63. ALLAH KI TADBEER SE BE KHOUF HOJANA [Feeling secure from Allah’s devising]
ALLAH KI TADBEER SE BE-KHAUF HOJANA
Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَآ أُوتُوٓا۟ أَخَذْنَٰهُم بَغْتَةً
Hatta keh jab woh un cheezon par khushian manane lage jo unhen mili thi tou ham ne unko achanak pakar lia”
Al-An’am 6 : 44
Ya’ani hamare azab ne unko pakar lia, Jahan se unhen sha’oor bhi nahin tha
Hasan Basri رحمه الله ne farmaya:
Allah ta’ala ne jis shakhs ko khush haali ataa ki aur us ne khayal nahin kia us kay sath khufiya tadbeer hai tou uski koi raae nahin? Aur jisko tang haali mein mubtala kardia gaya aur us ne nahin samjha keh use khush haali di jaegi tou uski bhi koi raae nahin, phir unhon ne ye ayat tilawat farmai:
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَآ أُوتُوٓا۟ أَخَذْنَٰهُم بَغْتَةً
“Hatta keh jab woh un cheezon par khushian manane lage jo unhen mili thi tou ham ne unko achanak pakar lia, phir woh na-umeed ho kar reh gae”
Al-An’am 6 : 44
Aur farmaya:
Rabbe ka’abah ki Qasam! Us qaum se khufiya tadbeer hogai unki zaruriat unhen de di gai, phir unhen pakar lia gaya
Uqbah bin Amir رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai keh RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jab tum Allah ko bande ki maspasand cheez ataa karta hua dekho, jabkeh woh (bandah) apni ma’siyat par qaaim ho tou yeh uski taraf se istadraj (dheel) hai” [1]
Phir aap ne parha:
فَلَمَّا نَسُوا۟ مَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَٰبَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَآ أُوتُوٓا۟ أَخَذْنَٰهُم بَغْتَةً فَإِذَا هُم مُّبْلِسُونَ۞
“Phir jab un logon ne un naseehaton ko bhula dia jo unko ki gai thi tou ham ne un par har cheez ki farawani kay darwaze khol die , hatta keh jab woh un cheezon par khushian manane lage jo unhen mili thi tou ham ne unhen achanak pakar lia phir woh na-umeed ho kar reh gae”
Al-An’am 6 : 44

((الابلاس))
Musibato halakat nazil hone par nijat se mayus hojana
Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنهما ne farmaya: woh har qisam ki khairo bhalai se na-umeed ho gae
Az Zujaj رحمه الله ne farmaya: مبلس se “shadeed hasrat” الياس se “ghamgeen” murad hai
Khabre manqool mein hai keh: jab iblees se khufiya tadbeer ki gai jab keh woh farishton mein se tha [1] tou Jibrael aur Mikael rone lage tou Allah عزوجل ne un donon se pucha: tumhen kia hua tum kyun rote ho? Unhon ne arz kia: parwardigar ham teri khufiya tadbeer se be-khuaf nahin hote tou Allah ta’ala ne farmaya: “isi tarah hojana, Meri khufiya tadbeer se be-khuaf na hona”
Aur Nabi ﷺ aksar yeh Dua parha karte the:
((يا مقلب القلوب ثبت قلبي على دينك))
“Dilon ko ulat pulat karne wale! Hamare dilon ko apne deen par sabit rakhna”
Arz kia gaya: Allah kay Rasul! Kia apko hamare baare mein andesha hai? Tou RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Dil Rahman ki unglion mein se do unglion kay darmian hain, woh jese chahta hai unhen ulat pulat karta hai” [Tirmidhi]
Sahih hadith mein hai:
“Aadmi ehle jannat kay se amal karta rehta hai hatta keh us kay aur us (jannat) kay
[1] Surah Kahaf ki ayat 50 mein hai
كان من الجن
“Woh jinon mein se tha”
Is se sabit hua keh woh farishta nahin balkeh jinn tha
والله أعلم
(Mutarjim)
Darmian ek hath ka faasla reh jata hai tou kitab (likhat) us par sabqat le jati hai tou woh Jahannumion wala Amal karta hai tou us (jahannum) mein dakhil hojata hai” [Bukhari]
Aur Sohail bin Saad as saa’idi Nabi ﷺ se riwayat karte hain, aap ne farmaya:
“Aadmi Jahannumion wale amal karta rehta hai halan keh woh ehle jannat mein se hota hai, aur aadmi ehle jannat wale amal karta rehta hai halan keh woh ehle jahannum mein se hota hai, aa’mal ka daromadar tou khaatme par hai” [Bukhari]
