21. NEKI AUR TAQWA PAR TAAWUN KARNE KA BAYAN
قال الله تعالى: (وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى) (المائدة: 2) ،
وقال تعالى: (وَالْعَصْرِ) (إِنَّ الْأِنْسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ) (إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ) (العصر: 1-3)
قال الإمام الشافعي – رحمه الله – كلاماً معناه: إن الناس – أو أكثرهم – في غفلة عن تدبر هذه السورة.
Allah taala ne farmaya :” aur neki aur taqwa ( ke kamon ) mein aik dosray se taawun karo .
aur farmaya : qasam hai zamane ki! yaqeenan insaan khasaray mein hai siwaye un logon ke jo imaan laaye aur unhon ne amal Saleh kiye aur aik dosray ko haq ki wasiyat ki aur aik dosray ko sabar ki Talqeen ki .
Imam Shafi (رحمہ الله) farmatay hain : bilaa shuba ( sab ) log ya un mein se aksar is sourat mein ghhor o fikar aur tadabbur karne mein ghaflat karte hain .
177- عن أبي عبد الرحمن زيد بن خالد الجهني- رضي الله عنه- قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ” من جهز غازياً في سبيل الله فقد غزا، ومن خلف غازياً في أهله بخيرٍ فقد غزا ” متفق عليه.
(177) Abu Abdul Rehman Zaid bin Khalid Juhani (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ) se riwayat hai Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya :” jis ne Allah ke rastay mein kisi jehaad karne walay ko jehaad ka samaan tayyar kar ke diya bilashuba is ne khud jehaad kiya. aur jo kabhi jehaad karne walay ka is ke ghar mein bhalai ke sath janasheen ( nigrani aur khabar geeri karne wala ) bana yaqeenan us ne ( bhi ) jehaad kiya. ( Bukhari-o-Muslim )
TAKHREEJ:
Sahih ul-Bukhari al jihad was sayr, baab fazl man jahhaza ghazian aw khalafahu bi khair , Hadees 2843, wa Sahih Muslim, al Imaarati baab fazl ieaanati alghazi….. Hadees : 1895
FAWAAID WA MASAIL:
1- Is hadees mein aisa tareeq car batlaya gaya hai jis par amal kar ke jehaad ko ziyada se ziyada mo-asar banaya ja sakta hai aur jehaad ke ajar-o-sawab mein sab log barabar ke shareek ho satke hain. muashray mein bohat se tanomand, Qawi aur jawan hotay hain lekin un ke paas wasail nahi hotay is liye woh jehaad mein hissa lainay se mahroom reh satke hain aur yun aik nihayat kaar amad Ansar uzoo moattal bana reh sakta hai. doosri taraf aisay log hotay hain jin ke paas wasail ki farawani hai lekin un ke paas sehat, qowat aur jawani nahi hai jo jehaad ke liye zaroori hai. is hadees mein bayan kardah tareeq car par amal karne se rijal car aur wasail donon baaham jama bhi ho jatay hain aur jehaad ke ajar mein bhi sab barabar ke shareek.
2- Khayaal rehne ke quron oola mein jehaad mein hissa lainay walay Mujahideen, mustaqil ba qaida thankhowa daar nahi hotay thay jaisay aaj kal fouj ka aik nihayat wasee idaara hai. balkay log Raza karana tor par hissa letay thay jaisay aaj kal bhi baaz tanzeemon ke tehat log jehaad mein Raza karana hissa le rahay hain, yeh hadees aisay hi Raza car Mujahideen ke baray mein hai taham baqaida fouji bhi is mein shaamil ho satke hain aur un ki imdaad aur un ke ghar walon ki khabar geeri bhi is ajar ka mustahiq bana sakti ha.

RAVI HADEES :
HAZRAT ABU ABDUL AL REHMAN ZAID BIN KHALID AL JUHANI(رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ): Zaid bin Khalid Juhani. un ki kuniat Abu Talhah ya Abdul Rehman hai. qabeela Juhaniyah ki taraf nisbat ki wajah se Juhani kehlaye. Madani hain. mashhoor sahabi hain. Sulah Hudaibiya mein shareek thay. Fatah Makkah ke din qabeela Juhaniyah ke almbrdar yehi thay. Akkabir Sahaba mein un ka shumaar hota hai. ba-qaul baaz Madinah mein aur baaz ke nazdeek yak koofa mein 68 ya 78 hijri ko 85 saal ki Umar pa kar faut hue. kutub ahadees mein un ki marviat ki tadaad 81 ke qareeb hai .
