58. GHAIR ALLAH KAY LIYE ZIBAH KARNA [Slandering to other than Allah almighty]

 ALLAH عزوجل KAY ELAWA KISIAUR KAY LIE ZIBAH KARNA

 

Misaal kay taur par koi kahe: shaitan kay Naam se ya Sanam kay naam se ya fulan buzurg kay naam se, Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:

وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ ٱسْمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ

“Aur jis janwar par (zibah karte waqt) Allah ka nam nahin lia gaya use hargiz na khao “

Al-An’am : 121

Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنهما ne farmaya: iss murad murdar aur gala ghont kar mar jane wala janwar hai

((ما ذبح على النصب))
“Jo asthanon par zibah kia jae”

Kalbi ne kaha: isse murad aise janwar hain Jin par Allah ka nam na lia jae ya Allah ta’ala kay siwa kisi aur kay lie zibah kie jaen

Ataa ne farmaya: zabaaih se mana’ kia gaya hai jo quraish aur Arab buton par zibah kia karte the

Aur Allah ta’ala ka farman:

((انه لفسق))
Ya’ani agar woh janwar jis par Allah ka nam nahin lia gaya, murdar se hai tou woh fisq hai ya haq aur deen se khurooj hai

((وان الشياطين ليوحون إلى اوليئهم ليجادلوكم))
Ya’ani shaitan apne doston ko waswasa dalta hai aur un kay dil mein batil zarie se jhagra ilqaa karta hai aur woh yeh keh Mushrikeen ne mominon ne murdar kay baare mein jhagra kia

Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنهما bayan karte hain: shaitan ne insanon mein se apne doston ko ilham kia keh tum aisi cheez ki Kese ibadat karte ho keh woh jis cheez ko marta hai tum use khate nahin, aur jis cheez ko tum marte ho (qatal karte ho) tou use kha jate ho? Tou Allah ta’ala ne yeh ayat utari:

((وان اطعتموهم))
Ya’ani murdar ko halal Janne mein inki ita’at karoge

((انكم مشركون))

Az zujaj ne farmaya:
Is ayat mein is par daleel hai keh har woh shakhs jo Allah ki haram kardah cheez ko halal qarar de ya Allah ki halal kardah cheez ko haram qarar de tou woh Mushrik hai

Agar kaha jaega: tum ne Musalman zabeehe ko kaise mabah qarar diya hai jab us ne Bismillah parhna tark kar diya, jabkeh ayat e tehreema mein nas ki tarah hai?

Main ne kaha: Mufassireen ne is ayat mein

( ما لم يذكر اسم الله عليه )

Ki tafseer mein bataya keh is se murad murdar hai, aur kisi ne us ko Musalman kay zabeehe, jab wo Bismillah parhna tark kar de, par mahmool nahi kiya aur ayat mein aur bhi ashya hain jo us par dalalat karti hain keh ayat, murdar ki tehreem mein hai, aur us se Allah ka farman hai.

(و إنه لفسق )

Aur ye fisq hai.” Jabkeh Bismillah tark karne wale Musalman kay zabeehe ko khane wala fisq ka irtikaab nahi karta. Aur us se Allah T’ala ka farman hai:

( وإن الشياطين ليوحون إلى أوليائهم ليجادلوكم )

Tamam Muffasreen kay ijm’a kay mutabiq mujadila o manazira tou murdar kay bare tha, Bismillah na parhne wale Musalman kay zabeehe kay bare mein nahi. Aur is mein Allah T’ala ka farman hai:

( و إن اطعتموهم انكم لمشركون )

Mushrik murdar ko halal qarar dene mein hai na keh us zabeehe ko halal samajhne mein hai jis par Allah ka naam na liya jae
Abu Mansoor ne apni sand se Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه se riwayat kiya hai: kisi admi ne Rasool Allah ﷺ se masla dariyaft kiya ap ham mein se us shakhs kay bare mein kia farmate hain jo zabah karte waqt Allah T’ala ka naam lena bhool jata hai? Tou Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya “Allah ka naam har Musalman kay mooh par hai.” [1]