Allah ta’ala ne apni kitabe Azeez mein bil’aam ka qissa bayan kia hai keh usse ilmo ma’arifat kay ba’ad iman salab kar lia gaya, isi tarah ibadat guzar barsees bhi kufur par faut hua, marwi hai keh misir mein aik aadmi tha , us ne azaano namaz kay lie masjid kay sath ta’alluq qaim kar rakha tha , ibadat ki chamak damak aur ita’at kay anwaar us par wazeh the , woh hasbe ma’mul Azan dene kay lie meenar par charha, meenar kay neeche zimmi nasrani ka Ghar tha us ne Ghar mein jhanka tou Ghar kay Malik ki khubsurat beti ko dekha, pas woh us kay fitne ka shikar ho gaya, Azan chor di, us kay pas aya, us ne ise kaha: tujhe kia zarurat hai aur tum kia chahte ho? Us ne kaha: main tumhen chahta hun, larki ne jawab dia: main mashkook Kam aur tohmat kay maamle mein teri bat qubool nahin karungi, us ne use kaha: main tumse shadi karunga, larki ne use kaha: tum musalman ho, islie Mera walid tumhare sath Meri shadi nahin karega, us ne kaha: main eesai ban jata hun, larki na kaha: agar tum ye kar guzre tou main bhi kar lungi pas usi din kay dauran jab woh Ghar ki chat par charha tou gir kar mar gaya, pas woh apne deen mein kamiab hua na us larki se faida uthaya, pas ham Allah se uski khufiya tadbeer aur soo’e aaqibat aur soo’e khatma se panah chahte hain
Saalim Abdullah se riwayat karte hain RasullAllah ﷺ ziada tar in alfaz kay sath half uthaya karte the
((يا مقلب القلوب))
“Dilon ko ulat pulat karne wale ki Qasam!”
Iska ma’aani hai woh unko quboolo radd aur iradaho karahat aur is kay elawa ausaf kay ikhtilaf par, Hawa ki raftar se bhi ziada Tez pherta hai, Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
ۖ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ ٱلْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِۦ
“Jaan lo keh Allah, aadmi aur us kay dil kay darmian haail (muttale’) rehta hai”
Al-Anfal 8 : 24
Mujahid رحمه الله ne farmaya: iska ma’aani hai keh woh aadmi aur us ki aqal kay darmian haail hojata hai, hatta keh woh aadmi nahin janta keh us kay hath kia kar rahe hain
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِمَن كَانَ لَهُۥ قَلْبٌ
“Beshak is mein aise shakhs kay lie naseehat hai jis kay pas dil ho”
Qaf 50 : 37
Ya’ani aqal ho, Tabri رحمه الله ne ikhtiyar kia hai keh yeh Allah ta’ala ki taraf se khabar dena hai, woh bandon kay dilon ka unki nisbat ziada Malik hai, aur yeh keh agar woh chahe tou woh un (bandon) kay aur un kay dilon kay darmian haail hojata hai, hatta keh insan Allah عزوجل ki mashiyyat kay bagher kuch bhi nahin janta, Ayesha رضي الله عنها bayan karti hain RasullAllah ﷺ aksar yeh Dua parha karte the:
((يا مقلب القلوب ثبت قلبي على طاعتك))
“Dilon ko ulat pulat karne wale! Mere dil ko apni ita’at par sabit rakhna”
Tou main ne arz kia: Allah kay Rasul! Aap aksar yahi Dua karte rehte hain, kia ap andesha rakhte hain? Aap ne farmaya:
“Ayesha! Main Kese be-khuaf hojaun jab keh bandon kay dil Rahman ki unglion mein se do unglion kay mabain hain, woh jese chahta hai unhen ulat pulat karta hai, jab woh kisi bande kay dil ko ulat pulat karna chahta hai tou woh use ulat pulat kar deta hai “
Pas jab hidayat ma’roof hai aur istiqamat uski mashiyyat par moqoof hai aur aqibat posheeda hai aur ( uska) iradah ghalib hai tou phir apne imano Amal, apni salato saum aur qurbat paida karne wale apne tamam aa’mal , agarcheh woh tere kasab se hon, par fakhar na kar, kyun keh woh tere Rabb ki takhleeq aur uska tujh par daaimi fazal hai, pas jab bhi Tumne is kay zarie fakhar kia tou tum apne elawa kisi aur kay mataa’ par fakhar karoge, basa oqat woh ise tujh se salb bhi kar sakta hai tou phir tumhara dil gadhe kay pait se bhi ziada khairo bhalai se Khali hojata hai
