 NAAP TAUL MEIN KAMI KARNA

 

Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:

وَيْلٌ لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ۞

 

“Kam dene walon kay lie halakato tabahi hai”

Al-Mutaffifin 83 : 1

 

Ya’ani jo logon ko nuqsan pohonchate hain aur naap taul mein un kay huqooq mein kami karte hain

Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:

ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ۞

 

“Jo logon se naap kar len tou pura len”

Al-Mutaffifin 83 : 2

 

Ya’ani unse apne huqooq pure lete hain

Az Zujaj رحمه الله ne farmaya: iska ma’aani yeh hai keh jab logon se naap kar lete hain tou unse pura pura lete hain, isi tarah jab wazan kar kay lete hain, agarcheh “jab wazan kar kay lete hain” ka zikar nahin kia, kyun keh naap aur wazan inhi do kay zarie khareedo farokht hoti hai, naapa jata hai aur wazan kia jata hai, pas in mein se aik dusre par dalalat karta hai

وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ۞

 

“Aur jab unko naap kar ya taul kar den tou Kam kar den”

Al-Mutaffifin 83 : 3

 

Ya’ani woh naap taul mein kami karte hain

Suddi رحمه الله ne farmaya: jab RasullAllah ﷺ madinah tashreef lae tou wahan Abu juhaina naami aik shakhs tha, us kay pas do paimane the, aik lene kay lie aur dusra dene kay lie, tou Allah ta’ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai

Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنهما bayan karte hain RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:

“5,5 kay badle mein hain”

Sahaba ne arz kia: Allah kay Rasul! Woh kia hain?

Aap ne farmaya

“Jab koi qaum ehed shikni karti hai tou Allah un kay dushmanon ko un par musallat kar deta hai, Jab woh Allah ki sharee’at kay mutabiq faisle nahin karte tou Allah un mein faqro mohtaji aam kar deta hai, Jab un mein mohtaji phel jati jati hai tou Allah un mein taa’oon (ya’ani kasrate maut) nazil kar deta hai, jab woh naap taul mein kami karte hain tou nabatat aur khetian nahin ugti aur wahan qehet saali ajatai hai aur jab woh zakat nahin dete tou wahan Barish nahin hoti [Tabrani fil kabeer]

أَلَا يَظُنُّ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَنَّهُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ۞

 

“Kia yeh log is bat par yaqeen nahin rakhte keh unhen (qabron se) ultaya jaega”

Al-Mutaffifin 83 : 4

Az Zujaj رحمه الله ne farmaya: iska ma’aani yeh hai keh agar unko yaqeen hota keh woh qabron se uthae jaenge you phir woh naap taul mein kami na karte

((ليوم عظيم))
“Aik bare din mein”

Ya’ani Qayamat kay din

((يوم يقوم الناس))
“Jis din tamam log khare honge”

Apni qabron se

((لرب العالمين))
“Parwardigare aalam kay samne”

Ya’ani us kay hukum aur jazao hisab kay lie, aur woh us kay huzoor faisla ho jane kay lie khare honge

Malik bin deenar se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha: Mera parosi mere pas aya jab keh uski maut qareeb aa chuki thi aur woh keh raha tha “aag kay do Pahar, aag kay do Pahar” woh kehte hain main ne pucha tum kia keh rahe ho? Us ne kaha: Abu Yahya! Mere pas do paimane the main aik se leta tha aur dusre se dia karta tha

Malik bin deenar ne kaha: main khara ho kar aik paimana dusre par Marne Laga tou us ne kaha: Abu Yahya! Jab aik ko dusre par mara jata hai tou maamle ki sangeeni aur barh jati hai, pas woh isi halat mein faut hogaya

((المطفف))
Wo shakhs jo naap taul mein thori si kami karta hai , kyun keh woh ma’muli si cheez hi chori kar sakta hai, aur yeh chori khayanat aur akle haram ki misil hai, phir Allah ta’ala ne aisa karne

Wale se “wail” ka wada kia hai, wail se murad azab ki shiddat hai, yeh bhi kaha gaya hai keh woh Jahannum mein aik wadi hai agar dunia kay Pahar us mein daal die jaen tou woh bhi uski shiddate hararat se pighal jaen, salaf mein se kisi ne kaha hai: main har naapne ya wazan karne wale kay khilaf jahannum ki gawahi deta hun, kyun keh us (kami karne) se sirf wohi Bach sakta hai jisko Allah bachae aur un mein se kisi ne kaha: main aik mareez kay pas gaya jis par maut ka aalam taari tha main use kalimahe shahadat ki talqeen karne laga lekin uski zaban nahin chal rahi thi, jab use afaqa hua tou main ne usse pucha: mere Bhai! Kia maajra hai main tumhen kalimahe shahadat ki talqeen kar raha tha jabkeh tumhari zaban ise adaa nahin karti thi? Us ne kaha: mere Bhai! Tarazu ka kanta Meri zaban par hai jo mujhe ise parhne nahin deta, main ne use kaha: Allah ki Qasam! Kia tum wazan Kam dete the? Us ne kaha: nahin, Allah ki Qasam! Lekin main ne kuch muddat tak apne tarazu ki kargardagi kay durust hone ko check nahin kia tha, pas yeh us shakhs ka haal hai jise apne tarazu ki kargardagi kay durust hone ka aitebar aur yaqeen nahin, tou us shakhs ka Kia haal hoga jo wazan mein kami karta hai?

Nafe’ bayan karte hain, Ibne Umar رضي الله عنه baae’ kay pas se guzarte tou farmate:

Allah se daro, naap taul pura karo, kyun keh Kam dene walon ko khara kia jaega hatta keh paseena un kay nisf kaanon tak pohoncha hoga, isi tarah taajir jab bechta hai tou gaz khench kar rakhta hai, aur jab khareedta hai tou use dheela rakhta hai

Aur salaf mein se kisi ne kaha: us shakhs kay lie halakato tabahi hai jo aik daane kay ewaz, jise woh Kam deta hai, jannat ka sauda karleta hai jiska arz aasmano zameen kay barabar hakz aur us shakhs kay lie bhi afsos hai jo aik daane kay ewaz jise woh ziada leleta hai “wail” halakato tabahi khareed leta hai, pas ham Allah ta’ala se har azmaisho musibat se afwo aafiat talab karte hain kyun keh woh sakhi daata haiTabrani fil kabeer.