Abu Mansoor ne hi apni asnad se Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنه se riwayat kiya hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “is ka naam usko kafi hai, aur agar zibah karte waqt us ka naam lena bhool jae tou wo Bismillah parhne aur Allah ka zikar kare phir khale.” [2]

Amr bin Abbi Umar ne apni sand se Ayesha رضي الله عنهما se riwayat kiya hai keh kuch logon ne Arz kia, Allah kay Rasul! Kuch log hamare pas gosht le kar aate hain lekin hamen pata nahin keh us par Allah ka nam lia gaya hai ya nahin? Tou RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “us par Allah ka nam lelo aur Khao” wahidi رحمه الله ka yeh aakhri kalam hai, aur aap ﷺ ka farman guzar chuka hai:

“Allah ki us par la’anat ho jo Allah kay siwa kisi aur kay lie zibah kare” [Mustadrik hakim: 356/4]

 Slaughtering in Other Than Allah’s Name

Such as slaughtering in the name of Satan, an idol, or in the name of a sheikh. Allah, the Almighty has said,

{Eat not of what the name of Allah has not been mentioned over.}

(AI-An’am: 121)

Concerning this verse, Ibn ‘ Abbas said, “What is meant is that the dead animals and that which killed by strangling. All these types are included in the verse of AI-Ma’idah (5:3). AI-Kalbi said, what is meant is that over which the name of Allah was not mentioned and that which is slaughtered to other than Allah’s name. `Ata’ said, “Allah prohibited animals which were slaughtered by the people of Quraish for their idols.

Allah’s saying, {Verily it is disobedience} means that all things which are slaughtered and over which the name of Allah was not mentioned are dead and it is disobedience. {But the Satan ever inspire their friends to contend with you.} The Satan whispers to his friend to argue falsely with the believer concerning the dead animals Ibn ‘Abbas said, the Satan inspired to his friend from human beings saying, how do you worship a thing which you do not eat what he kills, yet you eat what you kill? Consequently, Allah, the

Almighty revealed, {If ye were to obey them} i.e. making the dead a lawful thing, {Ye would indeed be pagans.} AI-Zajaj said, this is evidence that he who made what Allah has prohibited lawful or vice versa, is a polytheist.

It may be asked, how the slaughterings of the Muslim are lawful although he forgot to mention Allah’s name and the verse stated the contrary? The answer will be: The interpretations stated that what is meant by “On which Allah’s name hath not been mentioned, is the dead animals and not the slaughterings on which the Muslim has forgotten to mention the name of Allah. There are many things that indicated that the verse is concerned with the dead, such as {verily it is an obedience.} Therefore, the one who eats from the slaughtering of the Muslim on which he has forgotten to mention the name of Allah is not a profligate?

Likewise, {But the Satan ever inspire their friends to contend with you.}. By the consensus of the interpretations, the contention was concerning the dead animals and not of the Muslim. By the same token,{If ye were to obey them, ye would indeed be pagans.}

Abu Mansour told that, on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). Who said, “A man asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) what do you say concerning a man who slaughters but forgets to mention Allah’s name? The Prophet (pbuh) said,

“The name of Allah is on the mouth of every Muslim.”¹

Abu Mansour also told us on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas that”

 

The Prophet (pbuh) said,”For the Muslim, his name is sufficient and if he forgot to mention Allah’s name let him mention it,

remember Allah and then eat.”¹

Arnr Ibn Abi ‘ Amr told us on the authority of `Aishah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that,”Some people said, 0 Messenger of Allah, people bring us a meat but we do not know whether Allah’s name was mentioned over it or not? The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Mention Allah’s name over it and eat it.”²

 It is previously mentioned that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “May Allah curse who ever slaughters in other than Allah’s name.”³