Kitne hi baagh hain keh sham hoti hai tou un kay phool joban par the, chasht ka waqt hua tou un kay phool Khushk chora hogae, woh islie keh jab amdhi ai tou us ne sab kuch tabah kardia, isi tarah woh bandah sham karta hai tou uska dil Allah ki ita’at se Roshan aur salamat rehta hai jabkeh subha hoti hai tou Allah ki ma’siyat se tareek aur beemar hota hai, yeh Al Azeez Al Azeem ki taqdeer hai
Ibne Adam! Aqlam tujh par jaari hain aur tu ghaflat mein janta nahin, Ibne Adam! Gaane bahane aur taant neez manzilon aur gharon ko chor aur is is Ghar mein sabqat karna chor hatta keh tu dekh lega keh tere maamle mein aqdaar ne kia kiya
Rubayya bayan karte hain: Imam Shafa’i رحمه الله se pucha gaya: [1]
Arsh ki taraf se munadi karne wala munadi karega: fulan kahan hai, fulan kahan hai, jo bhi awaz sunega tou woh ghabra jaega, farmaya: pas Allah عزوجل us shakhs ko farmaega tu hi matloob hai, pas tu aasmanon aur zameen kay paida karne wale kay samne paish ho ja pas makhlooq ki nigahen arsh ki taraf lagi hongi aur us shakhs ko Allah عزوجل kay samne khara kia jaega , Allah عزوجل apna noor us par dalega, use tamam makhlooq se chupa lega phir use kahega, mere bande! Kia tu nahin janta tha keh main dunia mein tere Amal dekh raha hun? Woh arz karega Rabb jee! Kyun nahin, zarur, tou Allah ta’ala farmaega : mere bande kia tu ne meri nafarmani kay lie Meri saza wa eqab kay baare mein nahin suna tha? Arz karega: Rabb jee! Kyun nahin, zarur suna tha , phir Allah ta’ala farmaega kia tu ne meri Hamare ma’bud! Agar bakhshish se teri muhabbat na hoti tou tu gunah kay sath teri taraf paish qadmi karne wale ko mohlat na deta aur agar tera darguzar aur tera fazlo Karam na hota phir tu dilon ko sukoon na deta
“Ae Allah ! Tu yaqeenan ma’af karne wala hai, ma’afi ko pasand karta hai, pas hamen bhi ma’af farma de”
Ae Allah! Hamari taraf nazre Raza se dekh, hamen mukhlis logon kay deewan mein sabit rakh, hamen ehle jafa kay deewan se bacha
Ae Allah! Hamari aarzuon ko umeed kay sath sabit karde, tamam ahwal se hamare aa’mal ko behtar bana de, teri Raza tak pohonchne wale hamare raste asan karde, hamare paishanian naik aa’mal ki taraf laga de, hamen dunia wa akhirat mein bhalai ataa farma aur hamen aag kay azab se bacha!
[1] kitab kay ma’roof nuskhon mein kabeera gunah number 63 kay akhir mein aur kabeera gunah number 64 kay shuru mein nuqs hai , aur yeh nuqs baqi rahega hatta keh hamen koi aisa nuskha mil jae jis mein us nuqs ka pata chal jae aur use mukammal kar lia jae , ma’lum rahe keh ham ne bohot se qalmi nuskhe dekhe hain , lekin ham ye nuqs nahin pa sake Ita’at karne wale kay lie Meri jaza aur sawab kay baare mein nahin suna tha? Tou woh arz karega: Rabb jee! Kyun nahin, zarur suna tha, phir Allah ta’ala farmaega: mere bande! Tu ne meri nafarmani ki? Tou woh arz karega: Rabb jee! Bas aise ho gaya tou Allah ta’ala farmaega: mere bande! Aj tera mere muta’alliq kia guman hai? Woh arz karega: mere Rabb! Yeh keh tu mujhe ma’af farma de, tou Allah ta’ala farmaega: mere bande kia tujhe yaqeen hai keh main tujhe ma’af kar dunga? Woh arz karega: mere parwardigar! Jee han, kyun keh tu ne mujhe ma’siyat par dekha aur tu ne meri pardah poshi ki, bayan kia: tou Allah عزوجل farmaega: main ne tujh se darguzar kia, tujhe bakhsh dia aur tere guman ko pukhta aur sabit kardia , apni kitab (naamahe aa’mal) apne daaen hath mein thaam lo, is mein jo bhi koi naiki thi main ne use qubool Karlie aur is mein jo bhi gunah tha woh main ne tumhen ma’af kar dia, aur main sakhi daata fayyaz hun.

