jae tou uski koi namaz qubool nahin hoti” [1]
Aur aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jo ghulam bhag jae usse zimma uth jata hai ” [Muslim: 69]
Jareer bayan karte hain RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“3 aadmi aise hain Allah unki namaz qubool karta hai na unki koi naiki aasman ki taraf buland hoti hai, bhaga hua ghulam hatta keh woh apne Malik kay pas wapas ajae, woh aurat jis ka khawand usse naraz ho hatta keh woh us se razi hojae, aur nashe mein madhosh shakhs hatta keh uska Nasha utar jae” [ Ibne khuzaima: 940 Yeh riwayat za’eef hai]
Fuzala bin ubaid marfoo’an riwayat karte hain:
“3 qisam kay log hain jin se pucha nahin jaega: jama’t se alag hone wala shakhs jis ne apne imam ki nafarmani ki, bhaga hua ghulam jo nafarmani ki maut mar jae, aur woh aurat jiska khawand mojood na ho aur woh uski zaruraten Puri karta ho aur woh phir bhi us kay ba’ad banao singhar karti ho” [Bukhari fil adabil mufrad]
Ya’ani us kay ba’ad woh apne mahasin zahir karti ho, jis tarah ehle jahiliyat kia karte the aur unse murad woh log hain jo eesa عليه السلام aur Muhammad ﷺ kay darmian hue
Al wahidi ne isi tarah zikar kia hai.

Fleeing of the Slave
Muslim reported in his Sahih that, “The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “When the slave flee away (from his master), his/her prayer will not be accepted.”¹
The Prophet (pbuh) is also reported to have said, “Any slave that flees away, the pledge of Islam is cleared from him.”²
Ibn Khuzaimah reported in his Sahih from the hadith of Jabir who said, “The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said,”There are three people whose prayer will not be accepted, nor will their good deeds be raised up to the sky, a fleeing slave until he returns to his master, a rebellious woman until her husband be satisfied with her and a drunkard until his mind is restored. “
Fudalah Ibn ‘Ubaid reported that,”There are three people who will be neglected by Allah, a man who severe the community, disobeys his ruler (Imam) and died in such state, a fleeing slave and a woman whose husband is absent and provided her with all her needs, but she unveiled herself after his absence.”³