[178] وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدَرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، بَعَثَ بَعْثًا إِلَى بَنِي لَحْيَانَ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ فَقَالَ: «لِيَنْبَعِثْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا » . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ .
(178 ) Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Huzail qabeeley ki shaakh bano Lahyaan ki taraf ( jab ke woh Mushrik thay ) aik lashkar ( un se jehaad karne ke liye ) bheja aur farmaya :” har do admion mein se aik zaroor jaye aur sawab donon ke darmiyan hoga ( yani dono ajar ke mustahiq hon ge, jehaad mein jane wala aur us ke ghar walon ki khabar geeri karne wala ). ( Muslim )
TAKHREEJ:
Sahih Muslim, Al imaarati, Bab fazl ieaanati l ghazi fi Sabeelillah bi markoobi wagherihi …. Hadees: 1896.
FAAIDAH :
Is mein bhi wohi mazkoorah usool bayan kiya gaya hai ke sab log to jehaad mein nahi ja satke taham nah jane walay agar Mujahideen ke baal bachon ki hifazat aur un ki zaroriat ki farahmi ka kaam sar-anjaam den ge to un ko bhi jehaad ka ajar mil jaye ga .
179- وعن ابن عباس – رضي الله عنهما- أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لقي ركباً بالروحاء، فقال ” (من القوم؟) “، قالوا: المسلمون، فقالوا: من أنت؟ قال: ” رسول الله” فرفعت إليه امرأةٌ صبياً فقالت: ألهذا حجٌ! قال: ” نعم ولك أجرٌ” رواه مسلم.
[179] Hazrat Ibn Abbas (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ Rauhaa jagah par aik qaafiley ko miley. aap ne poochha : kon log hain? unhon ne kaha : Musalman. unhon ne poochha : aap kon hain. aap ( ﷺ ) ne farmaya :” Rasoolullah ﷺ . to aik aurat ne aap ki taraf aik bacha utha kar poochha : kiya is ka bhi hajj hai? aap ( ﷺ ) ne farmaya : haan aur is ka ajar tujhe miley ga.” ( Muslim )
TAKHREEJ:
Sahih Muslim, al-hajj, baab sihat hajj sabiyee wa ajr man hajja bihi, Hadees : 1336.
FAWAAID WA MASAIL:
1- Is se maloom huwa ke Nabi ﷺ ka libaas aur waza-o-hiyiat itni saada thi ke aam sahaba ke darmiyan logon ka aap ko pehchan’na aasaan nahi hota tha.
2- Walidain ke sath agar bacha hajj kere ga to is ka ajar Walidain ko miley ga kiyun-kay abhi woh khud hajj ka mukallaf nahi hai. is liye baloghat ke baad agar yeh bacha sahib istetat huwa to is par hajj karna farz hoga. Sigher sini mein kiya huwa hajj kaafi nahi hoga .
180- وعن أبي موسى الأشعري – رضي الله عنه- عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال ” الخازن المسلم الأمينُ الذي ينفذ ما أمره به فيعطيه كاملاً موفرا، طيبة به نفسهُ فيدفعه إلى الذي أمر له به أحدُ المتصدقين” متفق عليه. وفي رواية: ” الذي يُعطي ما أمر به” وضبطوا ” المتصدقين” بفتح القاف مع كسر النون على التثنية، وعكسه على الجمع، وكلاهما صحيحٌ.
[180] Hazrat Abu Moosa Ashari (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ) se riwayat hai, Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya : ” Musalman amanat daar khazanchi, jo is par amal kere jis ka usay hukum diya jaye aur poori khush dili se usay kaamil aur poora poora ( maal ) day jis ki baabat usay hukum diya gaya hai, to woh bhi do sadqa karne walon mein se aik ( shumaar ) hoga. ( Bukhari wa Muslim )
aik aur riwayat mein hai :” woh jo diye, woh cheez jis ka us ko hukum diya gaya ho .”