Feeling Secure from Allah’s Devising
Allah, Most High says,{Until, in the midst of their enjoyment of our gifts, on a sudden We called then to account, when lot They were plunged in despair!}
(AI-An’am: 44)
This means that the punishment occurs suddenly while they are heedless. AI-Hasan said, whoever is blessed but unaware of Allah’s decision he is heedless, and whoever is afflicted but unaware of Allah’s trials is also heedless. Then he read the above Ayah and said, these people are put into devising as they got all what they need and then taken suddenly.
‘Uqbah Ibn Amir (may Allah please him) related that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, {Whenever a sinful servant attains whatever he wants you should realize that he is drawn on little by little.” Then he reads, “But when they forgot the warning they had received, We opened to them the gates of all (good) things, until in the midst of their enjoyment of our gifts, on a sudden We called them to account,when lot They were plunged in despair.}
(AI-An’am : 44)¹
It is narrated that,”When Iblis (Satan) who was an angel -was devised, Gabriel and Mika’il burst weeping and Allah asked them, why did you weep? They answered, 0 Lord we cannot feel secure from Your devising. Hence, Allah said, “keep on feeling in secure from My Devising.”
Aishah related that the Prophet used to regularly say, “0 changer of hearts! Make our hearts firm in Thy faith. He was asked, O Messenger of Allah! Do you fear (that we may convert) He said, people’s hearts are between two fingers of Allah’s who changes it whenever He likes. “²
“Verily one of you behaves like the people of Paradise until there is but an arm’s length between him and it, and that which has been written overtakes him and so he behaves like the people of the Hell-Fire and thus he enters it.”³
“Verily one of you behaves like the people of Hell-fire until there is but an arm’s length between him and it,and that which has been written overtakes him and so he behaves like the people of Paradise and thus he enters it. Works are only judged by the end.”⁴
Once, there was a devout Egyptian man who went regularly to the mosque to perform the call to prayer and to perform the prayer himself. One day, he ascended the minaret to call to prayer as usual. The minaret was juxtaposed to a house belonging to a Christian man.

When he cast a glance into the house he saw a very beautiful woman. He was so fascinated that he neglected the call to prayer and went to her. The woman asked him, what do you want? He said, nothing but you.
She said, “I could not do any indecency.” He said, “What about marriage?” She replied, “But you are a Muslim and my father will reject you.” He said, “1 ’11 convert to Christianity.” In doing so, I’ll marry you,she replied. Accordingly, be converted to Christianity to marry her. No sooner did he marry her than he fell down from the floor, where he was supposed to do something and died. Alas, neither did he remain a believer nor did he enjoy the woman.
Salim Ibn Abdullah related that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) would frequently swear by saying, “No, by the changer of the hearts.”¹
This means that Allah changes one’s heart faster than the wind but in different way! Agreement, disagreement, willingness and hatred etc. Allah says, {And know that Allah cometh in between a man and his heart, and that it is He to whom ye shall (all) be gathered}
(AI-Anfal: 24)
Mujahid comments that Allah comes in between one’s mind and his own hand as stated in Allah’s saying,{Verily in this is a message for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and is a witness.}
(Qaf: 37)
i.e. he who has mind. `Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) related that the Prophet (pbuh) would always say,”0 Changer of hearts! Make my heart firm in thy faith. I asked, 0 Messenger of Allah, I think that you make this supplication much! Do you fear? He said, how could I be secure while the people’s hearts are between the two fingers of Allah, Who changes it whenever He likes. Thus, if He wants to change one’s heart, He does.”
Therefore, you should not be deluded by your own faith, prayer, fasting or whatever you do of acts of worship. This is because all of these works refer to Allah’s will and his plentiful bounties and He can strip you of such blessings.