Aur
متصدقین :
ko Mohadiseen ne “Qaaf” ke zabar aur “noon” ke zair ke sath, Tasniya bhi zabt kiya hai aur is ke bar-aks jama bhi ( Qaaf ke zair aur noon ke zabar ke sath. ) aur donon terhan sahih hai .
TAKHREEJ:
Sahih ul-Bukhari, al Zakat, Bab ajrul khadim… Hadees:1438.
Wa Sahih Muslim, al Zakat Bab ajrul khazin nil Ameen, wal maraat izaa tasaddaqt. Hadees:1023.
FAWAAID WA MASAIL:
1- Is mein bhi aik nihayat hi ahem usool ka bayan hai ke jis shakhs ko jis kaam ka zimmay daar ya beit-ul-maal ka Ameen banaya jaye, aur woh apni zimma daari khush dili se nibhaye, kisi par hasad nah kare, eeza nah day aur tang dili ka muzahira nah kere to usay bhi is shakhs ki terhan barabar ka ajar miley ga jis ne is ke zimmay koi kaam lagaya, ya usay khazanchi banaya.
2- Is mein is amar ki targheeb hai ke har shakhs ko apni mafouza ( supurd ki gayi ) zimma daari poori khush dili aur raghbat se ada karni chahiye .

Chapter 21
Assistance towards righteousness and piety
Allah, the Exalted, says:
“Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety)”. (5:2)
“By Al-`Asr (the time). Verily, man is in loss. Except those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth [i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma`ruf) which Allah has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allah has forbidden], and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allah’s Cause during preaching His religion of Islamic Monotheism or Jihad)”. (103:1-3)
- Khalid Al-Juhani (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, “He who equips a warrior in the way of Allah (will get the reward of the one who has actually gone for Jihad); and he who looks after the family of a warrior in the way of Allah will get the reward of the one who has gone for Jihad”.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith tells the mode which can make Jihad more effective and give the participants of Jihad equal share in its reward. Every society has many able-bodied young people who want to take part in Jihad but do not have the resources for it, and this is how a very useful segment of the society fails to make any contribution to it. On the other hand, there are people in the society who have plenty of resources but do not possess health, vigour and youth which are essential for Jihad. According to the method prescribed in this Hadith, not only the requisite manpower and resources essential for Jihad are combined but everyone gets an even share in its reward. It should be kept in mind that in the early period of Islam, Mujahidun (the Muslims who took part in Jihad) were neither professional soldiers nor were they paid regular salaries, the way they now constitute a regular, permanent and vast military institution. These Mujahidun used to take part in Jihad voluntarily as is being done nowadays under many organizations also.
- Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sent a detachment to Banu Lahyan tribe and remarked, “Let one of every two men get ready to advance, and both will earn the same reward”.
[Muslim].
- Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) came across a party of mounted men at Ar-Rauha and asked them, “Who are you?” They answered: “We are Muslims, and who are you?” He said, “I am the Messenger of Allah.” A woman from among them lifted a boy up to him and asked: “Can this one go on Hajj?” He (PBUH) said, “Yes, and you will have the reward.”
[Muslim].
Commentary:
- We learn from this Hadith that in the matter of dress, style and appearance, the Prophet (PBUH) was so simple that ordinary people could not easily recognize him as a Prophet.
- If a child is taken with his parents for Hajj, its reward will be given to his parents because at that age Hajj is not obligatory on him. After gaining maturity, if the child has the means to go for Hajj, then he is duty-bound to perform it. The Hajj performed by him in childhood is considered as Nafl only.
- Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, “The honest Muslim trustee who carries out duties assigned to him (in another narration he said, “Who gives”), and he gives that in full, with his heart overflowing with cheerfulness, to whom he is ordered, he is one of the two givers of charity”.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith also mentions a very important principle to the effect that everyone must wholeheartedly perform the duty assigned to him by the state. If he is appointed custodian of the Bait-ul-Mal (public exchequer), he must fulfill his duty with utmost honesty. If he is not envious of anyone, nor harms anybody, nor behaves niggardly then he will be entitled to the same reward which will be due to the person who entrusted him that duty. Thus this Hadith enjoins every Muslim to perform his official duties wholeheartedly and to the best of his ability.
